Abstract

Youth are agents of change, their existence determines the fate of a nation, whether or not a country will suffer in the future depends on its youth today. This is because youth have more privileges than other age groups. Among these features are the ability of reason and strong body, which has the potential to support the influence he can carry. The brilliance of the Islamic era that we still feel today is a major contribution of Muslim youth in the past. So that what educators have done in the past for their youth is urgent to be studied. Likewise, in the holy book Al-Qur'an, there are many stories of youth, including the story of the youth of Ashabul Kahf, the story of the Prophet Yusuf when he was young and the story of the Prophet Ibrahim when he was young. They are the figures of tough youths who are able to change the society of their time. And when examined further, the success of these youths stems from a straight and true belief in Allah SWT, the strong monotheism in their hearts is what gives great strength and strong motivation in inviting their people to the straight path, namely the way of worshiping Allah alone. .

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this research is that the implementation of the managerial competency standards for the head of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 5 Mandailing Natal in the field of educational facilities and facilities has not clearly seen the management carried out by the principal. This study aims to determine the achievement of the implementation of the managerial competency standards for the head of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 5 Mandailing Natal in the field of educational facilities and facilities. The purpose of this research is to enrich the scientific paradigm in the field of Islamic Education Management, especially the study of the managerial behavior of madrasah principals. The research approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques also carried out through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the policy for the Managerial Competency Standards for the Principal of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 5 Mandailing Natal in the field of educational facilities and facilities has been implemented optimally.

Abstract

The researcher saw that the condition of students at SMA Negeri 1 Pasaman was less enthusiastic in the teaching and learning process. This problem was caused by the communication pattern of Islamic religious education learning carried out by Islamic religious education teachers. This is what encourages researchers to conduct closer research and study in depth about the communication patterns of Islamic religious education in these schools. This study aims to reveal how the communication patterns of Islamic religious education learning carried out by Islamic religious education teachers in delivering learning materials. The research method that the researcher uses is a qualitative method. This method is expected to reveal matters relating to the communication patterns of Islamic religious education teachers in the process of delivering Islamic religious education subject matter. The results of this study indicate that the pattern of communication carried out in the process of delivering Islamic religious education material at SMA Negeri 1 Pasaman is still one-way and two-way. This can be seen from various aspects that show the patterns of communication carried out by the Islamic religious education teacher which shows the communication patterns carried out by the Islamic religious education teacher. The method used in delivering Islamic religious education material is by using the lecture and question and answer methods. The method used shows that there are two communication patterns carried out by Islamic religious education teachers, namely one-way communication patterns and two-way communication patterns.
