Abstract

Until now there are still many students who consider aboaut metematics as a school subject that is considered scary and boring. Because it contains many difficult and meticulous formulas. Though mathematics is a very important subject to be learned along with the progress of Science and Technology increasingly sophisticated in Era 4.0. Through Mathematics with all its applications, it creates many kinds of increasingly sophisticated contemporary technologies. Mathematics can be said to be the mother of all sciences. Therefore, mathematics is very important to be taught to students and must be able to be well received and enjoyable. Therefore it is necessary to look for a development of mathematical learning concepts that are in accordance with the characteristics of students namely fun mathematics learning strategies that can make students happy when studying, both at school and at private institutions. In this paper discusses focused for fun learning strategies based on mathematical game methods, Mathematical Puzzles, and Mathematical Stories.

Abstract

This study examined the relationship of logical intelligence students' mathematical communication skills. This research was conducted at the senior high school of Jenggawah at the even semester of the 2019/2020 academic year. The population in this study were all of the high school students of class X IPA, the total students were 144 students in the 2019/2020 academic year. The sampling technique of this study was using 64 Randoms Cluster Sampling as well as the instruments used in the form of mathematical logical intelligence questionnaire and mathematical communication skills test questions. The Analysis of the data used in this research was descriptive and inferential analysis by using a simple linear regression test. Based on the results of a simple linear regression test that the results of the relationship of mathematical logical intelligence of mathematical communication skills can be seen from t count = 11.074 > t table = 1.997 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, it could be concluded that there was a relationship of mathematical logical intelligence to mathematical communication ability.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan profil antisipasi siswa SMP/MTs dalam memecahkan masalah aljabar ditinjau dari kemampuan matematika. Antisipasi pada penelitian ini mengacu pada antisipasi bentuk forseeing, yang meliputi 5 jenis tingkatan antisipasi, yaitu (1) impulsive anticipation, (2) interiorized anticipation,(3) tanacious anticipation,(4) analytic anticipation, and (5) exploratif anticipation.. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 1 siswa perempuan kelas VIII SMP dan 2 siswa perempuan kelas VIII MTs. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan pemberian tugas pemecahan masalah aljabar dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profil antisipasi siswa pada subjek perempuan berkemampuan tinggi (SPT) diklasifikasikan sebagai analytic anticipation. Kemudian, profil antisipasi siswa pada subjek perempuan berkemampuan sedang (SPS) diklasifikasikan sebagai interiozed anticipation. Sedangkan, profil antisipasi siswa pada subjek perempuan berkemampuan rendah (SPR) dalam memecahkan masalah aljabar diklasifikasikan sebagai interiozed anticipation.. Kata Kunci: Antisipasi, Pemecahan Masalah Aljabar, Kemampuan Matematika Abstract This study is aimed to describe anticipation profile of Junior High School Students in solving algebra problem based on mathematical ability difference. Anticipation in this study refers to anticipate the type of foreseeing as follows: (1) impulsive anticipation, (2) tanacious anticipation, (3) interiorized anticipation, (4) analytic anticipation, and (5) exploratif anticipation.. The Subjects of this study is consisted of three female students of 8^th class at SMP/MTs. The technique of collecting data applied in this study are task giving and interview. The results of this study showed that the anticipation profile of students on high-ability female subjects (SPT) was classified as analytic anticipation. Then, the anticipation profile of students on moderate-ability female subjects (SPS) was classified as interiozed anticipation. Abstract

Time series analysis aims to forcasttime seriesdata in some future period based on the data in the past. The main aim of this research is to forcast the number of the new students of Salafiyah Syafi’iyahSukorejo Boarding School in Situbondo using Auto Regressive Moving Average (ARMA). This research uses annual data from 2005 until 2016. It is discusses the steps of timeseriesanlysis using the Box –Jenkinsmethod. That method comprises of several stages, they are model identification stage, parameter estimation stage, diagnostic checking and forecasting stage. Model identification stage is done by finding the model (p,q) that are considered as the most appropriate by looking at the plot of ACF and PACF of the correlogram. Parameter estimation stage is done by estimating model parameters.Whereas, Diagnostic testing and forecasting stage is done by seeing if residual estimation results is already have the quality of white noise.After the appropriate model has been identified, the next step is to use this model for forecasting. The results of this study shows that the ARMA model (2.0) provide the better forecasting results with squared the smallest value of SSR, AICand SIC.

Abstract

Mathematical problem solving has become an important issue that was often discussed in school classes including in the covid-19 pandemic era. This research aimed to describe the level of reasoning ability of students in solving mathematical problems based on the cognitive style of field-dependent and field-independent cognitive styles. The research approach used a was mixed-method of quantitative and qualitative. The subject of this study were students of Ibrahimy 1 Junior High School of Situbondo. The data collection techniques used were the form of tests and interviews. The data of the written test and interview results were tested for validity by triangulation. This research indicated that:(1) there were differences in student’s mathematical reasoning abilities between-FD and FI subjects; (2) the FI subject was able to re-examined, evaluated, and drew valid conclusions, but not for FD subject; (3) the FI subject has fulfilled all four mathematics reasoning indicators and classified as a very capable category; (4) the FD subject has fulfilled all three indicators and classified as capable enough category; and (5) generally, the level of mathematical reasoning ability of FI subjects group was very capable category as many as 21,43% and 14,29 % for FD subjects group.

Abstract

Motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja sangat berkaitan langsung dengan kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja yang dirasakan oleh karyawan dapat menurunkan kinerja ataupun meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja yang nyaman akan membuat karyawan termotivasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja sehingga akan berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja suatu instansi secara keseluruhan. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode kuantitatif melalui pendekatan asosiatif. Lokasi penelitian, yakni Dinas Komunikasi Informatika dan Statistik (Diskominfo) Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni seluruh karyawan berjumlah 39 orang. Metode pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini berupa sampel jenuh (sensus). Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji-t, dan uji-f. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; dan (3) Motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pemerhati kebersihan dan pemerhati ruang kerja agar tugas yang diberikan karyawan yang dikerjakan dengan baik dan diharapkan dengan adanya motivasi kerja akan meningkatkan gairah dan semangat karyawan dalam sebuah organisasi.

Abstract

This research is a literature study with a descriptive qualitative approach to the type of literature that seeks to explain the important role of statistics in modern Islamic education and economics. In this literature study, researchers used various written sources such as books, articles, journals and other supporting documents relevant to the study. This study focuses on the discourse of statistical science and its role in the field of Islamic education and economics in the modern era. The results of the study show that statistics have been widely used by the public on various field such as politics, education, government, economics, and business. In education, statistics help students and learners or education practitioners in understanding data, measurement instruments, data analysis techniques, and drawing conclusions, both as evaluations and continuing education research. While in business, statistics can be applied to business calculations in the form of trend index numbers, dividend calculations, probability of profit in investments and stocks. Specifically, statistics have an important role in the banking sector, stock sector, capital market sector, insurance sector, multifinance and micro sector. Statistics present a lot of detailed and systematic information or data. Abstract

Pembahasan persamaan diferensial linier orde-n yang homogen dan tak homogen serta penerapannya dalam beberapa kasus nyata menghadapkan mahasiswa dan peneliti dalam situasi yang rumit. Secara khusus, ketika berhadapan dengan persamaan diferensial linier orde-n dengan koefisien tak tentu dari bentuk Aecx dan Axecx, solusi umum dengan metode koefisien tak tentu yang ada sejauh ini terbukti panjang. Melalui metode Mutua, hal itu menjadi mudah dan sederhana dapat menemukan solusi tanpa melalui semua algoritma yang rumit.

Abstract

The development of technology, especially Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has influenced all aspects of life including education. Learning mathematics requires a tool (media) to explain mathematical material that is abstract in nature and fosters student learning motivation. Macromedia flash is a vector-based animation program and is used to create animated objects and text. This study aims to determine the effect of macromedia flash-based learning media and learning motivation on learning outcomes of class X IPA students at SMAN 1 Asembagus. The population is 180 students of class X IPA which consists of 5 classes, while the sample taken is 124 students of class X IPA. Data collection techniques used questionnaire and documentation techniques, while data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously learning media based on macromedia flash and learning motivation towards mathematics learning outcomes is 6,2%. While partially macromedia flash based learning media has an effect of 0,0027% and learning motivation has an effect of 0,059%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is the influence of macromedia flash based learning media and learning motivation on the mathematics learning outcomes of class X IPA at SMAN 1 Asembagus both simultaneously and partially.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the significance of learning management in enhancing teaching and learning productivity. Using a literature review, the research approach analyzes the essential features of learning management, such as arranging time and space, boosting learning effectiveness, assuring student involvement, and managing learning resources effectively. The purpose of this study is to examine the function of learning management in enhancing teaching and learning productivity throughout the new normal period. The benefits of the research can offer recommendations for the phases of implementing learning management in the new normal era, including numerous crucial elements such as identifying goals and objectives, reviewing the current learning system, embracing technology and learning media, and others. By adhering to these steps, schools and educational institutions can ensure that their learning management is consistent with the new normal period and assist students in learning more effectively.
