Abstract

Studi Analisa Dampak Lalu Lintas di Jalan Ngagel Madya dilakukan dengan tujuan ingin mengetahui berapa besar kinerja/tingkat pelayanan dari ruas dan simpang pada Jalan Ngegel Madya Surabaya. Studi ini juga menganalisa antrian kendaraan yang terjadi pada saat jam menjelang masuk sekolah. Analisa lalu lintas yang dilakukan pada studi dampak lalu lintas ini mengacu pada Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 1997 (MKJI 1997). Dari analisa lalu lintas didapatkan hasil tingkat pelayanan jalan : untuk ruas jalan (kondisi lalu lintas pukul 06.00 – 07.00 WIB didapat DS = 0.320, kondisi lalu lintas pukul 13.00 – 14.00 WIB didapat DS = 0.355), sedangkan untuk tingkat pelayanan simpang (kondisi lalu lintas pukul 06.00 – 07.00 WIB didapat DS = 0.413, kondisi lalu lintas pukul 13.00 – 14.00 WIB didapat DS = 0.471). Dengan kondisi tingkat pelayanan (DS) ruas dan simpang kurang dari 0.85, disimpulkan jalan Ngagel Madya tidak terjadi kemacetan. Pada analisa antrian didapatkan hasil nilai tingkat kedatangan (λ) kurang dari tingkat pelayanan (μ), kondisi ini menjelaskan kondisi antrian Jl. Ngagel Madya masih baik atau tidak terjadi antrian yang berarti. Untuk memperbaiki kondisi lalu lintas di masa mendatang disarankan kepada pihak Santa Clara untuk menyediakan dan mengelolah sarana antar jemput siswa, sehingga penutupan jalan Ngagel Madya dari arah Selatan ke Utara pada pukul 06.00 – 07.30 tidak perlu dilakukan lagi

Abstract

Pemilihan moda merupakan salah satu model yang digunakan dalam perencanaan transportasiangkutan umum, hal ini dikarenakan peran kunci dari angkutan umum dalam upayameningkatkan perbaikan dan peningkatan pelayanan dari moda transportasi. Penelitian inimenitik beratkan pada transportasi angkutan umum penumpang antar kota antara moda mobilKijang dan moda mobil Sedan yang melayani rute Palu – Donggala. Adapun tujuan penelitian iniyaitu untuk mengetahui karakteristik pengguna moda, menentukan faktor – faktor yangmempengaruhi pemilihan moda, memperoleh suatu model pemilihan moda yang dapatmenjelaskan probabilitas pelaku perjalanan dalam memilih moda serta untuk mengetahuisensitivitas model dari respon individu pelaku perjalanan dalam menentukan pilihan seandainyaterjadi perubahan pada setiap atribut perjalanan. Studi preferensi terhadap responden dilakukandengan melalui survey primer (kuisioner survey dan interview) pada pengguna moda Kijang danmoda Sedan dengan sampel sebanyak 200 responden. Analisis data model pemilihan modamenggunakan model logit biner dan estimasi parameter model dengan menggunakan analisaregresi.Analisis data model pemilihan moda menggunakan model logit biner dan estimasi parametermodel dengan menggunakan analisa regresi. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan logit model untukpemilihan moda dengan variabel – variable: selisih biaya perjalanan (X1), selisih waktu tempuhperjalanan (X2), selisih jadwal keberangkatan (X3), selisih tingkat pelayanan (X4) antara mobilKijang dan mobil Sedan. Hasil dari uji statistik disimpulkan bahwa biaya perjalanan, waktutempuh perjalanan, jadwal keberangkatan serta tingkat pelayanan secara signifikanmempengaruhi responden dalam memilih moda

Abstract

Asphalt concrete pavement mix should use material that meets specifications. Road construction in Morowali Regency uses material from Stone Crushero of Bahomante River and Lasampi River from Morowali. The purpose of this research is to understand the characteristic of HRS pavement mixture using Stone Crusher material of Bahomante River and River Lasampi. Determination of aggregate composition on HRS mixture was using sieve method. The gradation used in this study is the ideal gradation. The determination of optimum asphalt content (PKAO) was made using 6 variations of asphalt contents that are 6.0%, 6.5%, 7.0%, 7.5%, 8.0% and 8.5%. Characteristic  testing using Marshall tools. The results of this study shows that the HRS mixture using the Stone Crusher material of the Bahomante River has hight density and stability compared to the mixture of HRS which uses a mixture of Stone Crusher material of Bahomante River and Lasampi River. The study also found that the KAO blend of HRS using Stone Crusher material Bahomante tends to be similar to that of a mixed HRS KAO that uses a combination of Stone Crusher material of Bahomante River and Lasampi River.

Abstract

Construction of residential area in Palu city increases along with the city development and population growth. It can raise or enlarge the trip generation both for medium residential (subsidized residential) and for middle to upper residential (the elite residential) and also affect the use of land as well as increased traffic. The purpose of this thesis is to determine the factors of affect trip generation and make the trip generation models at residential of Citra Pesona Indah and Metro Palu Regency. This research was conducted by studying literature that can support this research, gathering data using sampling techniques (stratified random sampling) with the formula of Slovin, conducting interviews and questionnaires to the respondents, analyzing the data results of the interview to describe the characteristics of the residence occupants and analyzing with the categories that will result in trip generation number on the residential area.  The number of trip generation obtained by conducting interviews through questionnaires was 1665 movements / day for Citra Pesona Indah and 222 movements / day for Metro Palu Regency. Abstract

Mixture resistance to permanent deformation, heavy traffic and high temperature is the object of theimportant research on pavement materials.The objective of this research is to know the effect of Roadcel-50 to the characteristics of HRS-WCmixture on 0,1%, 0,2%, 0,3% and 0,4% Roadcel-50. Characteristics of HRS-WC using Roadcel-50 that willbe compared with HRS-WC mixture without Roadcel-50. Marshall Testing Methods using to evaluatingthe characteristic of HRS-WC mixture include Stability value of mixture, Durability of mixture, Void ofmixture (VIM, VMA and VFB), Flexibility of mixture (MQ value) and Marhall Immersion value.The result of Marshall test showed that the addition 0,1% to 0,4% Roadcel-50 tend to increaseOptimum Asphalt Content and Marshall Immersion Value of HRS-WC mixture, the addition 0,1% to 0,3%tend to increase stability value of mixture. However, the addition 0,4% Roadcel-50 tend to reduces ofstability value of HRS-WC mixture. While the addition 0,1% to 0,4% Roadcel-50 to the HRS-WC tend toincrease VIM and VMA value of the mixture.Generally, Hot Rolled Sheet Wearing Course (HRS-WC) mixtures with the addition of 0,1% to 0,4%Roadcel-50 gives the best result compared to HRS-WC mixture without Roadcel-50.

Abstract

The use of natural asphalt (asbuton) in road pavement construction has been widely researched anddeveloped. One of them is a mixture of petroleum asphalt with asbuton. The purpose of this study wasto determine how the effect of granular Asbuton on a mixture AC-BC (Asphalt Concrete-BinderCourse).Type of Granular Asbuton used is Asbuton Type 15/25. The amount of Granular Asbuton used inasphalt mix are 7%, and 8% of total weight of the mixture. The number of test specimens in this studywere 117 specimens consisting of 54 to PKAO, 27 for the PRD, 24 for variation of the collision, 12 for theMarshall Immersion test and 6 to Optimum Asphalt Content.Based on the results of tests performed on a mixture of AC-BC with a modified bitumen 60/70 andgranular asbuton amount of 7% found that the Optimum Asphalt Content is 5.2%, Density values is2.378 gr/cm3 , VIM value is 4.871%, VMA value is 15.456%, the VFB value is 68.485%, the Marshall Stabilityvalue is1333.571 kg, the Marshall Quetion value is 333 690 kg/mm and Marshall Immersion Value is82.08%. Asphalt Concrete-Binder Course Mixture with the addition granular asbuton amount of 8%found that the Optimum Asphalt Content is 6,2%, Density values is 2,322 gr/cm3, VIM value is 5,01%,VMA value is 17,443%, VFB value is 71,303%, Marshall Stability value is 1563,27 kg, Marshall Questionvalue is 386.95 kg/mm and Marshall Immersion value is 82,45%.Based on the percentage of granular asbuton in Asphalt Concrete-Binder Course Mixture shows thatthe 8% of granular asbuton can be increased Marshall Stability and Marshall Immersion and OptimumAsphalt Content values.

Abstract

The interurban public transportation within province is one of many public transportation types used tocarry passengers from one city to another within a province, operated accordingly to the time androute scheduled by a transportation company.The objectives of the research was to find out theamount of the vehicle operational cost (VOC) of the interurban within the province and to find outthe compatibility between the rate set by the government in this periode and the income received bythe public transportation operator or entrepreneur. The research was conducted by colleting primaryand secondary data gathered through some instruments questionnaire and interview surveys towardsthe public transportation entrepreneurs and some related institutions.The result shows that theoperational cost of each vehicle vary according to the vehicle’s brand and production year. Thevehicle operational cost is Rp. 229.372.412/year. And the vehicle operational cost is Rp.184.542.434/year. For the received income, it also varies according to the types of vehicle. For thepublic transportation as much Rp. 92.487.588,-/year. And for the income is as much Rp. 54.917.566,-/year.

In a condition tight emulation, especial matter which must be given high priority by airline is customer satisfaction/ passenger can stay, vieing with to master market compartment. Abstract

One cause of the poor quality of some concrete blocks in the city of Palu is the lack of cement used in the concrete block. This is caused by the high price of cement so that income of concrete blocks maker decreases. To find a way out of these problems, a lot of waste material that can be used in the manufacture of concrete block, one of which is coal fly ash. The purpose of this activity is to introduce the use of coal fly ash in the manufacture of concrete block to business partners of  the concrete block makers in Palu city. The purpose of this activity is to make concrete block business group partners can increase their income without compromising quality concrete block produced.Activity counseling / coaching and mentoring manufacturing concrete block using coal fly ash has been done to the concrete block makers. To facilitate the implementation of the concrete block-making, each made the graduated graduated barrel of sand, cement and coal fly ash graduated. To facilitate the implementation of the concrete block-making, made barrel graduated ie graduated sand, cement and coal fly ash graduated. The composition of the mixture is introduced to the partners is 0.75 sacks of cement: 0.25 sacks of coal fly ash and ± 300 kg of sand or 1 cement barrel dose: 1  coal fly ash barrel dose and 2  sand barrels doses. The results of this activity is to get that quality of concrete blocks produced by using coal fly ash strongly increased compressive strength but does not increase the quality of concrete blocks (Remain quality II). This activity was also found that any use of the three sacks of cement will result in an additional gain of ± 130 concrete blocks. This indicates that the use of coal fly ash in the manufacture of concrete blocks to provide added value to the concrete blocks makers.

Abstract

The congestion of traffic stream resulting in increased vehicle operating costs and the loss a lot of time forusers. Fuel compsumption will increase and will indirectly increase air pollution due to exhaust emissionsfrom vehicle traffic. Overall congestion caused inconveniens for road users.Flyover at Bundaran Dolog designed to solve the problem of congestion in Bundaran Dolog caused byconflict of traffic movement between Jalan Ahmad Yani that serves as a primary arterial road with JalanJemursari that serves as primary arterial road and a crossing with the railway track in the side east JalanAhmad Yani. LHR Volume forecast made during the life of the plan was first opened to vehicle traffic in2009, ie until the year 2009. Flyover design plans in Bundaran Dolog taken from the Final EvaluationReport Detailed Spatial Plan Area Siwalankerto 2006. Flyover plan this age 20 years olad, which is assumedto be done for development in 2008 and opened to traffic in 2009. Planned each direction of motion consistsof 2 lines, so that reporting requirements per lane ROW per direction of motion is about 10 meters.Based on the results of that analysis, feasibility analysis of development in Bundaran Dolog flyovereconomically feasible.
