Abstract

In the 2017 fiscal year, one of the roads that will be enhanced with service capabilities and comfort is the work package for the improvement of the Sawah Block - Blang Paseh road in Sigli City. This work was carried out for 150 days with a contract value of Rp. 8,286,227,000.00, - (eight billion two hundred eighty-six million two hundred and twenty-seven thousand rupiah) with a road length of 1023 meters and a width of 8 meters. The job is delayed in time, this has an impact on the cost of the job. Therefore, the calculation of the optimization of the work method is carried out on the cost and time required to complete the usual pile work from the excavation source, selected embankments from the excavation source, road body preparation, class B aggregate foundation layer, and class A aggregate foundation layer. method of work, namely method 1 is to do the job thoroughly until it is finished then proceed to the next job, and method 2 is to do the work per item to completion by increasing the capacity of the tool. When calculated using method 1, this work can be done for 21 days at a cost of Rp. 306,800,000.00, - and using method 2 for 11 days at a cost of Rp. 324,500,000.00, -. Method 1 can be said to be more optimal than method 2 because it costs less, even though the time used is longer than method 2.

Abstract

Number of Population growth will be effect to urban land use. Housing development will be impact to the urban land use function. Land use changed, city growth and Housing development icreasing if not planning well will be effect to Urban water system. Kopelma Darussalam is an area that have problem like that. In that area, demand to housing development to fulfill house for student and employe increasing by the year. Flat topography cause drainage system that eksist not capable anymore. This research aim to design and calculating the drainage dimension in Kopelma Darussalam. In this research used qualitative method.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to analyze the value of the price escalation of the work item for the Damage Control (Avalanche) Development Project for the Lawe Alas River Cliff, Southeast Aceh Regency. The result of the escalation calculation based on the contract value in the 13th month is Rp. 53,048.010,455, of the total contract value of Rp. 104,415,0005,000, or an escalated value of 50.80% of the contract price. Escalation calculation method used the formula contained in Presidential Decree no. 16 of 2018 article 37, with quantity data obtained from field measurements and stated in the final addendum terms and contracts. The component index is obtained from the relevant ministerial decree and the price index from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The calculation is done by looking at the progress and delays in the schedule. From the calculation, the Escalation Value obtained is Rp. 708,990,794 with a percentage of 1.34% of the escalation contract value, which is Rp. 53,048.010,455. The escalation percentage obtained at 1.34% was still able to offset the inflation that occurred at 1.28%.

Abstract

Efek gas rumah kaca dan emisi karbon menjadi isu yang kerap dibincangkan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Salah satu point dalam Protokol Kyoto adalah mereduksi efek gas rumah kaca. Pembakaran minyak bumi dan batu bara untuk menghasilkan energi melepaskan karbondioksida (CO2). CO2 yang menumpuk di atmosfir menyebabkan efek gas rumah kaca dan pemanasan global. Total konsumsi energi yang digunakan pada bangunan mencapai 40% dari keseluruhan penggunaan energi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan  sebuah konsep desain rumah dengan penggunaan energi yang minimal  dengan cara melakukan review terhadap jurnal-jurnal yang dengan tema bangunan hemat energi. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa penerapan bangunan hemat energi dapat dilakukan melalui orientasi bangunan dan pemilihan material konstruksi.

Abstract

The rapid development of the Construction Industry is certainly followed by various impacts. These impacts include waste came from the construction industry. Construction contribute to one third of the world's total waste. This research was conducted to identify the materials that most often cause waste in construction work. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to construction companies, by looking at the characteristics and types of materials that were most frequently wasted. The results showed that the characteristics of construction companies are M1 subqualification (intermediate 1) with working experience more than 10 years. The material that most often wastefully  is cement with a value of 16%.

Abstract

This research was conducted using the Critical Path Method (CPM) with the help of software in the form of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project. The purpose of this study was to determine the critical path and the non-critical path and to determine the duration of the project after being calculated using the Critical Path Method (CPM) in the construction work of the isolation room at Meuraxa Hospital, Banda Aceh City. Therefore, in this study, the authors conducted a study of project scheduling data for the Isolation Building Construction of the Meuraxa Hospital in Banda Aceh City, where the overall scheduling used the Gantt Chart method. In this study, only RAB and S-curve data were needed. The results of the analysis using the Critical Path Method (CPM) method obtained a total duration of 151 days from the initial total duration of 161 days of work activities. The difference in decreasing day duration is 10 days or 0.94%. And found 23 jobs on the critical path from a total of 42 jobs. The total initial wage cost with a normal duration of 161 days is IDR 728,332,768.20 while the total cost with a duration after using the Critical Path Method (CPM) method is obtained 151 days with a total employee wage cost of IDR 683,094,708.06. Then there is a wage efficiency of 6.21% or Rp. 45,238,060.14 of the total cost of workers' wages of Rp. 728,332,768.20. In implementing a project, it is necessary to plan activities carefully to avoid delays in carrying out the project.
