Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 dewasa ini masih berlanjut sampai dengan saat ini. Hal tersebut menyebabkan dampak yang luar biasa bagi semua jenis industri, termasuk dalam industri pendidikan. Dengan adanya pandemi tersebut, semua elemen dalam dunia pendidikan baik guru, peserta didik, dosen, mahasiswa, maupun institusi pendidikan itu sendiri yang harus dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan kondisi yang ada, termasuk perubahan pembelajaran tatap muka menjadi pembelajaran secara online atau daring. Dengan adanya pembelajaran secara daring tersebut, menyebabkan seluruh proses pembelajaran harus disiapkan dengan matang, termasuk materi presentasi yang dilakukan oleh peserta didik agar dapat diserap oleh para audiens dengan baik. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan para peserta dapat menyusun materi presentasi yang baik dan menarik, sehingga pesan yang disampaikan dapat dipahami dan tidak menyebabkan kebosanan bagi audiens. Metode kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan secara hybrid berupa penyampaian materi pelatihan secara keseluruhan yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan praktikum pemilihan slide presentasi yang baik melalui Slidesgo.com dan penyusunan materi presentasi dengan PowerPoint, serta diakhiri dengan pengisian angket. Hasil dari pengabdian ini pelajar SMP-SMA binaan LAZGIS Bekasi dapat meningatkan kemampuan dalam menyusun poin-poin dan materi presentasi serta layout presentasi yang baik dan dapat dimengerti audiens.

Abstract

The popular data mining methods to find the relationship between an item and another item is the association rule method using A Priori algorithm, this method is precise to generate a pattern of relationship rules between the types of items sold based on sales data. Support values ​​on frequent items and confidence in the rules obtained can be an actionable insight that can be follow up by minimarket managers, cooperatives and etc. The categorization of product types in minimarkets is much while the total number of transactions in one year is also very large, but the number of types of items sold in a transaction is very few, thus the threshold value cannot be high. In this study, the association rule method was carried out per event or certain period related to Muslim holidays, the highest rule was obtained is Makanan ringan => Sembako with 46% confidence and 16% support which occurred in the month of Ramadan.

Abstract

<p style="text-align: justify;">Jurnal Abdimas Perbanas (JAP) merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Perbanas Institute, yang berisikan tentang artikel ilmiah yang merupakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Jurnal abdimas merupakan salah satu luaran dari hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyakakat yang telah dilaksanakan oleh kelompok dosen maupun kolaborasi antara dosen dan mahasiswa dari seluruh perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. Dan juga merupakan luaran dari hibah pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Jurnal ini digagas setelah Perbanas Institute merayakan Dies Natalis ke-51 dengan melaksanakan SNAP (Seminar Nasional<em>, Call for Paper</em> dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat), pada saat  <em>Call for Paper</em> bukan hanya artikel penelitian tetapi juga artikel pengabdian kepada masyarakat, yang mana masih banyak artikel pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang belum tertampung di jurnal, oleh karena itu kami memiliki ide untuk membuat jurnal abdimas ini.</p>

Abstract

The appearence of digital and millennial disruption in Indonesia has been affected to banking competition particularly at digital banking. This forced the banks should implement various right strategies to keep customers out of this competition. This research aims to revealed the right strategy to increase millennial customer loyalty towards digital banking through service quality and perceived ease of use, likewise to customer satisfaction as an intervene. This research included in causality type with descriptive quantitative method processed by SEM-LISREL to examined the hypothesis. The sample was 400 respondents spread throughout Indonesia. The technique used non-probability sampling with snowball type. Research found that service satisfaction and perceived ease of use affects the increasing in millennial customer loyalty either directly or indirectly. Customer satisfaction has direct affect to increase customer loyalty. Service satisfaction and perceived ease of use affects in achieving millennial's expectation. Appropriate strategy to use to improve customer loyalty based on this research is by develop digital banking services that worthy and irreplaceable to reached sustained competitive advantage and creates algorithms learning machine to accommodate banking information in one mobile application which is reliable and convenient.

Abstract

In the midst of digital business growth rapidly and Covid-19 pandemic that has lasted for several years, people tends to carry out all their activities from home, including fulfilling their needs through various e-commerce services. This research model intends to investigate the important role from customer perceived value in increasing online repurchase intention on various e-commerce sites in Indonesia, such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Lazada and Blibli. This research method designed by quantitative causality with a total sample of 310 people through snowball sampling. The analytical method used AMOS-SEM to verified the role of customer value perceptions. This results shows that customer perceived value indirectly act as an crucial part in increasing the influence from e-service quality, ease of use, store image and online promotion on online repurchase intention.

Abstract

Digitalization and the millennial era in Indonesia brought an effect to the competition in all industrial, commercial and non-commercial sectors that includes at the Islamic Youth Council of Jakarta Islamic Center which is known as Madaris JIC. By the advancement of digitalization which increases rapidly, has forced Madaris JIC to adjust with these conditions in order to develop the economy of the organization and its members. The obstacles that need to be faced by Madaris JIC is the lack of understanding in the use of graphic design applications which applied in products, packaging and posters in an effort to support economic empowerment within the organization. This became an urgent matter which one of that is graphic design education. Therefore, lecturers and students from Digital Business Study Program at the University of Nusa Mandiri (UNM) performed community service with aim to assist Madaris JIC youth to strengthen the economy of the organization and its members. The method used in this service is a persuasive lecture. This kind of service activity helps the participants to look for new ideas and use it to their products so as to improve their economy. The results of this assistance activity can increase the economy by 80% even though the selling price has increased due to additional operational costs in printing packaging designs that do not affect sales within the Madaris JIC environment. This activity also helps spread Madaris JIC da'wah through more creative and innovative product designs, packaging and da'wah posters so that it has an impact on Madaris JIC's brand awareness among the general public.

Abstract

Bank is a financial institution that collects funds from the public in the form of deposits, both demand deposits, savings and time deposits. This study aims to determine the effect of mobile banking product quality on customer satisfaction of Bank Syariah Indonesia Jakarta branch Wolter Monginsidi. The method use is a survey methode using descriptive and verification analysis technique. The sampling technique of this study used a purposive sampling technique of 75 respondents.  The data collection technique use quisionnaire with 20 question items assessed on a Likert scale 1-5 and tested for validity and reliability. Hyphotesis testing using statistical analysis included classical assumption test (Normality test and Heteroscedasticity test), Autocorrelation test (Dubin Watson), Simple Linier Regression Analysis (R square, t-test, and F test). Based on partial test, it can be stated that Product Quality has a positive effect on visitors to the Jakarta branch of Bank Syariah Indonesia Wolter Monginsidi, so the hypothesis can be accepted.

Abstract

MSME Community Class Up is an organizational forum which established with sense of togetherness as a result of the Covid-19 Pandemic, where MSME players really affected by significant decline in their business, within the Class Up of UMKM Community, those MSMEs are given training and workshops which can help them in turnover the decline in sales and choosing the right market strategies after the Covid-19 pandemic. By Optimizing the Digital Marketing as one of Information and Product Marketing Media for MSME Members of the MSME Community class up which seems very beneficial for MSMEs because by the use of digital marketing, MSMEs can make decisions about the sustainability of their business by applying digital-based marketing strategies for the businesses that they run. Good response from partners towards training are very useful in increasing partners' skills in introducing digital marketing and the participants were very enthusiastic and active in participating in the training by asking questions related to business strategy, as well as the implementation of digital marketing in business. The results of this training indicated that the participants had increase their ability in the use of various types of digital marketing media and their sales was increased by 80%. Through the capabilities which possessed by the partners in managing the optimization of digital marketing, so that they can assess their owned marketing performance periodically.

Abstract

The increasingly massive development of the digital era has forced various profit and non-profit industries to be able to adapt, especially in digital marketing, and the South Jakarta Muslimah Wahdah Islamiyah Institute is no exception. One of the problems faced by Muslimah Wahdah Islamiyah in South Jakarta is the lack of utilization of the YouTube feature as an institutional marketing medium. This is of course a problem that needs to be addressed immediately, considering that South Jakarta Muslimah Wahdah Islamiyah is a da'wah institution that has various programs, such as da'wah, education, economics, social, and health. Therefore, Lecturers and Students of the Digital Business Study Program held community services to optimize YouTube features with the aim of helping South Jakarta Muslimah Wahdah Islamiyah in empowering the economy for the organization and its members.

Abstract

The community service activity holds a crucial urgency in raising awareness about the significant role of youth in village development, particularly in Ragunan District. By organizing the "Leadership Training: From Organization to Become The Best Leader" event, the primary aim is to provide a profound understanding of effective leadership for the younger generation, especially for the management of Karang Taruna RW 01 Ragunan. Through a series of leadership training and skill development, it is expected that participants can lead more effectively and actively contribute to the advancement of their villages. The targeted outcomes include the enhancement of quality and capacity among youth in leadership, innovation, and contribution to village development, as well as the establishment of strong networking and collaboration among youth in Ragunan District.
