Abstract

This study aims to examine the accountability of regional heads in accelerating educational development in Jambi Province. The question in this study is why the accountability of regional heads has not been able to accelerate education development in Jambi Province. This study uses a qualitative research approach that is descriptive analytical. The data was collected by means of observation, interview and documentation techniques. Determination of research subjects using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions and verification. Reliability with extension techniques, participation, accuracy of observations and triangulation of data. The results of this study indicate that the efforts of regional heads to accelerate education development in Jambi Province are carried out in the form of a five-year education program or master plan, then strengthening education human resources through a number of training, upgrading, activation of professional work groups and provision of facilities and infrastructure according to existing programs. . Efforts to overcome the accountability of regional heads in accelerating education development in Jambi Province are carried out by; a) open to receiving suggestions, opinions and criticism related to education. b) improve work information systems. c) increasing the work of educators and educational personnel. Increase motivation and supervision of the work of subordinates, and e) increase the learning achievement of students.

Abstract

The problem in this research is that the management of teachers and staff in order to optimize human resource utilization at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Padang has not clearly seen the management carried out by the school principal. This study aims to determine the achievement of managing teachers and staff in order to optimize human resource utilization. The purpose of this research is to enrich the scientific paradigm in the field of Islamic Education Management, especially the study of the managerial behavior of madrasah principals. The research approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques also carried out through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the management of teachers and staff in the context of optimally utilizing human resources has been implemented, but in the development of technological advances, training is still needed that can increase the professional ability of teachers who are related to their fields.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pembelajaran Siroh Nabawiyah dalam membentuk Akhlak Siswa SMP IT Al-Husnayain. Kegunaan penelitian ini untuk memperkaya paradigma keilmuan di bidang Pendidikan Agama Islam. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan data juga dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah SMP IT Al-Husnayain Panyabungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pelaksanaan pembelajaran siroh nabawiyah di SMP IT Al-Husnayain sudah berjalan dengan baik terbukti dengan dilaksanakannya sholat dhuha berjamaah dimushola, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pembelajaran di kelas. Dalam pelaksanaannya, guru menggunakan beberapa metode, media, dan evaluasiyang disesuaikan dengan materi bahasan untuk memperlancar proses belajar mengajar. Adapun pelaksanaan pembelajaran siroh nabawiyah yang bersifat nonformal, dilaksanakan pada hari sabtu. Dalam pembentukan Akhlak siswa SMP IT Al-Husnayain, berbagai upaya sekolah telah dilakukan melalui kegiatan ekstrakulikuler IMTAQ, peringatan hari besar Islam, infaq jum’at, pemakaian pakaian muslim pada hari jum’at, ibadah baik sholat sunnah dan wajib, serta pengadaan sarana prasarana ibadah. Pembelajaran siroh nabawiyah yang dilaksanakan di SMP IT Al-Husnayain  membawa dampak yang besar terhadap perubahan sikap siswa namunkurang berpengaruh terhadap perilaku ibadah dan pengetahuan keagamaan siswa.

This study aims to determine the achievement of the implementation of the managerial competency standards for the head of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 5 Mandailing Natal in the field of educational facilities and facilities. The purpose of this research is to enrich the scientific paradigm in the field of Islamic Education Management, especially the study of the managerial behavior of madrasah principals. The research approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques also carried out through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Abstract

The researcher saw that the condition of students at SMA Negeri 1 Pasaman was less enthusiastic in the teaching and learning process. This problem was caused by the communication pattern of Islamic religious education learning carried out by Islamic religious education teachers. This is what encourages researchers to conduct closer research and study in depth about the communication patterns of Islamic religious education in these schools. This study aims to reveal how the communication patterns of Islamic religious education learning carried out by Islamic religious education teachers in delivering learning materials. The research method that the researcher uses is a qualitative method. This method is expected to reveal matters relating to the communication patterns of Islamic religious education teachers in the process of delivering Islamic religious education subject matter. The results of this study indicate that the pattern of communication carried out in the process of delivering Islamic religious education material at SMA Negeri 1 Pasaman is still one-way and two-way. This can be seen from various aspects that show the patterns of communication carried out by the Islamic religious education teacher which shows the communication patterns carried out by the Islamic religious education teacher. The method used in delivering Islamic religious education material is by using the lecture and question and answer methods. The method used shows that there are two communication patterns carried out by Islamic religious education teachers, namely one-way communication patterns and two-way communication patterns.

Abstract

Pengembangan sekolah yang efektif, efisien, dan produktif perlu ditunjang oleh perubahan berbagai aspek yang terkait dengan pendidikan, termasuk iklim sekolah. Perubahan iklim sekolah perlu dilakukan untuk merespons kondisi pendidikan yang semakin terpuruk. Iklim dan Budaya sekolah yang kondusif ditandai dengan terciptanya lingkungan belajar yang aman, nyaman dan tertib sehingga pembelajaran dapat berlangsung secara efektif. Kepala sekolah menjadi bagian penentu terwujudnya budaya sekolah yang baik atas dasar kebijakan yang diberlakukan, program-program yang dicanangkan, serta sasaran dan strategi pencapaian yang jelas. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang kebijakan proses belajar mengajar di Sekolah Dasar Juara Pekanbaru yang dilatarbelakangi untuk mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan yang diharapkan. Maka sistem pembelajaran harus mengarah pada standar proses. Standar proses yaitu standar nasional pendidikan yang berhubungan dngan proses pelaksanan pembelajaran dalam pendidikan untuk tercapainya standar kompetensi lulusan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode deskriptif kualitatif adalah metode penelitian yang berdasarkan pada filsafat postpositivisme digunakan untuk meneliti pada kondisi objek yang alamiah (sebagai lawannya adalah eksperimen) dimana peneliti adalah sebagai instrument kunci teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara trigulasi (gabungan), analisis data bersifat induktif/kualitatif, dan hasil penelitian kualitatif lebih menekankan makna dari pada generalisasi. Penelitian dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan guru dalam menerapkan standar proses belajar mengajar yang telah ditentukan dari satuan pendidikan agar terciptanya pembelajaran yang bermakna.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan pendidikan dalam hal pengembangan dan penerapan Pendidikan Agama Islam di SD IT Ibnu Qoyyim Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapanganmenggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yakni penelitian yang ditujukan untuk mendeskripsikan, menganalisis keadaan yang ada dilapangan. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian bahwa SD IT Ibnu Qoyyim Pekanbaru sudahmelaksanakan dengan baik dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan agama, yaitu guru melakukan perencanan pembelajaran dengan membuat perangkat belajar seperti RPP, Silabus, dan Materi serta melakukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui sejauh mana rencana pembelajaran itu terlaksana dengan baik dan bisa dipahami peserta didik.Adapun faktor pendukung implementasi pendidikan agama di SD IT Ibnu Qoyyim yaitu adanya kerjasama dengan baik antar guru, lingkungan belajar yang kondusif untuk melaksanakan proses pembelajaran. Selanjutnya faktor pengambat dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan agama di SD IT Ibnu Qoyyim yaitu kurangnya keprofesionalan guru dan kurangnya kepedulian orang tua terhadap pendidikan agama anak dirumah serta kurangnya kepedulian orang tua terhadap lingkungan sekitar anak.

Abstract

Administration is very necessary for the continuity of the teaching and learning process in the world of education. All of that cannot be separated from the activeness of those who master the administration in the school. People often underestimate the field of administration, even though if the administration is held by less skilled people then the administration will be messy and will not run properly. People who hold administration are people who have been trained in their field (people who have received knowledge or training). Administration is not only in financial terms but also in our neatness and order in bookkeeping. Administration is not only carried out within a certain time but every day systematically. The success of education in schools must be supported by orderly, directed, and planned school administration services. Where in its implementation must follow the direction of the development of an increasingly modern era and growing technological media. For this reason, there needs to be a clear and programmatic division of administrative tasks in each school to create a better school later.

Abstract

study aims to know, study, explore and describe the administrative model of procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure in elementary schools more organized and efficient so that it can support the success of students in the learning process. This research was conducted by qualitative methods, research conducted at the Future Islamic School Integrated Islamic School, with the subject of principals, teachers, educators and students. This research data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research that the author conducted show that the model of the procurement system of facilities and infrastructure, schools can provide a more optimal environment for the learning process of students As well as the importance of technology by involving all school staff as a means to accelerate the monitoring process, and optimize the management of infrastructure facilities, this writing is expected to be the basis for improving the governance of goods in similar schools.
