Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze: (1) The effect of organizational justice on employee performance PT. Andalas Berlian Motors Branch Simpang Empat, (2) The effect of organizational justice on organizational commitment of employees of PT. Andalas Berlian Motors Branch Simpang Empat, (3) Effect of organizational commitment on employee performance PT. Andalas Berlian Motors Branch Simpang Empat, (4) The effect of organizational justice on employee performance as mediator organizational commitment PT. Andalas Berlian Motor Branch Simpang Empat. The population in this researchis were all employees of PT. Andalas Berlian Motors Branch Simpang Empat, the sampling technique is total sampling technique with a sample of 31 employees of PT. Andalas Berlian Motors Branch Simpang Empat. Based on the results of this research is concluded that (1) Organizational justice have significant effect on employees performance of PT. Andalas Berlian Motors Branch Simpang Empat, (2) Organizational justice have significant effect on organizational commitment of employees PT. Andalas Berlian Motors Branch Simpang Empat, (3) Organizational Commitment have significant effect on employees performance of PT. Andalas Berlian Motor Branch Simpang Empat, (4) There is significant effect of organizational commitment as mediator organizational justice on employee performance PT. Abstract

This study aims to examine: (1) The influence of organizational culture on employee performance in At PT PLN (Persero) Regional Office of West Sumatra, and (2) the effect of self-efficacy on the performance of employees at PT PLN (Persero) Regional Office of West Sumatra.The research was conducted on At PT PLN (Persero) Regional Office of West Sumatra. This type of research is descriptive causative. The population in this research were 141 employees and sampled in this study as many as 104 employees. The sampling technique used was propotional cluster sampling. Data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS 20. The results showed (1) organizational culture significantly influence employee performance in PT PLN (Persero) Regional Office of West Sumatra, (2) self-efficacy have a significant effect on the performance of employees at PT PLN (Persero) Regional Office of West Sumatra.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze (1) the influence of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction (2) the influence of perceived organizational support on employee engagement (3) the influence of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction with employee engagement as a mediating variable. The population in this research are the employees of Department of PT. West Sumatera Regional Development Bank of Padang consist of 115 employees. The samples were selected using Clustered Proportional Random Sampling which the total of the samples are 89 employees. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis with mediating variable. The result of this research shows (1) perceived organizational support has a positive and significant relationship on job satisfaction (2) perceived organizational support has a positive and significant relationship on employee engagement (3) employee engagement become a mediator on the effect of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction.Keywords: Perceived organizational support; job satisfaction; employee engagement.

Abstract

This research background overshadow by challenge faced by Yakult Indonesia, In where Indonesian people generally not yet accustomed to drink prebiotic drink, while other Asian have accustomed to drink prebiotic drink. Therefore, Producer of Yakult try to grow the habit to consume of Yakult and to give motivate by using marketing stimulus (Marketing Mix) to the consumer. This research aim to analyze: 1) Which marketing mix variable (product, price, distribution or promotion) what most is influencing the purchasing motivation of Yakult product by consumer in Padang City. 2) Toward impact of product to purchasing motivation of Yakult product by consumer in Padang City. 3) Toward impact of price to purchasing motivation of Yakult product by consumer in Padang City. 4) Toward impact of promotion to purchasing motivation of Yakult product by consumer in Padang City. 5) Toward impact of distribution to purchasing motivation of Yakult product by consumer in Padang City. Type of this research is causative research. As the result variable of product and variable of price do not significant influence purchasing motivation, variable of promotion and variable of distribution owning influence to purchasing motivation of consumer at  Yakult product  in  Padang City. Suggestion to company, promotion and distribution need remain to be improved to utilize to maintain and draw many consumers. Company also have to strengthen product utilize creator motivate purchasing to consumer. And also pricing has to carefully.

Abstract

The aims of this research are to analyze (1) The influence of leadership toward motivation (2) The influence of leadership and motivation toward discipline of work. The type of this research belongs to descriptive causative research. Population used for this research was 65 people. The technique used for the sample is Proportional Stratified Random Sampling which taken based on the level of education where this sample was 56 people. Primary data taken from questioner distribution toward respondent, then secondary data taken from the data, which is correlated to the research given by Koperasi Keluarga Besar Semen Padang. Technique analysis used for this research is path analysis with SPSS program version 16. The results of this research show that (1) There is no significant relationship between leadership and motivation. (2) There is significant relationship between leadership and discipline of work. (3) There is significant relationship between motivation and discipline of work.Based on research and resume, so it is suggested to the chief to notice the leadership aspect, motivation and increase the discipline of work to Koperasi Keluarga Besar Semen Padang employee to reach the goals of the company.

Abstract

The purpose of this community activity is 1) increasing knowledge of administrative officers in District 2 x 11 Enam Lingkung concerning the creation and reception of the archives, distribution, use, as well as depreciation of the archive, 2) realizing the sub-district office employee are capable of doing the handling or management of archieves. Implementation of training using a variety of methods and approaches, namely as follows: 1) methods of lectures and discussion; a to deliver the theoretical material about the program handling of archives, namely creation and acceptance Archive, distribution, use, as well as depreciation of the archive, 2) method of training and individual guidance related to the management and activities of archives rearrangement, 3) method resitasi or administering the tasks performed to find out so far where the ability of participants in the care of the archives. The result of the activities of this devotion is 1) 90% of the participants understand the concept of archives, 2) 90% of the participants was able to do the handling or management of archives.

Abstract

The Relationship between Three Constructs of Employee Attitudes towards Organizational Change. This research examines three constructs that represent employee attitudes towards organizational change; commitment to change, readiness for change, and openness to change. This research analyzed the influence of readiness for change and openness to change on employee commitment to change in public sector organization in West Sumatra. It would help the public organization to understand their employee attitudes during change. This research is a quantitative research. Respondents are 100 employees in public sector organization in West Sumatra Province. Data was collected using questionnaire. The result shows both independent variables; openness to change and readiness to change have positive and significant effect on commitment to change. Employee commitment to changes in this research is influenced by the readiness for change and openness to change. These results show that employees in public organization in West Sumatra Province felt that if they would benefit from change, then they would do what was needed to make the change successful. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of leadership, and work stress on employee performance at the Public Works Department of Padang City. This study is causative research. The population of this study is employees at public Department Employment of Padang city was utilized to all 129 people. Meanwhile Slovin formulas were used to taken samples amounted to 98 respondents. The sampling method used proportional stratified random sampling. Path analysis technique were used with SPSS program version 15.0. This study result show that: (1). leadership style influenced significant positive effect on employee performance at public Works Department of Padang city, (2). work stress influenced significant negative effect on employee performance at public Works Department of Padang city, (3). Leadership style influenced significant negative effect on employee stress in public Works Department of Padang city. Keywords: leadership style, work stress, performance

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know and analyze the influence of self efficacy and physical work environment on employee satisfaction in Sejati Swalayan Pasaman Barat. This research belongs to the type of causative descriptive research. The population in this study were all employer in Sejati Swalayan, Pasaman Barat. The sampling technique in this study used a total sampling technique which amounted to 36 people. The analysis technique used is SPSS. The outcomes of this investigation are: (1) Self-efficacy take effect an absolute to job satisfaction in employees of Sejati Swalayan Pasaman Barat. (2) Physical Work Environment take effect positive effect to job satisfaction on employees of Sejati Swalayan Pasaman Barat.

Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of workload and physical work environment on work stresson study the sampling method used was total sampling considering the number of samples used was less than 100 people. The analytical method used to prove the hypothesis is to use multiple regression models and t-statistical testing. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis it was found that the first workload had a positive and significant effect on work stress on employees of the Padang Timur Sub-District Office, while the second hypothesis was successfully proven the work environment had a negative and significant effect on the work stress of employees of the East Padang District Office.Keyword: Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Stres Kerja
