Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze effect of organizational culture, competence, and workload on performance of state civil apparatus at the Culture and Tourism Office of South Sulawesi Province. The type of research used is quantitative research. The type of data in this study consisted of qualitative and quantitative data. Sources of data in this study consisted of primary and secondary data. The method of analysis in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that organizational culture has a positive and insignificant effect on performance of state civil apparatus. Competence has a positive and significant effect on performance of state civil apparatus. Workload has a positive and significant effect on performance of state civil apparatus.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment on employee performance. The sample in the study amounted to 80 employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIV Camming Sugar Factory. This type of research used is quantitative research. Furthermore, the data was obtained from distributed questionnaires related to the problem under study—testing the data's quality using the validity and reliability tests. To test the hypothesis using a simple regression analysis approach. The results showed that the work environment positively and significantly affects employee performance.Keywords: Work Environment, Employee Performance, Human Resources. AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 80 karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIV Pabrik Gula Camming. Untuk jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Selanjutnya data diperoleh dari kuesioner yang dibagikan dan berhubungan dengan masalah yang diteliti. Pengujian kualitas data menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan pendekatan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan, Sumber Daya Manusia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze effect of performance assessment on employee career development at the Human Resources Development Agency of South Sulawesi Province. When viewed from the type of data, it is certain that this research is a quantitative research. The type of data that will be used in this research is quantitative data. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study are all employees of the Human Resources Development Agency of South Sulawesi Province. The population used in this study are 103 employees of the Human Resources Development Agency of South Sulawesi Province. The sample in this study are 82 employees. The analytical method in this study uses simple linear regression analysis. The results show that performance assessment has a positive and significant effect on employee career development at the Human Resources Development Agency of South Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

This study aims to find out 1) the description of visiting interest, city image and city branding at the Bantimurung tourist attraction, Maros Regency, 2) the influence of city branding and city image together on visiting interest in Bantimurung attractions, Maros Regency, 3) the influence of city branding on the interest in visiting the Bantimurung tourist attraction, Maros Regency, 4) the influence of city image on the interest in visiting the Bantimurung tourist attraction, Maros Regency. The population in this study were all visitors to the Bantimurung tourist attraction who obtained a sample using a purposive random sampling technique, which was carried out first Calculation of the minimum number of samples using the Cochran formula in order to obtain a total sample of 96 people. The data collection technique used was a Likeart scale questionnaire in which the development of instruments for each variable was tested for content validity using the Gregory formula, construct validity testing using Comfirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and instrument reliability testing using the Alpha Conbach formula. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and multiple and partial regression statistics. The results of the study reveal that 1) the description of interest in visiting Bantimurung tourism objects is generally categorized as high, the description of city branding is generally categorized as low and the description of city image is generally categorized as good. 2) there is the influence of city branding and city image together on the interest in visiting the Bantimurung tourist attraction, Maros Regency, the magnitude of the influence together is 66%. 3) there is a positive and significant influence of city branding on the interest in visiting the Bantimurung tourist attraction, Maros Regency, and 4) there is a positive and significant influence of city branding on the interest in visiting the Bantimurung tourist attraction, Maros Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, variabel Intellectual Capital terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, variabel Perilaku Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan pengaruh variabel Disiplin Kerja dan Intellectual Capital terhadap Kinerja Karyawan yang dimoderasi oleh Perilaku Kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui kuesioner sebanyak 100 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yaitu pendekatan yang menekankan analisis pada data-data angka yang diolah dengan metode statistik, dengan teknik analisis data Partial Last Square Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian (1) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, (2) Intellectual Capital (kompetensi) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, (3) Perilkau Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (4) Perilaku Kerja dapat memoderasi secara positif dan signifikan pengaruh Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, (5) Perilaku Kerja dapat memoderasi secara positif dan signifikan pengaruh Intellectual Capital terhadap Kinerja Karyawan
