Abstract

This research aims to find out, describe, and find: First, the values that become the foundation of interpersonal relationship of Islamic teachers; Second, the interpersonal relationship models of Islamic teachers for instilling religious values in boarding school system. This research used qualitative research with a multiple case study in MA MAWAR and SMA al-Munawariyah East Java Indonesia. These two institutions were chosen because they have extraordinary developments and have implemented a boarding school system to produce a generation that has akhlaqul Karimah. Data collection techniques used (1) interviews (2) observations and (3) documentation. Data analysis used constant comparative analysis method. Data checking was done in four ways, namely: credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results showed that the first, the religious teachers make the values of faith and devotion, sincerity, professionalism, process-oriented, openness, integrity, and tawādhu` as a foundation in building interpersonal relationships with students. The second, interpersonal relationship model of Islamic teachers in the process of instilling religious values varies greatly. This is in accordance with the characteristics of an Islamic teacher and his educational institution. Some interpersonal relationship models that have been carried out by the Islamic teachers are interactional, humanistic, directive, spiritual religious, authoritative and tolerant. Furthermore, this study also emphasizes the importance of actualizing teacher-student spiritual interpersonal relationships in the learning process so that students' religious attitudes can be achieved in everyday life.

Abstract

The process of interpersonal communication in learning has not received serious attention from Islamic religious teachers. Teachers are only busy with administrative activities. In contrast to SMA al-Izzah Batu, to improve the quality of learning in this global era, several academic and non-academic programs were opened. Based on this phenomenon, this research was conducted. This study uses a qualitative approach by using the form of a case study (case study). The results of this study are as follows: First, the ethics of interpersonal communication has been applied well by teachers and students at SMA al-Izzah when conducting interpersonal communication. Second, the relationship developed in the PAI learning process at al-Izzah High School related to interpersonal communication is the father-child relationship and the spiritual bathiniyah relationship which in the theory of interpersonal relationship analysis is included in the role model category. Third, the interpersonal communication process carried out by PAI teachers at al-Izzah High School is dialogical and moderate.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menemukan sikap nasionalisme siswa, upaya guru kelas dalam menanamkan sikap nasionalisme dan kendala yang dihadapi guru kelas dalam menanamkan sikap nasionalisme siswa di MI al-Ma’arif 04 Singosari Malang. Hal ini disebabkan semangat nasionalisme ini mengalami kemunduran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan dan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif guna menggambarkan fenomena secara utuh serta menyeluruh melalui pengumpulan data dan disusun dalam bentuk narasi. Teknik pengumpulan data memakai wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya secara umum analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa para siswa Madarasah Ibtidaiyah sudah mempunyai sikap nasionalisme yang baik dengan pemahaman akan nasionalisme yang sudah sesuai standart. Untuk mewujudkan sikap nasionalisme ini secara real guru kelas telah mengupayakannya melalui cara; 1) kegiatan akademik dan 2) kegiatan non akademik seperti; melaksanakan upacara bendera, memperingati hari besar nasional seperti halnya Sumpah Pemuda, Hari Santri, dan lain sebagainya. dan melaksanakan kegiatan Pramuka. Sedangkan kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru kelas dalam menanmkan sikap nasionalisme tidaklah berarti dan dapat diatasi. Oleh karena itulah guru kelas harus selalu meningkatkan proses penanaman sikap nasionalisme ini agar supaya bangsa Indonesia tetap kokoh akan persatuan dan kesatuannya.
