Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze: the influence of working environment and job satisfaction toward to the employee discipline working at PT. Berjaya Pet Sumatera. This research is a descriptive study of causative research that purpose to see how far the dependent variables affects the independent variable. The Population in this research is the all employees of PT. Berjaya Pet Sumatera. Cluster sampling technique is Total sampling. Sample was 46 people. Primary data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to a sample / research respondents. Secondary data was obtained from the documentation, literature study, and previous studies in connection with the study material. The collected data are then analyzed statistically by descriptive and multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of this research can be concluded that (1) significant working stress effects on employee turnover intention of PT. Berjaya Pet Sumatera. (2) the job satisfaction effects unsignificantly to employee turnover intention of PT. Berjaya Pet Sumatera. Keywords: Turnover Intention, Work Stres , Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of leadership, and work stress on employee performance at the Public Works Department of Padang City. This study is causative research. The population of this study is employees at public Department Employment of Padang city was utilized to all 129 people. Meanwhile Slovin formulas were used to taken samples amounted to 98 respondents. The sampling method used proportional stratified random sampling. Path analysis technique were used with SPSS program version 15.0. This study result show that: (1). leadership style influenced significant positive effect on employee performance at public Works Department of Padang city, (2). work stress influenced significant negative effect on employee performance at public Works Department of Padang city, (3). Leadership style influenced significant negative effect on employee stress in public Works Department of Padang city. Keywords: leadership style, work stress, performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of LED lights from the point of view of consumers in the city of Padang.This type of research is descriptive research. The population of this research is the users of LED lights in the city of Padang, which requires 130 people. In this study the number of samples was determined using a random sampling technique. Random sampling with an equal chance of being selected. Research using the Gray Servqual method, using the Gray Servqual method can be used to solve the problem of uncertainty in cases with little data and incomplete information. From the analysis of these results, it can be seen how the quality of LED lights according to the consumer's point of view. The results of this study indicate that the quality of the LED lamps is good, but there are several attributes that need to be tried to make improvements.

Abstract

This study will only focus on the external side of the company, namely from the perspective of passengers who use transportation services from PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Divre II West Sumatra for the Padang-pariman route. In this study, the population size is unknown. Thus, determining the sample size of the population using the theory developed from Isaac Michael. The method of data collection in this study is observation, interviews, and questionnaires. In this study, researchers used the servqual method and fuzzy topsis ranking to measure service quality. The results of research on the quality of service in the West Sumatra Regional Division II train are from the five criteria studied by the researchers, namely, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, there is the highest gap value on the responsivenesses criteria, namely the preference value of 0.9587, and the next is the tangible criteria. It was concluded that there are several criteria that have met the quality of service, namely the responsiveness criteria where passengers assess the response of train staff to what passengers need while at the station or train is good, as well as for tangible criteria, passengers feel the facilities on the train are able to satisfy train passengers. Meanwhile, the quality of service in the security or assurance department is considered by passengers to be normal. And for reliability and empathy, passengers rate about service qualities on these two criteria still not satisfying passenger.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to determine the suitability of the level of perception and expectations ofthe patients with the services provided Padang Panjang Hospital and to determine whichservices should be prioritized to be improved. In addition, the aim was also to determinethe priority level competitive when compared with its peers. The calculation result of Servicequality analyze that all of attributes have gap score average -0.38. Results of priorityattributes with analysis Importance of Performance Analysis include: 6 attributes with the highest gap score: 1) Health workers respond to services immediately when needed(-1.21), 2) Completeness of supporting facilities in hospitalization (bed, chair, air conditioner, etc.)(1.06), 3) Hospitals have clear health service information (0.83), 4) Cleaning Service is always available(-0.63), 5) Waiting time for transaction services at the cashier fast and accurate(-0.59), and 6) Conformity of the results of services obtained with those that should be provided at the inpatient installation(0.47).This priority will be input to the hospital as a consideration to improve service quality. Keywords: Service Quality, SERVQUAL, IPA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Dampak Covid-19 pada UMKM sektor Perdagangan di Kota Solok serta strategi yang digunakan UMKM untuk mempertahankan usaha karena pandemi covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan formula slovin yaitu para UMKM sektor perdagangan di Kota Solok sebanyak 100 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi kelapangan (kuesioner dan wawancara). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah diperoleh mengenai dampak covid-19 pada UMKM sektor perdagangan di Kota Solok memiliki empat item indikator yaitu, non-keuangan, keuangan, pendapatan usaha dan psikologis. Penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa skor rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 4,16 dengan Tingkat Capaian Responden (TCR) 83% yang berarti bahwa dampak covid-19 pada UMKM sektor perdagangan di Kota Solok dikategorikan sangat tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine the order of priority in influencing the selection of decision-making, and (2) find out which land transportation meets the supplier selection criteria. The population of this study is people who use bus land transportation services. The sampling technique was carried out by judgment sampling using the Lemeshow formula. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, and interviews. The data that has been collected through the questionnaire analyzed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Research findings show that: (1) the most influential criteria in taking the mode of land transportation is the economical ticket price, (2) the economic ticket price, the toilet cleanliness, driving comfort, sofa comfort, and goals of land transportation mode decision making criteria are superior to the ANS company with a weighted values of 0,421, (3) the toilet cleanliness criteria is superior to the ANS company.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan wawasan tentang pentingnya halal literacy, serta pendampingan bagi mitra dalam pengurusan sertifikasi halal. Khalayak sasaran program PKM ini adalah pelaku UMKM sektor makanan dan minuman di Kota Padang. Untuk mengetahui manfaat dari program, kegiatan PKM ini mengevaluasi literasi peserta pelatihan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan, terdapat peningkatan pemahaman literasi halal dari 76.05% menjadi 86.26%. Selanjutnya dilakukan pendampingan dalam pengurusan sertifikasi halal melalui layanan online. Diharapkan dengan meningkatnya pemahaman literasi halal dan sertifikasi halal, UMKM di Kota Padang mampu meningkatkan produktivitasnya guna mendukung pengembangan Sumatera Barat sebagai destinasi wisata halal di Indonesia

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of social media marketing on purchase intention in Padang, using brand awareness and halal awareness as mediators of scarlett products. The population of this research is the people of Padang city who have used social media. The survey attracted 140 participants. Data acquired through the distribution of surveys is processed using SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that (1) social media marketing has a large and favorable impact on purchase intention, (2) social media marketing has a large and favorable impact on brand awareness, (3) social media marketing has a large and favorable impactct on halal awareness, (4) brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, (5) halal awareness has no significant effect on purchase intention (6) social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention with brand awareness as mediation, (7) social media marketing has no significant effect on purchase intention with halal awareness as mediation.

Abstract

The final goal to be achieved in this study is to find out whether there are differences in the financial performance of Islamic and conventional banking before the pandemic and during the pandemic by using the Independent sample t-test in analyzing the Capital Ratio (CAR), Asset Quality Ratio (NPF/NPL), Profitability Ratio (ROA), Liquidity Ratio (FDR/LDR) and Efficiency Ratio (BOPO). The object of research is sharia and conventional banking registered with OJK as a National Private Commercial Bank. The sample selection in this study used a purpose sampling technique and the data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the OJK websitewww.ojk.go.id.The results of the Independent sample t-test showed that before the pandemic (2018-2019), there were significant differences in CAR and ROA in Islamic and conventional banking, and there were no significant differences in NPF/NPL, FDR/LDR, BOPO in Islamic banking. and conventional. Meanwhile, during the pandemic (2020-2021) there are significant differences in ROA and FDR/LDR for Islamic banking and conventional banking, while there are no significant differences in CAR, NPF/NPL, BOPO for Islamic and conventional banking. In this study, it was found that the financial performance of Islamic banking before the pandemic was better than conventional banking, but during the NPL, LDR and BOPO pandemics, conventional banking was better, while Islamic banking was better in CAR and ROA.
