Abstract

This study is based on the habits and lack of interest of students who have not been able to fulfill their duties and responsibilities maximally, especially reading and writing. This is due to the students' habits compared to the culture of literacy, and the characteristics of students with backgrounds of thinkers, workers, organizational activists and mediocre ones. This study aims to reveal the habits of students PBSI in terms of literacy and kelisanan, both to meet the needs of the task as a student or for other purposes such as to fill the spare time. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. This research data is the result of student activity done inside and outside campus. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the student literacy culture of PBSI Unipa Surabaya in this research is still "low", because the result of the research has been done, there are 24, 28, and 35 students reading books in 1 day, 1 month. While There are 25 writing poems, 17 short stories and 19 students who have interest to write articles. Students of PBSI Unipa Surabaya also have different characteristics. They have the character of thinkers, idlers, workers, and organizational activists.

Abstract

"Novel" Pesantren Impian is a novel that tells the promiscuity of middle and upper class that emphasize their moral behavior. The interesting thing about this novel is to raise stories about religion and lifestyle issues, and was chosen to be featured in an adaptation to the theater performance in Iowa.The purpose of the research with the title of the Deconstruction the role of the characters in novels a Pesantren Impian of Asma Nadia. For the firsy describes some of the characters that could describe. The theory used in research the theory of deconstruction. The Derrida’s said that deconstruction can be reviewed from the aspect of characters. Therefore, the purposes of research is to know characterization and deconstruction the role of the characters novels. The approach used in this study is descriptive a qualitative. The data used in research in the form of words, sentences, and discourses related to the object of research contained in the novel Pesantren Impian works Asma Nadia. The source of data used in this research is the novel Pesantren Impian works by Asma Nadia published in January 2016, 300 pages. Data collection techniques used in this study are the techniques of reading, notes, and investigator techniques. The results of this presentation are presented in the form of descriptive exposure. Based on the results of descriptive analysis of novel Pesantren Impian of Asma Nadia's work in the following results. There are 18 characters have been described to know the existing characterizations, namely Santi, Sinta, Rini, Ita, Iin, Sisy, Inong, Evi, Butet, Ipung, Sri, Yanti, Tanti, Umar, Mas Good, Teungku Budiman, Mrs. Rini, Lik Kusno. Two antagonists or black character and sixteen protagonists or white character. While in the deconstruction role of the characters in the novel Pesantren Impian works Asma Nadia only a few figures that can be deconstructed, namely Teungku Budiman, Rini, Mas Good, Sisy, and Mr. Lik Kusno. because in general the reader assumes that the antagonist can not turn into a protagonist. However, in this deconstruction the antagonist becomes the protagonist, while the protagonist becomes an antagonist.

Abstract

Abstrak Dalam penulisan karya tulis ilmiah, diperlukan kalimat efektif. Kalimat efektif adalah kalimat yang dapat mengungkapkan gagasan pemakainya secara tepat dan dapat dipahami secara tepat pula. Bahan kajian yang baik tidak akan dipahami pembaca secara baik apabila penulisnya tidak mampu menjelaskan ide-idenya dengan kalimat efektif. Fenomena yang terjadi saat ini adalah beberapa guru belum menggunakan kalimat efektif dalam menulis karya tulis ilmiah. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, perlu dilakukan pelatihan menulis kalimat efektif bagi guru, khususnya penyusunan karya tulis ilmiah (PTK) dalam menulis kalimat efektif pada PTK dalam bentuk Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PPM). Kegiatan PPM ini telah dilaksanakan oleh Tim Prodi PBI UNIPA Surabaya dan berjalan dengan baik secara virtual. Hal tersebut dapat buktikan dengan berdasarkan hasil tes akhir peserta, kemampuan menulis kalimat efektif guru dengan kriteria kesepadanan struktur sebesar 70%, kecermatan 65%, kehematan sebesar 80%, keparalelan 70 %, dan kelogisan sebesar 75%. Dengan demikian, dapat dikatakan bahwa hampir semua peserta dapat menulis kalimat efektif dalam penyusunan PTK sesuai dengan kaidah bahasa Indonesia. Kata kunci: kalimat efektif, karya tulis ilmiah, guru SMP Abstract In writing scientific papers, effective sentences are needed. Effective sentences are sentences that can express the ideas of the wearer precisely and can be understood precisely too. Good study material will not be well understood by readers if the writer is unable to explain his ideas in the right sentence. The current phenomenon is that some teachers have not used effective sentences in writing scientific papers. Based on this phenomenon, it is necessary to carry out training in writing effective sentences for teachers, especially the preparation of scientific writing (PTK) in writing effective sentences in the CAR in the form of Community Service Program (PPM). This PPM activity has been carried out by the PBI UNIPA Surabaya Study Program Team and is running well virtually. This can be proven by the results of the participants' final tests, the teacher's ability to write effective sentences with the structural equivalence criteria of 70%, accuracy of 65%, savings of 80%, parallelity of 70%, and logic of 75%. Thus, it can be said that almost all participants can write effective sentences in the preparation of PTK according to Indonesian principles. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the mastery of maxims of quantity and maxims of quality in Indonesian speech in children with intellectual disabilities. In this study, a qualitative descriptive research method was used. The data source of this research is one child with intellectual disability aged 9;0. The data of this research are words, phrases, and sentences that contain maxims of quantity and maxims of quality. The data collection used in this study includes observation, fishing, recording, and field notes. The stages of data collection are making observations, recording speeches, transcribing speeches, and validating data. In analyzing the data, the pragmatic equivalent method was used. Data analysis procedures include reducing data, interpreting data, and concluding. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that children with intellectual disabilities have been able to master the maxim of quantity and maxim of quality. L’s speech is able to show its contribution to the speech partner to show the maxim of strength by speaking not excessively and maxim of quality by speaking according to reality. The maxim of quantity and maxim of quality shown by L are still dominated by one word even though L's speech seems to be able to use multi-words. However, the maxim of quantity and maxim of quality used by L still suffer from imperfect pronunciation of sounds such as [r] is pronounced as [l], and the sound [s] which is located at the beginning and middle of the word is replaced with [t]. In addition, L is still unable to use affixes so that he experiences an affix deficit. AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan penguasaan maksim kuantitas dan maksim kualitas dalam tuturan bahasa Indonesia pada anak disabilitas intelektual. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah satu anak disabilitas intelektual berusia 9;0. Data penelitian ini adalah kata, frasa, dan kalimat yang mengandung maksim kuantitas dan maksim kualitas. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi observasi, pemancingan, perekaman, dan catatan lapangan. Adapun tahap-tahap pengumpulan data adalah melakukan observasi, merekam tuturan, mentranskrip tuturan, dan memvalidasi data. Dalam penganalisisan data, digunakan metode padan pragmatik. Prosedur penganalisisan data meliputi mereduksi data, menginterpretasi data, dan menyimpulkan. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa anak disabilitas mental sudah mampu menguasai maksim kuantitas dan maksim kualitas. L sudah mampu menggunakan maksim kuantitas dengan bertutur tidak berlebihan dan maksim kualitas dengan bertutur sesuai kenyataan. Maksim kuantitas dan maksim kualitas yang ditunjukkan L masih didominasi dengan satu kata meskipun tuturan L terlihat sudah mampu menggunakan multikata. Akan tetapi, maksim kuantitas dan maksim kualitas yang digunakan L masih mengalami kekurangsempurnaan pelafalan bunyi seperti [r] dilafalkan menjadi [l], dan bunyi [s] yang terletak pada awal dan tengah kata diganti dengan [t]. Selain itu, L masih belum mampu menggunakan afiks sehingga mengalami defisit afiks.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the mastery of affixation on student papers Malaysia UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya. The approach used in this article is descriptive qualitative. The data collection method is used documentation. Data collection procedures in this article are (1) the collection of papers, (2) copying papers, (3) readings papers, (4) marking with highlighter, (5) classification, (6) coding, (7) the manufacture of the card. Analysis of the data in this study used a qualitative descriptive method. In this method, use the following steps: (1) the selection of data, (2) classification of data, and (3) an explanation. In this article, the data in words in a Malaysian student papers UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya. Meanwhile, the source of the data acquired from Malaysian student papers UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya. This article analyzes the results found affixation process and the meaning of affixation include (a) prefix: pe(N)- ,ber-, se-, me(N)-, ter-, and di-. (b) suffix: an, -kan, –nya, and –i, (c) konfiks: me(N)-kan, ke-an, me(N)-i, ber- kan, di-kan, di-i, pe(N)-an, di-kan, di-nya, and se-nya.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the illocutionary speech acts include: assertive, directive, commissive, expressive and declarative in a Hitam Putih talk show in Trans7. In this study, the data in the form of illocutionary speech acts that include: assertive, directive, commissive, expressive and declarative. Meanwhile, the source of the data acquired from the television talk show on Trans7. The data collection method is used refer to the recording technique and technique noted.Analysis of the data in this study used a qualitative descriptive method. In this method, use the following steps: (1) the selection of data, (2) an understanding of data, (3) classification of data, and (4) an explanation and interpretation. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that expressive speech acts was found includes (1) thanked, (2) congratulate, (3) forgiving, (4) blasted, (5) praise, and (6) insulting. Assertive speech acts, among others, (1) state information, (2) expression, (3) expressed sympathy, and (4) boasting. Commissive speech acts include (1) a promising and (2) offer. Directive speech acts include (1) requesting information and (2) rule.

Abstract

The limitations of children with multiple disabilities lead to distinctiveness in the sentences produced and have an impact on the understanding of speech partners.  This study aims to describe the form of sentences in Indonesian children with multiple disabilities and their impact on pragmatic functioning. This qualitative descriptive research uses a longitudinal data collection method. The study subjects were three children with multiple disabilities who were severely deaf and slow to learn. Data in the form of utterances that inform the form of sentences of children with multiple disabilities and their impact on pragmatic functioning.  Data collection using observation and fishing is supported by field recording and recording.  The analysis uses sorting, reverse, and connecting techniques. The validity of the data uses triangulation of theories, methods, and sources. There are two results of this study. First, the sentences produced by children with multiple disabilities are holophrases sentences or one-word sentences.  Second, the deficit of sentence elements gives rise to misunderstandings because it can refer to some pragmatic function so that the speech partner often does not understand fully even though the child has replaced it with a gesture. Hearing and cognitive development limitations cause disabilities to accept and understand exposure, thus impacting the sentences produced.  Children with multiple disabilities experience cognitive developmental delays of 5;6–6;0. AbstrakKeterbatasan anak disabilitas ganda menyebabkan ke-khas-an pada kalimat yang diproduksi dan berdampak pada pemahaman mitra tutur. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan wujud kalimat bahasa Indonesia anak disabilitas ganda dan dampaknya pada fungsi pragmatis. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data longitudinal. Subjek penelitian tiga anak disabilitas ganda yang menyandang tunarungu berat dan lamban belajar. Data berupa tuturan yang menginformasikan wujud kalimat anak disabilitas ganda dan dampaknya pada fungsi pragmatis. Pengumpulan data menggunakan pengamatan dan pemancingan didukung perekaman dan pencatatan lapangan. Penganalisisan menggunakan teknik pilah, balik, dan hubung. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teori, metode, dan sumber. Ada dua hasil penelitian ini. Pertama, kalimat yang dihasilkan anak disabilitas ganda berupa kalimat holofrase atau kalimat satu kata. Kedua, defisit unsur kalimat menimbulkan kesalahpahaman karena dapat merujuk pada beberapa fungsi pragmatis sehingga mitra tutur sering tidak memahami secara lengkap meskipun anak sudah mengganti dengan isyarat. Keterbatasan pendengaran dan perkembangan kognitif menyebabkan hambatan untuk menerima dan memahami pajanan sehingga berdampak pada kalimat yang diproduksi. Anak disabilitas ganda mengalami keterlambatan perkembangan kognitif 5;6–6;0.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan penggunaan campur kode dalam tuturan konten kuliner Budiono Sukses (BS) yang ditayangkan di dalam YouTube. Fokus penelitian ini adalah tuturan BS yang mengandung campur kode. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan penggunaan campur kode pada konten kuliner BS. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah tuturan BS yang memiliki konten kuliner. Data penelitian ini adalah kata, frasa, dan kalimat yang mengandung campur kode. Prosedur pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah (1) mengunduh konten dari YouTube, (2) menyimak konten, (3) mengidentifikasi konten, (4) mengklasifikasi konten, (5) mentranskripsi konten, (6) mengode data berdasarkan indikator. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tuturan BS mengandung campur kode ke dalam dan campur ke luar. Prosedur penganalisisan data penelitian ini adalah (1) menganalisis data, (2) menginterpretasi data, (3) menyimpulkan.

Abstract

Keterbatasan bertutur anak borderline personality disorder menyebabkan anak menunjukkan deletation tuturan. Salah satu deletation tuturan pada anak borderline personality disorder adalah deletation kata. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan deletation kata pada tuturan anak borderline personality disorder. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah satu anak borderline personality disorder. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi observasi, pemancingan, perekaman, dan catatan lapangan. Adapun tahap-tahap pengumpulan data adalah melakukan observasi, merekam tuturan, mentranskrip tuturan, dan memvalidasi data. Metode yang digunakan dalam penganalisisan data yaitu metode padan. Hasil temuan data penelitian ini adalah anak borderline personality disorder masih menunjukkan deletation kata. Pada bentuk kata, subjek masih menunjukkan deletation kata seperti bentuk prefiks seperti me-, ber-, sufiks seperti -an; kata tanya seperti kapan; kata seperti aku, minta, bola, tidak, dan sebagainya. Dari hasil temuan data, subjek masih belum mampu menunjukkan tuturan yang sempurna. Kata-kata kunci: deletation, tuturan, anak borderline personality disorder

Abstract

Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi merupakan salah satu poin penting dalam Kurikulum Merdeka. Oleh karena itu, rancangan modul ajar yang dibuat guru harus dapat memfasilitasi keberagaman kemampuan, minat, bakat, dan gaya belajar siswa. ASSURE sebagai model pengembangan modul ajar dirasa tepat digunakan karena memperhatikan keberagaman karakter siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu mendeskripsikan kemampuan para mahasiswa program studi pendidikan bahasa Indonesia dalam mengembangkan modul ajar berdiferensiasi dengan model ASSURE. Pendekatan yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian berupa ketepatan isi modul ajar berdiferensiasi yang dikembangkan dengan model ASSURE. Sumber data penelitian ini, yaitu 21 mahasiswa yang sedang menempuh mata kuliah Perencanaan Pembelajaran Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Modul ajar yang dikembangkan mahasiswa dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif; dengan menggunakan prinsip-prinsip model ASSURE, meliputi menganalisis karakteristik peserta didik (A); menetapkan tujuan (S); memilih metode, media, dan materi (S); menggunakan metode, media, dan materi (U); melibatkan keterlibatan peserta didik (R); mengevaluasi dan merevisi (E). Ketepatan isi modul ajar menjadi dasar untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan para mahasiswa. Penganalisisan data menggunakan teknik deskriptif dibantu dengan penghitungan berupa persentase. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian memberi informasi bahwa kemampuan para mahasiswa dalam mengembangkan modul ajar berdiferensiasi dengan model ASSURE memiliki kriteria ‘cukup’. Hal tersebut berdasarkan skor ketepatan isi modul ajar berdiferensiasi dengan model ASSURE yang dikembangkan oleh mahasiswa program studi pendidikan bahasa Indonesia di Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya mencapai 69%. Pengembangan yang berhubungan dengan media tidak ada kendala, tetapi pengembangan yang berhubungan dengan materi dan metode masih ada kendala.
