Abstract

Hari demi hari dalam kemajuan jaman tentu tidak lepas dari adanya inovasi dan karya-karya baru yang muncul untuk terus berupaya membuat kemudahan dalam setiap kegiatan baik keseharian, pekerjaan, pendidikan dan lain sebagainya. Dalam skripsi ini saya mengambil 1 contoh tempat yang terus berkembang mengikuti zaman, baik dalam manajemen operasional maupun manajemen keuangan. Dalam institusi Pendidikan berikut belum memiliki alur komputerisasi dalam memanajemen sebuah operasional keuangan. Pada setiap kegiatan demi kegiatan setiap tahun diperlukan adanya laporan keuangan yang dimana perlu adanya pengajuan dana untuk kegiatan agar dapat terlaksananya suatu rencana kegiatan. Maka dari itu hasil penelitian ini adalah membuat sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu dalam terealisasinya pengajuan dana tanpa harus konfirmasi berulang kepada pihak admin dan dapat di cek secara mandiri melalui akun yang dimiliki. Hasil penelitian ini terbuat dari adanya analisa sistem, desain sistem, dan implementasi serta menggunakan beberapa tools penunjang sistem diantaranya yaitu internet, web browser, XAMPP, MySQL serta menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman JavaScript dan PHP (Hypertext Processor).

Abstract

Obtaining information about the championship has not been through digital online so that participants have to wait until the championship proposal is distributed to schools. Registration for the pencak silat championship is still through the conventional system by coming to the registration site so that prospective participants need more time. The championship participant data processing management system is not yet based on a website, so the committee must register the participants manually. The method used in the development of this software uses the waterfall model which is divided into five stages, namely Analysis of software requirements, Design, Program Code Generation, Testing and Support (support) or Maintenance (maintenance). The results of this system design can facilitate the Padjadjaran Family Cimande (KBPC) in recording, processing and registration information for data management purposes as well as recapitulation of championship registration reports. Prospective participants do not need to come to the registration site, just go online. So that the committee can collect data easily. Keyword: System Design, Registration, Pencak Silat, WEB-Based.

Abstract

Poverty is still a problem in Indonesia and is a national concern and appropriate treatment. In 2007, the government created a program intended for a family called the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) with the aim of breaking the chain of poverty, changing unsupportive actions, as well as the welfare and quality of human resources. Unfortunately, the support system for receiving PKH assistance deals with problems regarding potential recipients of PKH assistance, where data management is still conventional and does not match the predetermined criteria, so that the assistance is not yet on target. As a solution to these problems, the authors developed a decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method which is often known as the weighted summation, where the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method has the advantage of determining attribute values, then it will be continued by determining a chaining process. which will select the best from various alternatives, and the assessment will be more precise because it is based on predetermined criteria and preference weights. The result of this research is a decision support system application that gives output in the form of ranking of 126 poor family data which has very good accuracy of 0.4800. So that it gets the priority that receives the most PKH assistance to meet the limited PKH quota in accordance with the criteria that have been determined by the government so that the assistance is right on target.

Abstract

Satu Arah Coffee Shop is a shop that provides many types of coffee from various regions. Therefore, sales at the Satu Arah Coffee Shop are growing rapidly because of the large number of coffee lovers nowadays. The conventional drink ordering process is not enough to overcome the many customers who come to enjoy various kinds of coffee at the shop, because there are still many obstacles such as the lack of information on the menu list in the shop, then the transaction process still uses conventional methods such as recording in a book. So the shop owner tries to use a computerized method that makes it easier for the shop owner to make transactions. This is also to make it easier for customers to be more efficient in ordering drinks or food. The computerized system used is a Web-based Information System. This Web-based Information System is used to process transactions between shop owners and customers, can also help customers in terms of ordering coffee or food as well as information related to the menu in this shop, so as to provide convenience for customers in terms of ordering. In designing this Web-based information system using a model with Unified Modeling Language (UML) including Use Case Diagrams, sequence diagrams, Class Diagrams and Activity Diagrams. Built using the PHP, Programming language with MySql as the database.
