Abstract

Research Problems, (1) how the efforts of cultural observer to defense the Kaili language at Palu? (2) what are the supporting and obstacle factors to defense the Kaili language at Palu? (3) what are the impacts to defense Kaili language at Palu? Objectives of the research was to (1) describe how the efforts of cultural observer to defense the Kaili language at Palu? (2) describe what are the supporting and obstacle factors to defense the Kaili language at Palu? (3) describe what are the impacts to defense Kaili language at Palu? The researcher applied descriptive qualitative by using interview, observation, and documentation in collecting data. The result of data collecting showed the defense of Kaili language at Palu cannot get out from the efforts of cultural observer through literature opuses that use Kaili language and form the artistry institutes orienting to defense Kaili culture. The artistry institutes can create the literature opuses that use Kaili language representing one of form of defender of Kaili language at Palu. Keyword: languange preservation efforts of the artists in kaili the palu city.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the form of moral values, story elements used to convey moral values ​​and techniques for conveying moral values ​​in the novel Dome by Ahmad Tohari published by Gramedia Pustaka Utama. This understanding is focused on problems related to the form of moral values, story elements used to convey moral values ​​and techniques for delivering moral values.Data collection techniques were carried out by reading and recording data points and analyzed by qualitative analysis techniques using content analysis methods. The validity of the data is done by semantic validity, while the reliability of the data is interrater reliability and interrater reliability.The results of the study are described as follows. The first point is the manifestation of moral values ​​in the novel Dome by Ahmad Tohari in the form of human relationships with God, namely belief in God, being grateful to God, and offering prayers. Human relationship with oneself, which is firm in stance, optimism, and completion.Human relations with other humans in the scope of the social environment, namely caring for others, being grateful, respecting others, seven, being patient, and helping each other. Abstract

The main problem in this research is the low student learning outcomes in short story writing material. Therefore, to improve students' abilities and maximize learning, the researchers used the Exercise method. The research subjects were all 20 students, namely 9 boys and 11 girls. The method used in this research is the exercise method. The design of this study refers to the Kemmis and Mc Taggart model which consists of four components, namely 1) planning, 2) action implementation, 3) observation and 4) reflection. The data collected in this study is in the form of teacher and student activity data during the learning process obtained by using observation sheets and student learning outcomes data obtained by giving individual tests to students. In the research that has been carried out, the results showed that students experienced an increase of 90%. The increase in classical absorption in cycle II was caused because the researchers put more emphasis on mastering concepts in writing short stories using the Exercise method. While in the first cycle, the researcher did not emphasize the mastery of the concept. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the application of the Exercise method can improve student learning outcomes and deserves to be considered as material for classroom action research for teachers

Abstract

The main problem in this study is the low learning outcomes of students of class X IPA SMA Negeri 1 Tinombo Selatan on the material of writing personal letters. There are several things that cause these problems, including: 1) students do not understand the concepts being taught and 2) the methods used by teachers in carrying out learning make students less active, also of course other factors. This research was conducted with the aim of improving the ability of students of class X IPA SMA Negeri 1 Tinombo to write personal letters through the guided practice method. Benefits Improve student learning outcomes, especially learning to write personal letters and hone the ability to work alone through exercises under the guidance of the teacher, and do not feel neglected by the teacher because they are still monitored in carrying out their duties. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Abstract

The problem in this study is the ability of students of SMP VII SMP Negeri 14 Sigi who are still very minimal in writing plays which results in a lack of understanding of the teacher in developing learning methods, and the purpose of this study is to describe or explain students' abilities in writing plays through the Think Phair Share method. , the type in this research is classroom action research with a quantitative description approach, in which the researcher goes directly to the class/school to collect data by means of direct observation techniques, interview techniques, and evaluation techniques, besides that this research method the researcher goes through the steps namely, place of research location, data collection techniques, and data analysis techniques. From the results of the research conducted, it can be seen that using the think pair share method can increase students' ability to write plays by up to 100%.

Abstract

Internet-based learning is mostly done because of the industrial revolution and COVID-19 so it has an impact on shifting the students’ character. The systematic literature review research purpose was to analyze and provide an overview related to learning based on character and moral education in the student’s character development. Data related to character and moral education (2020-2022) was collected through the Indonesian National Library and Google Scholar for documentation which will then be reviewed. After the screening, 25 articles were selected for analysis using the Miles & Huberman interactive model and thematic analysis to obtain answers to review questions. These findings provided information about various methodologies and research results related to the student’s character and moral education. The results showed that students’ moral character development was influential and related to learning outcomes, self-character, and performance, as well as contributing to students’ mental health. So that efforts can be made in developing and strengthening student character through internal education strategies, such as material content containing character values, local wisdom-based learning, as well as the use of character-based learning models, methods and media, and external strategies in the form of parental support and society.
