Abstract

Pengguna media sosial saat ini sangat besar; dimana setiap orang mengungkapkan pendapat; komentar; kritik dan lain-lain. Data tersebut memberikan informasi yang berharga untuk dapat membantu orang atau organisasi dalam pengambilan keputusan. Jumlah data yang sangat besar tidak mungkin bagi manusia untuk membaca dan menganalisis secara manual. Ansalisis Sentiment merupakan proses dalam menganalisis; memahami; dan mengklasifikasi pendapat; evaluasi; penilaian; sikap; dan emosi terhadap suatu entitas tertentu seperti produk; jasa; organisasi; individu; peristiwa; topik; guna mendapatkan informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memisahkan tweets berbahasa Indonesia pada media sosial twitter kedalam kategori positif; negatif dan netral. Metode naїve bayes Classifier (NBC) dengan feature selection Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) diterapkan pada dataset untuk mengurangi atribut yang kurang relevan pada saat proses klasifikasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa algoritma Naïve Bayes Classifier dengan feature selection Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) menggunakan parameter term frequency (TF) dengan akurasi 97;48%.

Abstract

At present the development of the use of social media in Indonesia is very rapid, in Indonesia there are a variety of regional languages, one of which is the Sundanese language, where some people especially those living in West Java use Sundanese language to express comments, opinions, suggestions, criticisms and others in social media. This information can be used as valuable data for individuals or organizations in decision making. The huge amount of data makes it impossible for humans to read and analyze it manually. Sentiment analysis is the process of classifying opinions, analyzing, understanding, evaluating, emotions and attitudes towards a particular entity such as individuals, organizations, products or services, topics, events, in order to obtain information. The purpose of this research is the Naїve Bayes Classifier (NBC) classification algorithm and Feature Chi Squared Statistics selection method can be used in Sundanese-language tweets sentiment analysis on Twitter social media into positive, negative and neutral categories. Chi Square Statistic feature test results can reduce irrelevant features in the Naïve Bayes Classifier classification process on Sundanese-language tweets with an accuracy of 78.48%.

Abstract

Peningkatan   perilaku   digital   pada   saat   pandemi   covid-19  seperti work from home, school from home, shop from home dan lain sebagainya menyebabkan banyaknya  kesempatan  untuk  masuk  ke  dalam  jaringan  dan  melakukan   pencurian  atau  perubahan sistem keamanan informasi. Banyak korban dari cyber crime tidak menyadari bahwa dirinya telah menjadi korban, karena korban tidak  dapat  dengan  mudah  mengidentifikasi  kalau  sesuatu  yang  menimpanya  adalah  kejahatan, Untuk itu  diperlukan  sosialisasi  cyber  crime pada masa pandemi covid-19 studi kasus SMK Arraisiyah Pamulang.  Adapun tujuan di dalam kegiatan ini: (1) memberikan sosialisasi mengenai pentingnya pengetahuan mengenai cyber crime pada masa pandemi covid-19  kepada guru di SMK Arraisiyah  Pamulang dan (2) memberikan pemahaman mengenai cara memerangi cyber crime pada masa  pandemi covid-19.

Abstract

Data on very large sales transactions have information on consumer purchasing patterns for data mining processes. Market Basket Analysis is the process of analyzing transaction data to determine what products are most often purchased by consumers and to find associations and correlations between these items. Based on these problems, a system is needed to manage data on sales of goods transactions, based on trends that appear simultaneously in a transaction using the Apriori Algorithm. The Apriori algorithm is a data mining association rule whose purpose is to find the rules for a combination of an item by calculating the support and confidence values. By using the Apriori Algorithm, it is possible to bring up products based on frequent value calculations of a product with other products based on consumer purchase transactions. The use of the algorithm is expected to find consumer buying patterns. The results achieved are in the form of reports on the results of data mining patterns of purchasing goods that are often purchased simultaneously in order to determine marketing strategies in selling goods. Keywords: data mining; market basket analysis; apriori algorithm.

Abstract

Technology is often used by the public to share and find information on the internet through social media, websites, and others. The internet allows people to access information regardless of time and place, wherever and whenever, but one of the negative impacts that often occurs with the presence of the internet is the spread of false information (hoax). Sometimes it is very difficult to distinguish whether the information is true or false (hoax). The impact of the spread of false information is unrest and division in society. This study aims to design and create a website based system that can be used to check whether the information spread is true or false (hoax) by using Single Page Application (SPA) technology with extreme programming as its development method. This research produces a system that can make it easier for people to distinguish between false and true information.

Abstract

LP3ES Bookstore which has been publishing books since 1972. In the process of selling books at this time it is still done offline by coming to the store and online via Instagram social media. By using a system like this, the transaction process that takes place at the LP3ES Bookstore takes a little longer to carry out the sales and reporting processes which are still done manually. So that improvements are needed to improve the quality of company services in order to ensure the convenience of transactions through system development. From the problems that occurred in the LP3ES Bookstore, the author created a web-based book sales information system using the Object Orientied Analysis and Design (OOAD) method. By applying the OOAD method in the development of the application. Information can be more easily provided to consumers, thereby increasing time efficiency in making book purchases at the LP3ES Bookstore.

Abstract

Keadaan saat pandemi COVID-19 telah merubah semua kegiatan di seluruh dunia, perubahan yang terjadi sangat luar biasa terutama pada proses belajar mengajar. Kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang guru sebagai pendidik harus dapat memanfaatkan teknologi informasi yang saat ini berkembang degan pesat untuk mendukung pembelajaran, namun pada kenyataannya tidak seperti yang diharapkan. Dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi untuk mendukung pembelajaran oleh guru saat ini masih kurang digunakan, karena guru masih menggunakan model pembelajaran secara konvensional yaitu memberikan materi secara klasikal, melalui buku atau modul. Media sosial seperti youtube dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk membantu siswa dalam memahami pelajaran dan juga dapat memberikan motivasi siswa dalam belajar. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah melatih guru dalam membuat video pembelajaran melalui media sosial youtube guna mengembangan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dunia pendidikan saat ini. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah guru dapat menggunakan media sosial youtube sebagai video pembelajaran, serta bagi siswa diharapkan dapat terciptanya suasana pembelajaran yang lebih menyenangkan, aktif dan kreatif.  Bentuk pembelajaran audiovisual dapat mempermudah siswa untuk memahami materi sehingga menimbulkan motivasi serta minat untuk belajar. Dengan dibuatnya video pembelajaran melalui media sosial youtube dapat membantu guru dalam menyampaikan materi pada siswa dan siswa dengan mudah mengerti atau memahami pelajaran dan tidak merasa bosan pada saat pembelajaran berlangsung.

Abstract

Helpdesk is a complementary part of a service function, and is responsible as a source of solving problems or other issues, but problems at PT. Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) is still the manual IT helpdesk system for data collection and recording of reports on hardware and software repair services as well as requests for computer supplies that complicate employee productivity. The lack of good work productivity is thought to be due to the inadequate IT helpdesk system for data collection and recording of reports on hardware & software repair services and requests for computer supplies. This research was made using the waterfall method and the analysis was carried out by means of interviews and system surveys that were running and data collection was carried out to obtain the required information. The design method focuses on developing models using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) model such as Use case diagrams. Sequence Diagram s, Activity Diagrams and Class Diagrams. The results of applying the method in developing the IT helpdesk application are that it can simplify the process of documenting applications from the start to the creation of an application. So that it can help the company in providing comfort for employees and simplify and speed up the company in data collection and recording of hardware & software repair service reports and requests for computer supplies
