The type of research used in this study is quantitative. The population in this study were all consumers who visited the Singapore restaurant. Sampling using nonprobability sampling, with type of accidential sampling method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires with Likert scale that each has been tested and has fulfilled the validity and reliability requirements. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The result of multiple linear regression analysis shows that the variables of location and price simultaneously have a positive relation to consumer purchase result. This can be proven from the value of Fcount(14,649 ≥ 5,698) with a significance value (sig) of 0.00 ≤ 0.05 (a = 5%). The result of multiple linear regression analysis showed that Based on the result of t test the location variable is negative with tcount of 0,319 ttable value 2,051 and significance value equal to 0,752 ≤ 0,05. This indicates that location variable has negative and insignificant effect to purchasing decision variable and based on result of t test of positive value variable with tcount value 5,406 ≤ ttable value 2,051 and significance value equal to 0,00 ≥ 0,05. This shows that the variable of product price have positive and significant effect to consumer purchase decision variable.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal Mei 2017 sampai Juli 2017. Metode Kuesioner dan penelitian kepustakaan untuk pengumpulan data. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis Deskriptif, Uji Regresi, Uji T, dan Uji F. populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Polewali Mandar yang berjumlah 43 orang. Dari hasil regresi, maka dapat disusun persamaan sebagai berikut Y= 7,325 + 0,288 X1 + 0,296 X2. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa jika variabel independen dianggap konstan, maka motivasi intrinsik dan ekstrinsik mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Fhitung sebesar 18,743 sedangkan Ftabel sebesar 3,112 dengan demikian maka Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel sehingga diketahui bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak.sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Nilai Thitung untuk variabel motivasi ekstrinsik adalah sebesar 3,582 sedangkan Ttabel sebesar 1,990. Berdasarkan criteria pengujiannya Thitung Ttabel, maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak dan tingkat signifikannya adalah 0,0010,05. Yang berarti secara parsial variabel motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

The data collection technique used is library research. This study aims to determine the opportunities for developing tourism objects in Apparalang Beach in Bulukumba Regency and to find out strategies that can be done by the government in developing tourism objects in Apparalang Beach in Bulukumba Regency. This type of research is qualitative descriptive, which is an analysis used to systematically describe or solve problems using the SWOT analysis method, namely the analyst in question to see how far the application of tourism development strategies in increasing tourists based on strengths, weaknesses, needs, and threats. The strategy adopted by the tourism agency is a position to maintain and maintain. This condition is key in determining strategies that might be developed in market penetration and development of products that are in accordance with the conditions of the tourism agency of Bulukumba Regency. The three main strategies that are produced are conducting socialization of Sapta Pesona or penyadara benefits of tourism for all levels of society in a sustainable and systematic manner, development of community-based tourism, and tourism HR services must have tourism certification

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze effect of organizational culture, competence, and workload on performance of state civil apparatus at the Culture and Tourism Office of South Sulawesi Province. The type of research used is quantitative research. The type of data in this study consisted of qualitative and quantitative data. Sources of data in this study consisted of primary and secondary data. The method of analysis in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that organizational culture has a positive and insignificant effect on performance of state civil apparatus. Competence has a positive and significant effect on performance of state civil apparatus. Workload has a positive and significant effect on performance of state civil apparatus.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of subjective norms on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. the type of research used in this study is quantitative descriptive analysis.The analysis method used in this research is inductive, deductive, and cumulative analysis methods. Based on the results of an analysis of the influence of subjective norms, several factors were found to be factors for motor vehicle taxpayer compliance.From the results of the analysis of the influence of subjective norms on taxpayer compliance based on measurements using the cumulative frequency of subjective norms shows that the items on the questionnaire have an effect on taxpayer compliance, which is a factor of taxpayer compliance is also caused by good service quality, because it has fulfill several dimensions of service. So that in this study subjective norms are stated to have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance.

The analytical method in writing this thesis is a quantitative descriptive method, which is an analysis that emphasizes the discussion of data and research subjects by presenting data systematically and not concluding the results of the study. In this study researchers used Quantitative Descriptive analysis techniques. This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of tax collection by forced mail and its contribution to corporate income tax revenue at the Gowa Makassar Samsat office.Â From the results of the study it can be concluded that the collection of tax with a forced letter in the Gowa Makassar Samsat office is classified as Effective but the Tax Billing Contribution by forced letter to the tax revenue at the tax service office at Uptd Gowa Regional Income is classified as very less in terms of its nominal value.
