Abstract

Agar dapat bersaing dengan sukses, PT. Jumbo Power International harus mampu mengelola sumber dana perusahaan sesuai dengan rencana yang telah ditetapkan untuk membantu manager dalam pengambilan keputusan dengan tepat. Salah satu contoh mengelola sumber dana perusahaan yaitu penggunaan dana kas kecil yang terjadi secara rutin, sehingga PT. Jumbo Power International harus melakukan pengelolaan kas kecil secara baik jika tidak maka dapat mengganggu kelancaran kegiatan operasional perusahaan. Tujuan penulis adalah menganalisa penggunaan dana kas kecil karena prosesnya masih berjalan secara semi terkomputerisai. Penulis mengusulkan sistem informasi penggunaan dana kas kecil dengan menggunakan metode SWOT dan mengusulkan sistem dengan rancangan layar (user interface) menggunakan metode prototype. Dengan adanya penerapan sistem informasi penggunaan dana kas kecil yang sudah terkomputerisasi, diharapkan pembuatan laporan kas kecil menjadi akurat, tepat dan cepat sehingga data dapat diolah dan disimpan dengan baik, dapat menunjang kelancaran kegiatan perusahaan serta dapat mengoptimalkan biaya operasional yang dikeluarkan pada PT. Jumbo Power International.

Abstract

Dengan adanya teknologi sekarang ini, maka informasi yang telah diperoleh pun menjadi cepat dan tepat waktu. Hal ini disebabkan karena tuntutan masyarakat akan penting sebuah informasi. Proses sistem penjualan saat ini pada PT. Jumbo Power International masih berjalan secara manual dengan menggunakan sales dan brosur sebagai media untuk menawarkan produk kepada customer untuk itu diperlukan perbaikan dalam penjualan. Perancangan sistem informasi dalam penjualan online pada PT. Jumbo Power International ini yang diusulkan akan lebih memudahkan sales maupun customer yang ingin memesan produk, penulis menggunakan metode analisa SWOT, UML dan sistem usulan yang dijabarkan dalam bentuk Prototype maka dilakukan pengembangan sesuai dengan kebutuhan user, kemudian dilakukan pengujian Black box testing apakah sistem berjalan dengan baik atau tidak sesuai dengan pengguna. Dan penulis menggunakan software Adobe Dreamweaver CS5 sebagai tools dalam pembuatan program, XAMPP, dan MySQL sebagai media database.

Abstract

Higher education is an educational provider that plays a role in producing quality graduates, tracking the absorption of graduates that are relevant to their scientific fields is needed in collecting graduate data. However, Tracer Study management still has problems, especially when searching for data from its alumni so that in this study, an Android-based Tracer Study application design was carried out with the application of Rapid Application Development (RAD) which aims to provide convenience in tracing and managing alumni data at a college. This study uses the RAD software development method, the purpose of this research is to design the Tracer Study application which aims to make it easier for universities to trace alumni data and to get feedback from alumni which can be used as information for universities in making decisions and evaluating in improving education delivery that can produce graduates with the appropriate competencies. with the needs of the industrial world.Keywords: Tracer Study, android, Rapid Application Development, application, Unified                         Modeling Language

Abstract

Service is an activity undertaken by individuals or groups of people through the system, certain procedures and methods in order to meet the needs of others with the easiness to meet all their needs. From the development of informatics technology in today’s world, then by using a system called iDuHelp !, Allows students to get information about ilearning. With this system, students can enjoy the services of two services , namely online and offline. implementation of student satisfaction on a given service activity to satisfaction with the service system creates realistic, so of service iDuHelp ! provide a system that is shaped survey ilearning survey . The system can be filled by students in the form of a link, contains questions on pelyanan iDuHelp !. Thus the survey iLearning system contribute maximize quality improvement and provide good service and to improve the overall performance of the operator in providing services to customers. Many related methods of this study, such as by using the method ilearning. So that a clear research using mind mapping. In this study explained about the problems encountered and solutions are included in the form of a flowchart. the implementation of the system are protptype iDuHelp ! and iLearning Survey .Results in the form of a graph of Isur customer response to operator services and systems, so it is useful to improve the overall service quality iDuHelp! system.

Abstract

With increasing human needs in terms of security , especially in securing the jewelry store then made a design that resembles the display of safety equipment . The working principle of safety equipment on this arduino -based jewelry store is by using infrared sensors to transmit data at the next arduino electric current is converted into mechanical motion of the dc motor , the next shipment via bluetooth character code that is processed in the microcontroller into a form of decision . Abstract

As the development of mobile technology which is not only used as telephone and text messages, but also can be used as a devices for controlling a safe. Such as a smarthphone that contained the computer’s features. So, the technology can be controlled remotely and according to what the user wants. Safe is a tool that is capable for helping human’s high risk work. That is why people make a safe for minimize the risk of crime and for securing, securing the valuable objects. Abstract

The development of technology now has grown so rapidly, the Internet media has been widely used to obtain information, but data processing internship program at PT. Garuda Maintenance Facility AeroAsia still using semi-manual system. So that in the process of receiving and internship placement is still less efficient. The internship applying must wait for confirmation or receipt status for months. Because employees Learning Center Unit difficulty in finding a suitable placement with the majors and concentrations of the internship. On this issue, the authors conducted research internship program reception system in PT. Garuda Maintenance Facility AeroAsia order to provide quality of service information and up to date for potential applicants for internships. With the clarity of the status of applicants ease in carrying out the internship. Also allows employees of the company in the internship placement in each unit, it can also provide an assessment for the internship that have completed in accordance with the agreed time. Based on an idea that has been described above, implemented an idea that is poured on the journal titled "Information System of Internship Management Application System (IMAS) on PT. GMF Cengkareng."

Abstract

Scheduling is one of the many problems that has been done in research for many years. Problems preparing the schedule in college are about college scheduling. The timing process should be done for each semester, which is a tiring and time-consuming task. The overall allocation of events in timeslots and spaces is done by the course scheduling process by considering the list of hard constraints and soft constraints, so there is no conflict created in allocating the schedule. Therefore, it is necessary to create a lecture scheduling application that is able to facilitate and overcome the problems in organizing the lecture schedule. The proposed scheduling system design proposed in this study is to optimize the schedule of lectures using the Auto Generate Timetable method with arrays to find the best candidates for college scheduling with the aim of minimizing the conflict and optimizing the scheduling schedule. This method is based on the process of lecturing process that has been conducted in college. Every curriculum, space, day / time, is needed to arrange the schedule of students and lecturers as part of the scheduling variable that is the solution candidate. Then the process of adjusting to constraints has been made with various parameters. The research method is to collect the data, analysis, design, coding, testing and up to the maintenance phase by using the Waterfall System Development Lifecycle method. The waterfall model provides a life-cycle approach to the development of software systems in sequential or sequential form. So with the existence of this application, it is hoped that the arrangement of lectures will not find problems as a constraint in arranging the lecture schedule

Abstract

The use of automation in the control system as a means of efficiency of work has been commonly used and is a mechanism that runs automatically using a continuous media controller as instructed. At SMAN 14 Kab. Tangerang in order to improve the adiwiyata program must have a clean and well-run environment, but in the case of a garbage disposal system there are still shortcomings, namely the absence of information to school cleaners when the trash can is full so that the waste piles up, still using conventional methods of waste removal to the shelter. As well as a lack of information to the garbage truck officers who come so that the garbage piles up. With this research, an automatic waste disposal system was created which was intended as a tool to help work and provide hygiene information. The tool to be made consists of ultrasonic sensors and Wemos D1. Where the Ultrasonic sensor will provide volume information on the trash to Wemos D1 that is connected to Adafruit, if it is full Wemos D1 the shelter will retrieve data using the MQTT method. Next will take action to deliver the shelter to a full trash can through a linear actuator for disposal. By making this research can produce a tool with a control system automatically that helps human work as well as notifications regarding the capacity of the shelter and trash

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian: Menghasilkan Penjadwalan Kuliah Menggunakan Metode Otomatis Menghasilkan Jadwal yang dapat digunakan secara efektif untuk kuliah di Raharja Higher Education. Masalah penelitian mengatur jadwal kuliah adalah waktu, ruang dan waktu slot. Mempertimbangkan daftar kendala sulit dan kendala lunak yang disajikan dalam satu semester, jadi tidak ada konflik yang dibuat dalam mengalokasikan jadwal. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuesioner penjadwalan dan kartu studi tetap, serta menggunakan metodologi pengembangan sistem SDLC dan desain OOAD. Alat-alat yang digunakan adalah UML, Xamp dengan dukungan perangkat lunak Apache, PHP, MySql, dan Yii Framework. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan optimalisasi pengaturan penjadwalan dan kartu belajar tetap yang dapat digunakan perkuliahan di lingkup perguruan tinggi Raharja. Tindak lanjut penelitian dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan sistem optimalisasi yang lain dalam mendukung sistem informasi akademik Kata kunci: Penjadwalan kuliah, Auto generate timetable, SDLC, OOAD, Optimalisasi, Xampp
