Abstract

This study aims to determine attitudes, purchasing patterns and customer satisfaction on banana bolen CV Mayang Sari. This research method uses a survey method. Samples of this study consisted of 40 consumers who had purchased and / or consumed banana bolen 3 times. The data analysis methods used were descriptive, Fishbein's Multi-attribute model, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The attributes used in this study are price, taste, flavor variants, size, texture, product packaging, and accessibility). The results showed that consumers liked banana bolen or had a good attitude with an Ao value of 132.52, the pattern of buying banana bolen CV Mayang Sari by 52.50 percent consumers, namely two boxes (20 pieces) of banana bolen in one transaction with the flavor variant that consumers are most interested in is chocolate 55 percent. The frequency of consumer purchases is 90 percent made once a month, customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) in consuming banana bolen CV Mayang Sari is in the very satisfied criteria, which is equal to 83.82 percent. Based on Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), there is one attribute that falls into quadrant I (Main Priority), namely the taste attribute. In quadrant II (Maintain Achievement) there is one attribute, namely the price attribute, while in quadrant III (Low Priority) there are attributes of size and ease of obtaining products, and in quadrant IV (Excessive) there are several attributes, namely texture, flavor variants, and product packaging.Key words: attitude, banana bolen, CSI, IPA

Abstract

Coffee contains caffeine, which is often consumed by fishermen as their choice when working at night. This research aims to study fishermen's attitude toward consuming coffee and the factors that influence fishermen's demand for coffee in Teluk Betung Timur Sub-district.  This research used a survey method with direct interviews using a questionnaire.  Research was conducted in Teluk Betung Timur Sub-district in June-July 2020, using purposive sampling. Respondents were 54 fishermen with the criteria of fishermen who consume coffee at least four times in a month.  Research data were analyzed descriptive quantitatively using a model of multiattribute Fishbein and multiple linear regression.  Based on research results, Fishermen in Teluk Betung Timur Sub District Bandar Lampung City have a pretty good attitude category on consuming coffee with the most preferred attribute after-drink effect. The factors that influence fishermen's demand for coffee are the price of energy drinks, sugar prices, and types of coffee.Key words: Attitude in consuming, coffee, demand.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the distribution of poor households and analyze the relation between poverty level and household food access. The method used in this research is a survey method. The location was chosen purposively with consideration that Pardasuka Subdistrict represents the highest RASKIN beneficiary area in Pringsewu Regency. The respondents are 67 households of the RASKIN beneficiary selected randomly.  The research data were collected in January 2019. The distribution of poor households was analyzed descriptively and household food access was analyzed by using correlation analysis. The results showed that the distribution of poor households in Pardasuka Subdistrict consists of 47.76% Pre-Prosperous, 19.40% Prosperous I, and 32.84% Prosperous II.  The relation between poverty level and household food access in Pardasuka Subdistrict Pringsewu Regency is negative and significant, which means that when the food access increases, then the poverty level of the poor households decreases.Key words: poor household, food access

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the attitude of consumers toward the purchase of Kamura Bakery bread in Bandar Lampung City, the purchase pattern, and the factors that influence the number of bread purchased.  This research was conducted at Kamura Bakery Sukarame branch in Bandar Lampung City.  The research method is a survey with accidental sampling technique.  Respondents were 60 Kamura Bakery consumers who had bought/consumed Kamura Bakery at least once in the last one month. The research data are analyzed using Fishbein Multi-attribute analysis, descriptive statistics, and multiple linier regression analysis.  Data collection was conducted in June - July 2020.  The results showed that the consumers bought bread at Kamura Bakery mostly because of the taste.  The highest amount of Kamura Bakery’s bread purchased was chocolate flavor, the average number purchased was 28 pieces per household monthly, and the average frequency was seven times a month.  The price of sweetened condensed milk and household income have a significantly negative effects on the number of purchase, while the number of family members has a significant positive effect on the number of bread purchased. Abstract

This study aims to analyze income of rice farming and duck diversification, contribution of income from duck farming to farmers’ household, and identify the factors that influence the production of duck livestock. The research was conducted in Pringsewu District in January - February 2018. The sample was selected using a snowball sampling method and consisted of farmers who cultivated rice farming and ducks. The data were analyzed using farm income analysis and Cobb Douglas analysis. The results showed that income of farmers from farming diversification of rice and duck was profitable. Contribution of income from duck farming to farmers’ household income was higher than that from other sources. Three factors influencing duck production were bran feed, concentrate feed, and mortality rate.Key words : diversification, duck livestock, farm income, rice farming

Abstract

This study aims to analyze income and added value in tofu and tempe agroindustries in Bandar Agung Village Terusan Nunyai Subdistrict Lampung Tengah Regency.  The data were collected in January - Febuary 2020 using a case study method. Agroindustry income is obtained from subtracting the total revenue by total costs and the calculation of added value uses Hayami value added method. The results of this study showed that profit of tofu production was IDR5,046,112.98/week and of tempe was IDR1,903,857.44/week with the R/C >1, meaning that the business was profitable and feasible. The calculation of added values of tofu and tempe agroindustries showed postive values with added value  ratios of  56.75% of tofu agroindustry and 53.15% of the tempe agroindustry.Key words:income, added value, agroindustry, soybean
