Abstract

Human voice depends on the position or shape of the cavity owned, so the character of the sound that each person is unique and became his identity. Identification of speakers (speaker recognition) is the process of identifying who is talking on the information contained in the speech wave. Identification of speakers can be used as attendance systems, security, and so on. Speaker recognition system in this study formed through two main processes of training (training) and recognition (recognition), where Mel Frequency Cepstrum Coefficients (MFCC) are used for feature extraction, then the model is formed based Hidden Markov sound model (HMM). The results showed that the test in real time using a microphone accuracy rate of 30%. While testing of the recording file 100%. The level of accuracy depends heavily on the ability of clustering and classification.

Abstract

Downsampling process is used to reduce the image resolution by eliminating some pixels, so it will affect the quality of output image. To keep the quality, modified bicubic interpolation method is used in the downsampling process. Modified bicubic interpolation is a modification of bicubic interpolation with same quality and faster processing time. This paper will discuss about the implementation of modified bicubic interpolation method on the image downsampling process by computing 16 nearest pixel values on the input image to produce pixel values for output image. Modified bicubic interpolation is tested at 2 (two) image types, RGB and grayscale. Each type is consist of 2 (two) format, JPG and BMP. Experimental results show that the most stable output size is from JPG RGB with 300 – 400 KB range and from JPG grayscale with 0 – 50 KB range. The fastest processing time is from JPG RGB with 200 – 300 KB range and for the grayscale on 25% scale from JPG with 150 – 200 KB range, 50% scale from JPG with 0 – 50 KB range and 75% scale from BMP. The highest PSNR value is from JPG RGB with 100 – 200 KB range and from JPG grayscale with 0 – 50 KB range.

Abstract

The image data on a highway has been available on several online sites. It can be used to pull some information such as traffic congestion, vehicle volume per day, etc. To obtain this information required basic information such as the introduction of the vehicle, in this case the car. The introduction of the car is done by utilizing the features that form the image Histogram of Oriented Gradient (HOG). The introduction of a car based on this feature is done by using a model of linear equations formed from the algorithm Support Vector Machine (SVM), which is a binary classification. The accuracy of the results obtained in this study was 82, 5%

Abstract

Information technology is a much-needed asset in today's modern era. Not only as a tool as well as a core resource that should be utilized by organizations and companies. PT XYZ is one company that utilizes information technology to support its business process. Xi x hesitate in the procurement of the next information technology, given the cost that it requires. Companies are afraid of the investments made will be in vain because there is no appropriate information technology strategy to support its business processes. Therefore, it is necessary to make information technology strategy with company business strategy. This study was conducted with the work of Ward and Peppard. Before analyzing information technology strategy with SWOT Model Matrix previously performed internal and external environment analysis with Value Chain and PEST Analysis approach.
