Abstract

Lack of church involvement in every church activity (service), because the congregation does not get guidance, direction, and teaching. If Christian religious teaching is taught properly and healthily, the congregation will be strong / survive, experience a change in thinking (cognitive), attitude (affective), and willing to be involved (psychomotor) in church activities. That is why, if the congregation has received formation, teaching properly and healthily, they will take root, grow, and bear fruit (Colossians 3:17). The method presented during the study was to use quantitative methods, namely distributing questionnaires to members of the Church of Christ Rahmani Indonesia, Sola Gratia Church, Ruko Permata Ujung Menteng. As a result, as a pastor, the task is not only to shepherd but also to be responsible for the spirituality of the church in providing teaching, formation, direction, and training to church members.

Abstract

Efforts to explore the spirituality of Christian work have become an urgent need, not because they want to compete with the spirituality of work that is currently going on in a secular manner, but as a form of fulfilling the Christian missionary call to "witness, preach the Gospel, and make disciples of all nations." Apart from being an effort to fulfill the call of Christian mission, studying the spirituality of Christian work also helps Christian workers to have a quality work ethic in their workplace, because they do it productively, independently and spiritually. Spiritual entrepreneurship was found to be the right choice that could meet the criteria and forms of Christian work spirituality needed. The method used in this research is literature study, namely by collecting data from books, the Bible, and online journals about Christian entrepreneurship, Christian work spirituality, and Christian work ethic. Spiritual entrepreneurship is the best choice as an embodiment of the spirituality of Christian work, because of the consideration of the underlying principles and values, its distinctive form, and its function and the possibility of a large positive impact it can generate.

Abstract

The spirituality of work in secular circles is currently developing in such a way and mostly has a positive impact on the world of work itself, because of its nature which provides a balance between work and all its demands, with humans in their inner satisfaction and deepest desire to fulfill and serve the highest goals set forth. beyond existence. Efforts to explore the spirituality of Christian work have become an urgent need, not because they want to compete with the spirituality of work that is currently prevailing secularly, but as a form of fulfilling the Christian missionary call to "witness, preach the Gospel, make disciples of all nations." Apart from being an effort to fulfill the call of Christian mission, this also helps those who live the spirituality of Christian work to have a quality work ethic in their workplace, because they do it productively, independently and spiritually. Through the literature study method, it is concluded that spiritual entrepreneurship is found to be the right choice that can meet the criteria and forms of Christian work spirituality needed.AbstrakSpiritualitas kerja dikalangan sekuler saat ini berkembang sedemikian rupa dan kebanyakan memberikan dampak yang positif bagi dunia kerja itu sendiri, oleh karena sifatnya yang memberi keseimbangan antara kerja dan segala tuntutannya, dengan manusia di dalam kepuasan batin serta keinginan terdalamnya untuk memenuhi dan mengabdi pada tujuan tertinggi yang melampaui keberadaanya. Upaya menggali spiritualitas kerja Kristen menjadi sebuah kebutuhan yang mendesak dilakukan, bukan karena ingin menyaingi spiritualitas kerja yang saat ini sedang berlaku secara sekuler, melainkan sebagai bentuk pemenuhan panggilan misi orang Kristen untuk “menjadi saksi, memberitakan Injil, memuridkan segala bangsa.” Selain sebagai upaya pemenuhan panggilan misi Kristiani, hal ini turut membantu mereka yang menghidupi spiritualitas kerja Kristen untuk memiliki etos kerja berkualitas di tempat kerjanya, karena dikerjakannya secara produktif, mandiri dan rohani. Melalui metode studi kepustakaan maka disimpulkan bahwa entrepreneurship rohani di dapati sebagai pilihan tepat yang dapat memenuhi kriteria dan bentuk dari spiritualitas kerja Kristen yang dibutuhkan.

Abstract

There have been many social foundations in Indonesia in the past few years. The Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation Indonesia has four humanitarian missions and requires volunteers to give their time, thoughts, and energy to help them achieve their goals. This research was conducted on 62 volunteers in Jakarta, Cikarang, and Bekasi. By using purposive sampling technique and processing using Smart PLS 3.0 to test the hypothesis. The questionnaire results show a positive relationship between transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior human capital.

Abstract

Pelayanan misi kontekstual merupakan sebuah strategi misi yang menempatkan kebutuhan dan konteks budaya masyarakat sebagai pusat perhatian dalam memberikan pelayanan. Dalam era masyarakat digital, pelayanan misi kontekstual menjadi semakin penting karena adanya perubahan dalam gaya hidup dan cara berinteraksi manusia dengan teknologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan tinjauan literatur dari beberapa sumber yang relevan. Bagaimana gereja bisa bermisi di dunia digital, secara khusus kepada masyarakat digital, yang menjadi salah satu strategi pekabaran Injil ke masyarakat digital. Hasilnya Gereja perlu memanfaatkan teknologi dan media sosial untuk melakukan pelayanan misi di era digital dengan membina influencer rohani dan mempertahankan pola komunikasi Kristen yang mudah diakses dan dipahami di platform digital. AbstractContextual mission service is a mission strategy that places the needs and cultural context of society at the center of attention in providing services. In the era of digital society, contextual mission service is becoming increasingly important due to changes in lifestyle and how humans interact with technology. This study uses a qualitative approach by conducting a literature review from several relevant sources. The focus is on how the church can spread the Gospel to the digital society, specifically as a strategy to spread the Gospel to the digital society. The result is that the church needs to utilize technology and social media to carry out mission service in the digital era by cultivating spiritual influencers and maintaining Christian communication patterns that are easily accessible and understood on digital platforms.

Abstract

Innovation in Christian Religious Education can create a more effective and engaging learning process for students, develop relevant skills and competencies, and increase students' interest and participation in Christian Religious Education. The main purpose of innovation in Christian Religious Education in the digital era is to create or discover methods/approaches that are more relevant and engaging for students in learning about Christianity. The method used in this research is literature review. This research method is used to find new methods to connect students with their faith through innovation in Christian Religious Education in the digital era. The benefits of innovation in Christian Religious Education in the digital era are to increase the effectiveness of learning Christian Religious Education, develop relevant skills and competencies, and increase students' interest and participation in Christian Religious Education. With innovation in Christian Religious Education in the digital era, students can connect with their faith and beliefs more effectively and authentically.
