Abstract

Traditional games in Indonesia are numerous and varied. Traditional games have many benefits. There have been many traditional games that are almost extinct and are no longer played by children nowadays. These types of games are Gobag and Baren. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Gobag and Baren games on motor skills and the accuracy of strategies when playing these games. The case study research method was used in this research. Sampling is done by taking samples aged> 40 years. This is done because the sample in question is a person who has played this game. The number of samples is 12 people. Data were collected by means of interviews. The results of this study are motor skills and the accuracy of strategies in performing Gobag and Baren games. This is indicated by the better coordination ability between the eyes and feet, as well as the eye and the brain. In addition, the ability to estimate the direction for running so that you don't get caught is more precise.

Abstract

The potential of agricultural resources is one of the great potentials possessed by Tasikmalaya Regency, especially Sariwangi District. Management of yard land by utilizing the role of women can be a solution in optimizing yard land to increase food yields. The objectives of the activity "Cultivation of Family Vegetables and Medicinal Plants in the Garden-Based on Environmentally Friendly Agriculture in Sariwangi District" are: 1) Cultivating family vegetables and medicinal plants, 2) Increasing the active role of women, especially members of women farmer groups in optimizing yard land, 3) With the selection of environmentally friendly-based agriculture, namely as an alternative to the production of healthy food. This system cultivates plants by minimizing the use of chemicals, which in the future will ensure the sustainability of farming. The implementation of Community Service for the Food Security Scheme was carried out in the Srikandi Tani Women Farmer Group (KWT) in Peundeuy Village, Sukaharja Village, Sariwangi District, and the Sukariksa III Farmer Women's Group (KWT) Benjan Village, Sukamulih Village, Sariwangi District. The methods of implementing this PbM-KP activity are: a) Conducting interviews with members of the Women Farmers Group (KWT) Srikandi Tani and Sukariksa III, b) Counseling and practice activities regarding the cultivation of vegetables and family-based medicinal plants that are environmentally friendly c) Evaluation to find out how much great success of the implementation of these activities. The evaluation results show that on average the KWTs have played an active role in optimizing their yards through the cultivation of family vegetables and medicinal plants. Several types of vegetables have been able to enjoy the results.

Abstract

Berbagai upaya dilakukan untuk memutus penyebaran COVID-19 seperti dengan memakai masker, menjaga jarak, dan menjauhi keramaian. Pemerintah sendiri telah melakukan program testing, tracing, dan treatment. Upaya untuk berdiam diri di rumah, mengasingkan diri atau karantina secara mandiri, tanpa kesadaran dapat menimbulkan kebosanan, bahkan frustasi. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah mengemas kegiatan olahraga yang bisa dilakukan di rumah. Kegiatan tersebut dilakukan dengan cara latihan Static Stretching (SS), Dynamic Stretching (DD), dan Low Impact (LI) sesuai dengan norma olahraga sehingga dapat menjaga kebugaran jasmani. Cara penyampaian melalui aplikasi WhatsApp dilakukan dengan focus group discussion, pelatihan dan pendampingan, mitra yang terdiri dari tenaga medis, anggota tim gugus tugas COVID 19, pasien yang berada di karantina mandiri, dan anak-anak panti asuhan yang berjumlah 90 peserta. Mitra keseluruhan dapat menerima model latihan peregangan statis dan dinamis dan melakukan senam Low Impact yang dipandu melalui aplikasi WhatsApp. Kesimpulannya, selama masa pandemi Covid-19, kegiatan olahraga Static Stretching, Dynamic Stretching, dan Low Impact dilakukan untuk menjaga kebugaran jasmani dan imunitas tubuh. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah permasalah kuota dan akses internet yang kurang stabil dengan model penyampaian secara daring.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are as follows: 1) To produce an android-based dribbling hockey practice application that is developed, 2) To determine the feasibility of an android application-based dribbling practice product that is being developed. The research method used is a research and development (R&D) approach. The results of this study were 1) successful design of an Android-based dribbling hockey practice application, 2) The results of the feasibility validity of dribbling hockey practice obtained percentages of 83%, 87%, and 86%, which means that the application developed is valid and feasible to use, 3) Based the SUS Score result is 73.42  which is in the good category so that overall the application made is feasible to use and effective for dribbling hockey practice based on user ratings.
