Abstract

PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Barat dan Banten is one of government company that provides and distribute electricity. System quality and information quality is one important thing that company must see because this will make an impact on user satisfaction of Aplikasi Pelayanan Pelanggan Terpusat (AP2T). the purpose of this research is to know how system quality, information quality and user satisfaction in a company and how much the influence of system quality and information quality toward user satisfaction in PT. PLN (Persero) Bandung and Cimahi Area. The research method which is used is descriptive analysis, classic assumption, multiple correlations, multiple regression and hypothesis testing. The sample in this research as much as 101 respondents. In the data collection is using questionnaire with Likert scale and also interview. Based on the result of data processing, system quality currently in the good category, it can be seen from the ease of use, flexibility, response time, reliability and convenience. Then, information quality also currently on good category, it can be seen from completeness, understandability, accessibility, relevance timeliness and accuracy. The last one is user satisfaction also currently on good category, it can be seen from system satisfaction, information satisfaction, and overall satisfaction. The conclusion of this research is there’s an influence of system quality dan information quality toward user satisfaction amounted 9%.

Abstract

In running business poultry broiler, Rancamaya Farm faces many obstacles. Especially is not being able to meet all demand that there are (excess demand). The demand for chicken broiler currently reached 400.783, can be met by Rancamaya Farm is a 288.194. Along with the high education and people's income, then the demand for chicken broiler will progressively increase. This led to opportunities developed farms will increase anyway. The purpose of this research is to analyze the internal and external factors Rancamaya Farm as well as formulate strategies in developing his business. This research uses the qualitative method, as for the quantitative of with regard to internal factors (IFE) matrix, external factors (EFE) Matrix and internal-external (IE). After that, it was back in the analysis using the matrix Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat (SWOT) and architecture strategy. Respondents used in these studies amounted to 7 persons, with consideration of the respondents understand the external and internal condition of the company. The results of this research indicate that the position is located in Rancamaya Farm II which gives recommendations to grow and develop. The strategy that best suits your Rancamaya Farm is a strategy of intensive (market penetration, market development, and product development) or integrative (integration, integration of the back, and the horizontal integration). The results of the SWOT analysis produces 8 business strategic alternatives for Rancamaya Farm which is then poured into 18 work program needs to be done within a period of five years.

Abstract

Demam merupakan kondisi suhu tubuh yang meningkat melebihi 36°C. Demam pada anak dapat diatasi secara non farmakologi dilakukan dengan Warm Pack Beltdan kompres air hangat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perbandingan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan Warm Pack Belt dan kompres air hangat dalam menurunkan demam serta menganalisis efektifitas Warm Pack Belt dengan kompres air hangat dalam menurunkan demam anak usia 1-5 tahun di Puskesmas Legon Kulon Kabupaten Subang tahun 2021. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Legon Kulon Kabupaten Subang pada tanggal 11-31 Maret 2021. Penelitian ini merupakan quasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan pretest-posttest with control group dengan responden sebanyak 80 orang usia 1-5 tahun yang mengalami demam. Efektifitas diukur menggunakan Uji N-Gain, variabel terikat Demam diukur memakai skala ukur nominal, sedangkan perbandingan efektifitas antara Warm Pack Beltdengan kompres air hangat dalam menurunkan demam anak usia 1-5 tahun dianalisis menggunakan Uji Paired Sampel T Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada hari ke 1-3 nilai p value = 0,000 semua nilai p value kurang dari 0,05 menunjukkan adanya perbedaan efektifitas antara Warm Pack Beltdengan kompres air hangat dalam menurunkan demam anak usia 1-5 tahun. Dimana penurunan suhu tubuh anak sebelum diberikan kompres air hangat pada yaitu 37,91°C dan setelah diberikan menjadi 36,63°C, sedangkan pada kelompok Warm Pack Belt yaitu sebelum diberikan suhu tubuh anak 37,79°C dan setelah diberikan menjadi 35,83°C. Terdapat perbedaan penurunan yaitu 1,28°C untuk kelompok kompres hangat dan 1,96°C untuk kelompok Warm Pack Belt. Simpulan, terdapat perbedaan suhu tubuh anak usia 1-5 tahun yang diberikan treatment. Warm Pack Belt lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan kompres air hangat terhadap demam pada anak usia 1-5 tahun di Puskesmas Legon Kulon Kabupaten Subang.
