Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of employee placement, workload, and compensation on employee performance at PT. Industrial Concrete Pioneers. The number of samples as many as 125 respondents with purposive sampling method. IBM SPSS Statistics 20 program for multilinear regression analysis. This study uses a quantitative method through a questionnaire survey distributed from google form. The results in the study can be seen that each independent variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Partially Pioneer of Industrial Concrete and guidelines by conducting training and job development programs, holding a morning briefing before work to ensure and evaluate the work that has been done, reviewing employee bonuses that are in accordance with employee performance, and paying attention to enthusiasm and providing more motivation to employees to complete the task on time.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the influence of organizational culture, work environment and work discipline on employee at PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia (TMMIN). This study uses quantitative methods by conducting a survey to 125 respondents. The sampling method is purposive sampling and uses the SPSS 20.0 data processing assistance program. This study has a very influential variable, namely organizational culture with a. regression coefficient of 0.249. from the result of this study it can be concluded that there is a partial and simultaneous influence oof the organizational culture variable, work environment and work discpline on employee performance at PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia (TMMIN) and also held socialization about The Toyota Way to improve good insight, evaluate employees, as well as conduct mentoring, culture learning in career development to support good performance optimal.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the training and motivation influence on the performance of the Occupation Service Tribe and the Central Jakarta Civil Record. This research uses quantitative methods with sampling techniques and using simple random sampling in the retrieval of data from the questionnaire. The number of population in research is 120 and using 80 samples of 16 indicators times 5. Data is collected by distributing questionnaires through Google Form given to employees Suku Dinas Kependudukan and Kependudukan Pencatatan Sipil Jakarta Pusat that are sampled. This research shows that training has a positive impact on employee performance and motivation has a positive effect on employee performance as well as training and motivation simultaneously affects employee performance.

Abstract

Almost in every company always trying to improve the performance of its human resources in order to survive and develop this also applies at PT Manggala Gita Karya This study aims to determine the influence of Leadership, Workload and Organizational Culture on employee performance at the head office of PT. Mangala Gita Karya. The distribution of the questionnaire was 63 respondents using google form. This study uses a quantitative method with multiple regression analysis method and uses the SPSS25 program. The results showed that Leadership and Workload had a negative and insignificant effect, on the contrary, Organizational Culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The findings of this study can be used as a reference for PT. Manggala Gita Karya to evaluate the performance of its employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the variables of communication, work discipline and work environment have an influence on the performance of the employees of SD Strada Dipamarga. In this study, the data processing uses validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiples regression test, coefficient of determination, F test and T test with the help of SPSS 20.0. In the sample used as many as 40 respondents. In this study using a quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale to measure each statement. The results of the study stated that communication did not provide a significant effect on employee performance and for work discipline and work environment had a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training, competence and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. XYZ. This study uses quantitative methods. Quantitative methods include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing through f test and t test. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Samples were taken as many as 165 respondents with purposive sampling method. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire using a Likert scale distributed via google form. The data in this study were analyzed with the help of the SPSS 16 program. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable, namely training (X1) partially has no significant effect on employee performance (Y), while the competence variable (X2) and work discipline (X3) partially have a significant effect on employee performance (Y), and then the variables of training (X1), competence (X2) and work discipline (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) PT. XYZ.
