The purpose of the research is to find out the Budget Politics Of The Regional People'S Representative Council Of Riau Province At the Secretariat of the Council as a Working Partner of Commission I of Fiscal Year 2020. The research method used is qualitative and the data collection technique used in this study is Descriptive Qualitative. The results of this study showed in the budgeting process between the Riau Provincial Parliament, namely Commission I which is affiliated with the Secretary of the Council of one of the Regional Device Organizations of the Riau Provincial Government there are several issues where there are several interests in budgeting for Commission I and the Secretary of the Council for 2020 such as the budget in recruiting experts. The community is not very involved in the decision making, it should be input from the community into consideration for the DPRD. Some actors are very influential in making political decisions on budgets in 2020, both from the Executive and the Legislature.

The main problem in this study is how the influence of self-potential, learning motivation, social environment, and job prospects on the student's decision to choose to study at the Arabic Language Study Program of UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten. Several hypotheses have been determined in this study to answer these hypotheses using quantitative methods. The instrument testing includes the validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test, and finally the hypothesis test (T test). The results showed that there were two research hypotheses (H1 and H3) where the results showed that the proposed research hypothesis was rejected, the namely self-potential and social environment had no significant effect on the decision to choose to study at the BSA UIN SMH Banten Study Program. Then, it was found that the other hypotheses (H2 and H4), namely motivation variables and job prospects, were stated to have a significant effect on the decision to choose a college at the BSA Study Program UIN SMH Banten. Radio transformation is a step to maintain existence. Innovation and adjustment to the rapid development of new media and exacerbated by the Covid-19 virus pandemic requires radio to transform into the digital era. This article aims to see the existence of RRI in transforming radio media in the digital era and Covid-19. The change of radio to the digital era is a demand in facing the challenges of progress and growth of information. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The results show that the segmentation of radio listeners in the small category is caused by listeners who prefer and seek social media information. RRI’s strategy to uphold its existence in the digital era is to update technology and cooperation. The transformation carried out during the Covid-19 response period gave rise to an increased character for the information that was broadcast.Keywords: Transformation, technology, digital, Covid-19 ABSTRAKTransformasi radio menjadi langkah untuk mempertahankan eksistensi. Inovasi dan penyesuaian dengan perkembangan media baru yang pesat serta diperparah dengan pandemi virus Covid-19 mengaharuskan radio melakukan transformasi ke era digital. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk melihat eksistensi RRI dalam melakukan transformasi media radio di era digital dan Covid-19. Perubahan radio ke era digital merupakan tuntutan dalam menghadapi tantangan kemajuan dan pertumbuhan informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa segmentasi pendengar radio kategori kecil diakibatkan faktor pendengar yang lebih menyukai dan mencari mencari informasi sosial media. Strategi RRI menegakkan eksistensi di era digital, adalah memperbeharui teknologi dan kerjasama. Traspormasi yang dilakukan selama masa penanggulangan Covid-19 memunculkan karakter yang meningkat terhadap informasi yang disiarkan.Kata Kunci: Transformasi, teknologi, digital, Covid-19

The purpose of this study is to see how the roles and interests of stakeholders in a policy. Riau Province Regional Spatial Planning Regulation No. 10 of 2018 is a policy that is really needed by the Riau Provincial Government, especially in an effort to regulate how the spatial planning of areas and land in Riau Province should be. The large number of actors involved in the formulation of the Regional Regulation on Regional Spatial Planning for Riau Province resulted in the formulation process taking quite a long time and this became the author's analysis for formulating research problems. Based on the results of stakeholder identification, it shows that there were 9 stakeholders involved in the process of formulating the Riau Province Regional Regulation on Regional Spatial Planning, both at the national and regional levels, consisting of four key stakeholders who were all from central government agencies, two main stakeholders consisting of government agencies. regions, and two supporting stakeholders consisting of Non-Governmental Organizations and Corporations. Analysis of the interests and influence of stakeholders involved in the process of formulating the Regional Regulation on Regional Spatial Planning for Riau Province was categorized based on the level of interest and influence, namely the Ministry of Environment and Forestry and the Ministry of Home Affairs which were included in the key player category from the results of the analysis. Then the Ombudsman and the Ministry of Public Works are included in the context setters category, and the last is the subject category which includes the Riau Provincial Government, the Riau Provincial DPRD, Walhi, Jikalahari, and corporations whose land is included in the forest area in the Regional Regulation on the Riau Province RTRW

The development of well-planned tourist objects not only brings economic benefits that increase the level, quality and standard of living of the local community, but also improves and maintains a good environment. The purpose of this activity is to: Provide understanding and knowledge to the people of Kampar Kiri Hulu District, Kampar Regency about the use of social media for the Batudinding Waterfall tourist attraction. The teaching methods used to support the success of the program include lectures and questions and answers. This method was chosen to explain material that is theoretical in nature and related to tourism awareness and the Batudinding waterfall demonstration. This method is used to explain the process of working in stages so that participants can follow the process of tourism potential carefully. The impacts of this useful activity are: 1) the community is able to develop and promote tourism at Batudinding Waterfalls through social media, 2) increase the knowledge of the Pokdarwis of Tanjung Belit Village about the community's economic potential in the field of tourism, 4) increase the creativity of the community in processing natural resources around the village.
