Abstract

This research was made to develop the management of PT. Utama Raya Motor Industri. In monitoring often occur delays in the process of making reports both daily and monthly in the quality control section. Thus it is necessary to improve in the process of making reports both daily and monthly. Therefore, an application program is needed that can be used by web-based admin quality control as a tool in making reports. With the implementation of the monitoring quality control application design at PT. Utama Raya Motor Industry, which has very high processing capabilities and saves memory. So that the company or agency can achieve the goals that have been set optimally and accurately. In this research has been able to provide a web-based quality control monitoring application program at PT. Utama Raya Motor Industri. With this application, admin quality control can monitor quality easily and quickly.

Abstract

At present, the world has entered the era of information-based competition. Information becomes a valuable asset for a business institution in winning business competition. At PT MNC Sky Vision Tbk is currently using an information system in the form of the use of computer equipment in carrying out its work activities, but in processing data on demand for goods currently in processing data is still less efficient, fast, accurate, and there are still errors in the monthly report, because when In the average daily demand for goods there are 10 requests, both departments / divisions and from branch offices namely KPP, KPD and KPU, which number around 46 departments / divisions and 75 branch offices, for the number of goods requested by the Demand Management Information System Web-Based Goods at PT. MNC Sky Vision Tbk. In one transaction, there were 8 types out of a total of 738 types of goods, so in the process of recapitulating data, demand for goods requires a long time either in adding data, changing data, deleting data and searching data for items needed in a month. Based on these problems, it is needed an application in processing demand data, especially office stationery (ATK) and other supporting operational activities of the office. In this study, the data collection method uses observation, interviews and literature studies. The application is compiled with the procedure of development stage which includes analysis of needs, making data flow diagrams, implementation using PHP as a programming language and MySql as the database. From the research conducted, a Web-based demand management information system software is produced, which can help in day-to-day office operations, namely data storage or data recap and also avoid losses due to human error.

Abstract

The progress of information on tourist attractions at this time has not been maximized in conveying information because many tourism places still use the system manually, such as providing brochures, pamphlets, and posters for tourists who visit tourism objects. That's why researchers are trying to develop chatbot applications. The chatbot application is a programming in Artificial Intelligent designed to be able to simulate direct conversations with humans. With the chatbot application, tourists can exchange information about tourist objects by asking the system like a discussion and can make it easier for tourists who want to visit such as out of town or even in the city with the chat bot application they can also check or see where there is a nearby tourist attraction. and it's not too far, especially during this pandemic, it's better not to leave the house, if you want to go to a tourist attraction, they just need to check the chat bot application on their respective cellphones.

Abstract

The application of artificial intelligence (AI) in a video game is one of the many technological innovations. One variation of 2D-based and offline-based games often applies artificial intelligence to their products to make the games they make interesting. In developing this artificial intelligence, State Machine (SM) is considered very fitting in programming the NPCs used against enemies (Enemy) in the game so that they have variations in movement, attack ranges, and different interaction patterns for each enemy.

Abstract

Testing is the most important thing to produce a system that is very good and also useful. Pengban a system must be carried out because if there is no prior testing of a system, then what will happen to the system will get a system error that results in a poor quality system and will result in a loss for developers and users. Experiments that have been carried out can find an error, disability, or failure on a system that has been known from the beginning and immediately corrected more thoroughly. In the test there are also types of system experiments, one of which is by testing the black box using an equivalent method that is good for looking for an error on the system. The equivalent method can break down the input domains of the program into a class that can solve test cases. Based on the results of a test that has been done, this application still has an error and also a defect in a system.

Abstract

Impor merupakan suatu proses transportasi barang atau komoditas dari suatu negara ke negara lain secara legal, umumnya dalam proses perdagangan. Proses impor umumnya adalah tindakan memasukan barang atau komoditas dari negara lain ke dalam negeri. Kegiatan impor barang khusus dilakukan dengan cara mengisi form pemberitahuan impor barang khusus secara manual, kemudian selanjutnya dilakukan pemeriksaan secara langsung di dalam form tersebut. Proses dokumentasi dan pengarsipan dokumen PIBK yang telah selesai diproses dilakukan secara manual bahkan dokumen PIBK tidak terdokumentasi, sehingga untuk mencari suatu dokumen harus dicari satu persatu dari sekumpulan dokumen di dalam gudang.  Laporan impor barang khusus dan penerimaan dari kegiatan impor barang khusus tersebut harus dilaporkan secara periodik. Dan untuk membuat laporan tersebut dilakukan secara manual dengan menuliskannya ke dalam bentuk file Microsoft Excell. KPPBC TMP Soekarno – Hatta merupakan suatu kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai yang mengalami masalah tersebut, maka diperlukan suatu sistem informasi pemberitahuan impor barang khusus (PIBK). Sistem dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metodologi waterfall yang terbagi atas tujuh tahap yaitu definisi kebutuhan sistem, definisi kebutuhan software, analisis, perancangan sistem, implementasi serta integrasi dan pengujian sistem dan pengopeasian sistem. Sedangkan bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dan dipadukan dengan database MySql. Sistem yang dikembangkan perlu diuji dengan pengujian Blackbox dan Whitebox sehingga hasil pengembangan dapat sesuai dengan yang telah diharapkan.

Abstract

In determining the level of quality of a software it is necessary to test the software. Tests tested can include specifications, design, and coding of the software. This test is conducted to test web-based library software. This test uses the Black Box Testing method using the Equivalence Partitioning technique. Black Box Testing is applied in order to find errors in software related to erroneous functions, errors in interface display, data structure errors or access rights in external databases, sub-optimal performance in a process, and errors in initialization or termination. The Equivalence Partitioning technique defines the cases to be tested by finding some errors and minimizing the number of cases that must be made. The Equivalence Partitioning test case design is based on the premise of the input and output of a component which is partitioned into classes according to the specifications of that component, which are treated equally (equivalence). It can also be assumed that the results of an input produce the same response. The expected result of testing this software is to ensure that this software is free from errors so that in its use there will be no obstacles that prevent the user from doing his work. And inform that the software is in accordance with predetermined specifications.

Abstract

At the Yayasan Gerai Yatim Dhuafa, every semester that has been running, there will be a time when parents and their children receive the results of learning for one semester through the media of report cards. The report card is usually written using a pen/marker filled in by th­­e teaching teacher. When filling out report cards, there are usually some difficulties that occur, such as typos, scribbles, out of markers, and so on. This paper is made to formulate these problems with the aim of making an application that can solve the problems that still occur today. The application that will be made is expected to be able to complete and make it easier for teachers to fill in the values of student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Motorcycle and car washing business is a service business that cleans car or motorcycle vehicles. This job is very helpful for those who don't have time to clean their vehicle. However, many motorcycle and car wash businesses still use manual payments, such as when the customer wants to pay but records the payment manually in the book and there is no proof of the transaction receipt, and when the Steam owner wants to pay a financial income statement, the cashier must check it by opening the income book. last month, last week or yesterday, and the cashier inevitably has to count the number of customers and the amount of revenue every day, week or even month, according to the requirements of the steam boss. In addition, many things often arise when report cards are lost, forgotten or burned. This is very risky when calculating gross income due to human error. For this reason, the author wants to solve the problems that often occur by making a cash register program to sell motorcycles and cars. This motorbike and steam car payment application was created using the Java NetBeans application and MySQL database. Therefore, the hope is that it can help business owners and cashiers improve motorbike and car washing payment services, and the data is directly stored in the database, so the owner or cashier does not need to save and record in a book.

Abstract

Black-box testing is very influential in finding flaws and errors in the software because it can identify errors in functions, interfaces, data models, and access to external information sources. During the testing process, the problem often arises that the tester is never sure that the software being tested has met the criteria for being eligible for testing. This condition occurs because sometimes there are still some execution paths that have never been tested. The examiner should be able to make every possible mix of input information for the test material. The selection of input information to detect errors is a problem for testers because it has a high gap, so that an automatic test trial model can be a solution to automatically generate a test trial model in software testing. The black-box method with the identical division technique requires a false awareness technique.
