Abstract

At this time, the Covid-19 pandemic has not been finished so all activities and expenditure of funds must be economical. On the each building will be required electricity resources as a means for lighting the room. Reduced activities carried out outside the room make people carry out activities indoors, this results in a significant increase in electricity consumption for lighting. PT. PLN as the provider in Indonesia of electricity services for the community experiences a shortage of electricity resources and most of the electricity resources are used for lighting purposes. Indonesia as a developing country has a very large of population growth, so it requires many buildings as a place to live or a place of business and other activities. This paper will be discussion how a smartphone with an Android operating system can be used to determining the lighting requirements using the Ionic Framework and Rule Based Expert Systems. Using this application system, so electricity to lighting can be optimal and not too wasteful, which in turn can save on the use of electrical energy resources and can save of the cost.

Abstract

Progress of science and technology is very influential to development of software engineering. Communication between software developers and prospective users of software engineering by prototype system is very important in the development of software engineering. Research and Development method in research of software engineering is very suitable be used because supports the existence of such communications. But it is found there are several research that use this method with not perfect or not completed, so research results produced less fit with purpose. This paper will be explain how to used the stages must be carried out in research of software engineering with the method of research and development, in order to make the research more be effectively and efficiently as well as software development efforts that simultaneously accompanied by the validation effort for the results to be achieved in accordance with the expected goals.

Abstract

STEKOM is an institution accommodating almost 500 employees, always evaluates their performance and giving awards to achievement every year’s completed. Fuzzy logic is very suitable to be used in performance appraisal because it can process complex and variatif  data, as well as uncertain to be valid data. One of the models in fuzzy logic is the Consistency Induced Ordered Weighted Averaging method system by reducing the operator Averaging Mean and assigning a consistency index value used to analyze fuzzy preference relationships, then using the results of the analysis in the preference aggregation process. This article will explain how to apply the Consistency Induced Ordered Weighted Averaging model in fuzzy logic to assess the performance of STEKOM employees by assigning weight to each attribute and variable, then from the weights and variables will be rated according to the value obtained so that the decision will be taken as a solution in giving awards and promotions to employees that can meet the principles of fairness, equality and approriateness.

Abstract

Belajar dan berbagai bentuk pembelajaran merupakan bentuk kegiatan yang beriringan dari kegiatan kehidupan manusia. Bidang pendidikan saat ini sedang berubah struktur pengajaran dan struktur pemasaran. Bermula dari pengajaran konvensional dan pengajaran dengan model daring. TK Tarbiyatul Banin 58 yang terletak di kota Salatiga merupakan  sekolah swasta  yang terkena salah satu dampak dari pandemi Covid-19 dengan melakukan pembelajaran secara online atau daring yang berlangsung saat ini. Biaya operasional pemasaran sekolah yang dapat dikatakan terbatas, serta kurangnya sarana dan prasarana pengenalan sekolah secara online, dan masih kurangnya pemahaman terkait adaptasi teknologi Website Company Profile sebagai media pemasaran interaktif membuat terasa sulit bagi guru untuk melakukan informasi. Pelaksanaan proses kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan menggunakan protokol kesehatan dan melakukan izin dengan kepala sekolah dan kepala program studi, kemudian dengan menyiapkan materi dan mengenalkan panel administrator website. Pelatihan dan sosialisasi website sebagai media promosi ini dilaksanakan selama satu hari dengan guru dan karyawan. Setelah kegiatan dilaksanakan para guru dan karyawan sangat antusias serta bersemangat untuk menggunakan website company profile sekolah untuk media pemasaran dan pengenalan sekolah secara online.

Abstract

Digitalisasi dalam segala bidang kegiatan seperti usaha, jasa, dan pemerintahan sudah tidak asing lagi menggunakan sistem. Banyaknya pelaku usaha UMKM ini menjadikan gambaran bahwa sektor ini memiliki potensi yang cukup baik dalam menunjang perekonomian. Sistem informasi adalah bentuk suatu sistem pada organisasi atau kelompok yang dapat memudahkan beberapa kebutuhan pengolahan  transaksi. Pelaksanaan materi Digitalisasi UMKM Untuk Optimalisasi Sistem Informasi dan Integrasi layanan UMKM Online di Masa Pandemi di era pandemi Covid-19 dengan menggunakan metode tatap muka dan praktik di lokasi serta tetap menjalankan protokol kesehatan. Pelatihan menggunakan Aplikasi Website Transaksi Online sebagai media digitalisasi untuk melakukan integrasi antara penjualan dan pembelian serta manajemen stok. Beserta pemilik UMKM dan beberapa karyawan ikut sertakan kegiatan. Pengelolaan menggunakan tersebut bertujuan memudahkan pemilik untuk menghitung kebutuhan dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Pengelolaan stok untuk bahan baku supaya lebih terkontrol dalam pembentukan menu. Penyajian laporan menggunakan aplikasi juga diharapkan mampu lebih detail berdasarkan nota yang terbentuk secara digital. Integrasi tersebut dilakukan sehingga manajemen stok dan perilaku pembuatan nota manual dapat dialihkan menjadi digital dan lebih rapi. Penyusunan struktur harga dan laba dapat di ketahui untuk setiap transaksi. Total laba dan pendapatan per hari dapat langsung dilihat menggunakan filter aplikasi untuk mendapatkan lebih detail.
