Abstract

Udayana University has now implemented an integrated information system that covers ongoing business processes by involving all components of the academic community. All data circulating in the integrated system leads to the Data Warehouse (DWH). DWH has a goal as a data integration system, report generation, data analysis, and executive information provider. With the importance of the application of this DWH and the frequent problems that are inaccuracies in the data generated by the system, an audit is needed to evaluate the system, assess system capabilities and make recommendations for improvements so that it can support the achievement of system objectives. Audits conducted using the COBIT 5 framework are focused on the purpose of providing IT services according to business needs. This study focuses on evaluating one of COBIT 5's business objectives, namely Optimization of business process functions, which involves 5 domains consisting of 28 processes and acquired capability value which is 3.04 which states that the implementation of IT services has gone well, has been established and has standards

Abstract

The need for data and information access makes a college build or use an information system to support their operational activities. Users will feel very helpful if the existing system can help their work, taking into aspects of user experience can help in achieving this. The experience of users using the system needs to be studied to determine the level of user satisfaction with the system that has been developed. The main purpose of this study is to assess aspects of user experience in terms of usability. The usefulness of the aspects measured includes effectiveness, efficiency, learning ability and satisfaction. Effectiveness is measured using the first click testing technique and calculating errors during the usability test process. Efficiency is calculated by finding the time needed to complete the task. User measured satisfaction with the system was measured using the SUS questionnaire. SEQ is used to measure the level of difficulty of tasks or scenarios given during the test. Based on the assessment of the respondents, usability aspects of the system have been achieved, but there are additional things that must be addressed related to system design to improve the usability aspect.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises are one of the drivers of the economy. In the current technological era, companies have supported information systems to process business transactions. Naris Mart is one of the MSMEs engaged in retail with a business that has been running for 6 years. During the span of 6 years, of course, many buying and selling transactions were carried out. To help analyze how the business work, will be designed a data warehouse. Data warehouses need to be made so that they can receive information, reports, and can carry out multi-dimensional analysis that can ultimately help business owners. The design of the data warehouse uses the Nine-step Kimball methodology. Results obtained in the form of star schema and retail data warehouse analysis. The data warehouse can provide fast, accurate and continuous information that can help management in making policies for the future to come. In general, the benefit of this research is that additional references in building a data warehouse use the Nine-step Kimball methodology

Abstract

Eligibility for Study Programs and Higher Education is determined based on the accreditation process. The accreditation criteria refer to the National Higher Education Standards. Nine standards that must be complete with documents in the accreditation process. The process of preparing form instruments is still done manually causing problems in the process of completing form instruments, because they have to recap a lot of data and require more time to retrieve and process the required data. To simplify the preparation of the form instrument, a data warehouse scheme and service-middleware built to collect the data needed in the preparation of the form instrument. The data warehouse schema design will use Kimball's Nine-Steps approach. Meanwhile, application development will use the Agile approach. The results of this research are in the form of data warehouse schema modeling in the Agile development process for the needs of study program accreditation forms.
