Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the effect of intellectual capital disclosure and institutional ownership to the level of underpricing in Initial Public Offering (IPO) in Indonesian Stock Exchange. It is argued that the higher the intelectual capital disclosure the lower the level of underpricing. While because of assymmtric informatian, another argumentation is that institutional ownership influence underpricing. The sample in this study are company’s IPO in the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2007-2011. The sample are selected using purposive sampling method. The hypotheses are tested by running regression models. Thedependent variable is underpricing. The independent variables are the disclosure of intellectual capital and institutional ownership. This study also uses the control variable, they are return on assets, firm size, financial leverage, and underwriter reputation. The results show that intellectual capital disclosure has significant negative influence to the level of underpricing, while institutional ownership variable is not significant. Financial leverage and underwriter reputation as a control variable have significant negative effects to the level of underpricing.While other control variables are return on assets and firm size have no significant effect to the level of underpricing.Keywords: intellectual capital disclosure, institution ownership, underpricing, return on asset, firm size, financial leverage, underwriter’s reputation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keinginan seseorang untuk melakukan pembelian secara online. 5 variabel independen yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini adalah Shopping Orientation, Product Interest, Product Type, Experience of Online Buying dan Web Site Trust. Online buying intention dipengaruhi orientasi belanja, karena orientasi belanja menunjukkan model yang digunakan konsumen untuk berbelanja. Konsumen yang menyukai window shopping tidak kan tertarik dengan online buying, sementera konsumen yang model belanja karena kebutuhan dan waktu belanja terbatas, tidak akan menyukai online buying. Konsumen diprediksi akan berbelanja secara online apabila konsumen tertarik dengan produk-produk yang dipajang di web, sehingga ketertarikan terhadap suatu produk akan mempengaruhi online buying intention. Tipe produk diprediksi mempengaruhi online buying intention, karena ada kemungkinan konsumen berniat membali secara online untuk tipe produk tertentu saja. Pengalaman berbelanja online dan kepercayaan terhadap penjual online juga diperdiksi mempengaruhi keinginan melakukan pembelian secara online. Responden penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang kuliah di perguruan tinggi di Yogyakarta, sebanyak 221 mahasiswa berpartisipasi sebagai responden. Data diolah dengan menggunakan PASW statistic 18. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa online buying intention dipengaruhi oleh shopping orientation dan product type. Sedangkan faktor Product Interest, Experience of Online Buying dan Web Site Trust tidak terbukti mempengaruhi online buying intention. Kata Kunci: Online Buying Intention, Shopping Orientation,Product Interest, Product Type, Experience of Online Buying, Web Site Trust.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan terhadap pengendalian intern. Penelitian ini perlu dilakukan agar dapat dirumuskan kebijakan yang tepat dalam mengelola pegawai. Faktor-faktor yang dianalisis adalah tingkat pendidikan, penghargaan, stres kerja dan kenyamanan lingkungan kerja. Tingkat pendidikan diperkirakan dapat mempengaruhi karakter seseorang. Karakter tersebut menentukan tingkat kepatuhan terhadap pengendalian intern. Sampel penelitiannya adalah PNS yang pekerjaanya berhubungan dengan transaksi keuangan, atau PNS yang bekerja di bagian keuangan, yang jabatannya sebagai bendahara atau administrasi keuangan. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner pada PNS di wilayah DIY. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hipotesis diuji dengan uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepatuhan terhadap pengendalian intern dipengaruhi oleh penghargaan kepada karyawan. Dalam arti apabila karyawan merasa dihargai, maka karyawan tersebut cenderung patuh terhadap pengendalian intern yang diterapkan lembaga/perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Kepatuhan terhadap Pengendalian Intern, Pendidikan, Penghargaan, Stres Kerja dan kenyamanan lingkungan kerja.

Abstract

Government agencies are increasingly sophisticated by using various information systems for services to the community and to facilitate the completion of work. Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah(BKAD) in the DIY region uses various information systems. The use of online-based applications is expected to facilitate work and improve service quality. Various applications used in one agency raise the question, how is the performance of the application or information system? Does the information system used meet the user's wishes? This study analyzes the performance of information systems from the user's point of view. The analysis is done by testing the factors that affect the performance of the information system. The factors tested are Personal Technical Skills, Top Management Support, Quality of Human Resources and Education and Training. The object of research is the Integrated Information System used in BKAD in the DIY Province. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to SIMPADU users. The number of respondents who participated in this study were 110 respondents. The data is processed by Moderating Regression Analysis. The results of data processing show that the quality of human resources affects the performance of information systems. Personal Technical Skills and Top Management Support do not influence Information System performance. Education and Training variables are proven to moderate the relationship between the variables of Personal Technical skills, Top Management Support and HR Quality. Education and Training strengthens the relationship between Personal Technical Skills and Top Management Support. However, the Education and Training variable weakens the relationship between the HR Quality variable and the Information System Performance.

Abstract

The aim of this study is analyzed the factors which influence the performance of the state civil servants (ASN / PNS) who work in the Regional Asset and Financial Management Agency in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The object of this study are ASN because their performance was assumed not clearly detected. In this study their performance will be linked to work environment, motivation, discipline and work experience. The ASN who have long work experience, high motivation and high discipline resulted good performance. The study uses a moderation variable testing model. The Work Environment as a moderating variable that moderates the effect of the independent variable (motivation, discipline and work experience) on the dependent variable (performance). Work Environment is a working condition and facility faced by ASN. If the work environment is comfortable, ASN will be motivated to work well, so that performance is also high. Experienced ASNs tend to learn a lot from their experience so that their performance is higher. If the ASN is experienced and in a comfortable work environment, the performance will be higher. Likewise, if the ASN has a high level of motivation and discipline and is in a comfortable work environment, the performance will be even higher. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to ASN in the area of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency in all districts and cities of Wilayah DIY. Data obtained using multiple regression. The results of the data analysis show that the work environment has an effect on ASN performance. The work environment variable also moderates the relationship between work experience and performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian dilakukan di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum, Perumahan dan Permukiman Kabupaten Sleman. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 105 responden yang merupakan pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum, Perumahan dan Permukiman Kabupaten Sleman. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Laporan akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum, Perumahan dan Permukiman Kabupaten Sleman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum, Perumahan dan Permukiman Kabupaten Sleman.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kebutuhan sumber daya yang diperlukan oleh entitas profi oriented. Prediksi kebutuhan sumber daya manusia dikaitkan dengan pencapaian target perusahaan. Kebutuhan sumber daya manusia difokuskan pada kebutuhan tenaga kerja untuk mencapai penjualan tertentu.Kebutuhan tenaga kerja dianalisis dari target penjualan, target jumlah yang harus diproduksi dan prediksi kebutuhan SDM untuk mencapai jumlah produksi sesuai target penjualan Obyek penelitian adalah usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur industri tertentu di Yogyakarta. Data diperoleh dari target penjualan dan tahapan produksi serta kebutuhan waktu dan SDM di masing masing tahapan. Target penjualan, tahapan produksi dan jumlah produksi diperoleh dari wawancara dengan pemilik UMKM. Analisis dilakukan dengan merancang software yang dapat memprediksi kebutuhan SDM. Hasil akhir penelitian ini adalah software untuk menentukan kebutuhan SDM dan artikel yang publikasi di jurnal.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan laporan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh  kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pemakai layanan jasa pada instansi pemerintah. Obyek penelitian adalah Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Factor-faktor yang dianalisis meliputi dimensi kualitas layanan yang terdiri dari tangible (bukti fisik), kehandalan (reliability), Daya Tanggap (Responsiveness), Jaminan (Assurance) dan Perhatian (Empathy). Data diperoleh dari pengguna jasa layanan di Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Metode perolehan data menggunakan kuesioner.Kuesioner disebrkan pada pengguna jawa di DIsnakertrans. Kuesioner yang dapat diolah 75 kuesioner. Metode analisis data secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pengujian analisis yaitu uji regresi linier berganda.Hasil analisis teersebut menunjukkan bahwa penerima layanan di disnakertrans mempunyai persepsi bahwa kualitas layanan merupakan cerminan dari bukti fisik , jaminan dan perhatian. Bukti fisik dalam konteks ini berupa fasilitas yang dimiliki disnakertrans. Jaminan merupakan kepercayaan bahwa layanan yang diberikan merupakan penyelesaian masalah. Perhatian merupakan kepedulian pemberi layanan terhadap masalah yang dihadapi penerima layanan. Semakin baik bukti fisik, jaminan dan perhatian, maka kualitas layanan juga semakin baik.Kata kunci: Kualitas Produk, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Minat Pembelian Ulang. AbstractThe purpose of this research report is to analyze the effect of service quality on the satisfaction of service users in government agencies. The object of the research is the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of Yogyakarta Special Region. The factors analyzed included the dimensions of service quality consisting of tangible (physical evidence), reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Attention (Empathy). Data obtained from service users in the Department of Manpower and Transmigration special region of Yogyakarta. The data used in this study is primary data. The method of obtaining data using questionnaires. Questionnaires are distributed to Java users in DIsnakertrans. 75 questionnaires. Quantitative data analysis method using analytical testing is a multiple linear regression test.The results of the analysis showed that service recipients in disnakertrans have a perception that the quality of service is a reflection of physical evidence, assurance and attention. Physical evidence in this context in the form of facilities owned by disnakertrans. Assurance is the belief that the services provided are problem solving. Attention is the care of the service provider to the problems faced by service recipients. The better the physical evidence, assurance and attention, the better the quality of service.Keywords: Product Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Repurchase Interest.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini menganalisis factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Obyek penelitian ini karyawan atau pegawai negeri sipil yang bekerja di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Sleman. Pemilihan obyek berdasarkan pada pengamatan secara singkat bahwa PNS dilingkungan Sekda Sleman selalu presensi tetapt waktu. Namun dalam jam kerja, banyak PNS yang tidak melaksanakan pekerjaan dengan tertib, misalnya sering ngobrol dan ngopi dalam jam kerja, sering mengajukan ijin dengan berbagai alasan. Apabila kinerja dan tunjangan kinerja berdasarkan pada presensi, maka kemungkinan besar hasilnya bias. Sehingga diperlukan penelitian untuk mengetahui factor yang mempengaruhi kinerja PNS di Sekda Sleman. Factor yang dianalisis terdiri dari variabel independent, yaitu komitmen organisasi, Lingkungan kerja dan motivasi. Sedangkan variabel dependen adalah kinerja karyawan. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner pada PNS di sekda kabupaten Sleman. Data yang diperoleh sebanyak 78 kuesioner. Sampel yang dipilih adalah karyawan yang berstatus sebagai pns dan karyawan yang telah bekerja lebih dari 3 tahun. Olah data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Data yang diolah adalah data yang sudah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa Komitmen Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Pangaruh variabel independent terhadap vairabel dependen bersifat simultan dan parsial.Kata kunci: Kinerja Karyawan, Komitmen Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi. AbstractThe purpose of this study analyzed the factors that affect employee performance. The object of this research is employees or civil servants who work in the Regional Secretariat of Sleman Regency. The selection of objects is based on the brief observation that civil servants in the environment of Secretary Sleman always have a fixed presence of time. But in working hours, many civil servants who do not carry out work in an orderly manner, for example often chatting and chatting in working hours, often apply for permission for various reasons. If performance and performance allowances are based on presence, then most likely the results are biased. So that research is needed to find out the factors that affect the performance of civil servants in the Sleman Secretary. The factors analyzed consist of independent variables, namely organizational commitment, work environment and motivation. While the dependent variable is employee performance. The data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to civil servants in the Sleman district secretary. Data obtained as many as 78 questionnaires. The selected sample is employees who are civil servants and employees who have worked for more than 3 years. The data process uses multiple linear regressions. Processed data is data that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis shows that Organizational Commitment, Work Environment and Motivation affect employee performance. Abstract

This article analyzes user perceptions of information systems. The DIY provincial government agency conducted the research. The analysis is based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Information system performance is associated with perceived usefulness (POU) and perceived ease of use (PEU). Based on the technology acceptance model, the user will be able to accept the information system if the user's information system has a perception that the information system is helpful for the user and easy to use. This article analyzes whether user perceptions of the usefulness and ease of use of information systems affect user perceptions of information system performance. The study was conducted on SIPKD users in the DIY provincial government. The regional financial management information system is one of the systems used by the DIY provincial government. SIPKD is a system that all local government work units must use. SIPKD operators are appointed with a regional head decree. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 SIPKD operators. Data were analyzed by moderating regression analysis. Data processing results show that POU and PEU affect user perceptions of information system performance. The proven task complexity variable serves as a moderating variable between POU and PEU with information system performance.
