Abstract

Problems are often faced and witnessed by observer; parents to their children, society to children and adolescents in their environment, teachers to their students, KPK against government and private employees; is a matter of moral decadence which has reached its lowest level, even lower than animals. Therefore it is necessary to do research what causes it and what kind of education which can fix it. Based on the above thoughts, the study of formation pattern on Muchmin Generation in accordance with Prophet Muhammad thoughts becomes something urgent for the improvement of children morals and character in this nation. The methodology of this research is kualitatif Research. Reseacrh focus is to make generation formative study from guaranteed sources of Islamic science, namely Qur'an and Hadith. The results of this study indicate that students who are given Islamic education based on Qur'an and Sunnah can form a good generation (muchmin), this is indicated by visible understanding of straight monotheism, keeping five daily prayers and coupled with habit of memorizing Al Qur'an 15 minutes before prayer, children also go to mosque 15 minutes before the call to prayer (adzan) is sounded boys keep their distance from girls and seem already know that they are not mahram but women who also need to be respected and raised in glory, besides that these students are also accustomed to remembrance and prayers from Qur'an and Sunnah. Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this research is that the implementation of the managerial competency standards for the head of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 5 Mandailing Natal in the field of educational facilities and facilities has not clearly seen the management carried out by the principal. This study aims to determine the achievement of the implementation of the managerial competency standards for the head of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 5 Mandailing Natal in the field of educational facilities and facilities. The purpose of this research is to enrich the scientific paradigm in the field of Islamic Education Management, especially the study of the managerial behavior of madrasah principals. The research approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques also carried out through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the policy for the Managerial Competency Standards for the Principal of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 5 Mandailing Natal in the field of educational facilities and facilities has been implemented optimally.

Abstract

The researcher saw that the condition of students at SMA Negeri 1 Pasaman was less enthusiastic in the teaching and learning process. This problem was caused by the communication pattern of Islamic religious education learning carried out by Islamic religious education teachers. This is what encourages researchers to conduct closer research and study in depth about the communication patterns of Islamic religious education in these schools. This study aims to reveal how the communication patterns of Islamic religious education learning carried out by Islamic religious education teachers in delivering learning materials. The research method that the researcher uses is a qualitative method. This method is expected to reveal matters relating to the communication patterns of Islamic religious education teachers in the process of delivering Islamic religious education subject matter. The results of this study indicate that the pattern of communication carried out in the process of delivering Islamic religious education material at SMA Negeri 1 Pasaman is still one-way and two-way. This can be seen from various aspects that show the patterns of communication carried out by the Islamic religious education teacher which shows the communication patterns carried out by the Islamic religious education teacher. The method used in delivering Islamic religious education material is by using the lecture and question and answer methods. The method used shows that there are two communication patterns carried out by Islamic religious education teachers, namely one-way communication patterns and two-way communication patterns.

Abstract

Telah dilaksanakan program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Hebat di Desa Empat Balai, Kecamatan kuok, Kabupaten Kampar. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan program yaitu Dosen dan mahasiswa memperoleh pengalaman belajar melalui keterlibatan dengan masyarakat secara langsung dengan menemukan, merumuskan, memecahkan dan menanggulangi permasalahan yang berada dilapangan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) dilakukan dalam bentuk pengumpulan data, sosialisasi dan pelatihan melibatkan pemerintah dan masyarakat secara langsung. Beberapa hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Mandiri ini adalah beberapa kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan (a) Sosialisasi Cinta Lingkungan,dengan tema Tata Keasrian Alam Desa, Rakyat Sejahtera, (b) Melakukan penyuluhan dan praktek tanaman hydroponik (c)Melakukan penanaman tanaman obat keluarga, (d) Penanaman bibit pohon dan buah-buahan, (e) Mengadakan festival anak sholeh, (f) Mengadakan acara tabligh akbar, (g) Gotong royong, (h) Membuat pojok baca. Terciptanya lingkungan pemukiman yang bersih, hijau, dan bermanfaatmerupakan dambaan semua warga. Namun untuk menciptakan lingkungantersebut sesungguhnya memerlukan sebuah proses perjalanan yang sangatpanjang karena menyangkut sikap hidup, komitmen kuat, kerja sama yang solid,sehingga diperlukan tindakan-tindakan kecil yang dilakukan secara konsistenoleh segelintir orang kemudian menular kebanyak orang menjadi solidaritassosial dan menghasilkan perbaikan luar biasa. Konsep inilah yang sedang dicobadilakukan oleh mahasiswa KKN Universitas Muhammadiyah Riau di Desa Empat Balai,Kecamatan Kuok, Kabupaten Kampar.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini memberikan pemahaman kepada para pengurus yayasan theelhawi pekanbaru tentang pentingnya mengurus izin berdirinya Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan (LKP) Theelhawi Pekanbaru demi keabsahan lembaga pendidikan tersebut, kegiatan ini dimulai dari memberikan bimbingan berupa pentingnya mengurus izin sekolah, prosedur pengurusan mulai dari pengurusan izin RT, RW, Kelurahan, Kecamatan hingga izin dinas pendidikan dan Mal Pelayanan Publik (MPP) Kota Pekanbaru. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di kantor yayasan theelhawi Pekanbaru yang terletak di Perumahan Bougenville Blok C No 15 RT 01 RW 22 Jl. Purwodadi Ujung Kelurahan Sidomulyo Barat Kec Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah pengurus yayasan menyadari tentang pentingnya taat aturan pemerintah dalam hal pengurusan izin LKP Theelhawi serta memahami tentang prosedur pengurusan mulai dari tingkat RT sampai ke Dinas Pendidikan Kota Pekanbaru dan MPP. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan, pada tahap awal tim melakukan briefing untuk menyiapkan bahan-bahan dan perlengkapan yang dibutuhkan, diantaranya: mendatangkan pemateri pelatihan yaitu koordinator dinas pendidikan bidang TK dan non akademik serta perwakilan dari MPP, surat tugas, daftar hadir peserta, dan konsumsi. Pada sesi akhir, kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan menjelaskan memberikan beberapa contoh dokumen surat menyurat yang mesti disiapkan untuk pengurusan izin LKP Theelhawi Pekanbaru hingga bimbingan pengurusannya dengan cara memberikan pendampingan secara tidak langsung (via hp). Saat simulasi dilakukan, peserta memahami denga baik tentang prosedur yang harus dilakukan serta mengerti tentang manfaat pengurusan izin pendirian LKP Theelhawi Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the dual role played by PAI teachers in guiding students with problems, knowing the concrete efforts of activity programs carried out by PAI teachers in dealing with problematic students, knowing the cooperation between PAI teachers and homeroom teachers in helping students with problems because there are no BP teachers in this school. and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in dealing with troubled students at SD Islam al-Rasyid Pekanbaru. The research which was conducted for 3 months (October-December) used qualitative methods and data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation at SD Islam al-Rasyid Pekanbaru. The subjects of this study were school principals, PAI teachers, homeroom teachers, and students at SD Islam al-Rasyid Pekanbaru. The results of this study place the role of the PAI teacher as a religious teacher who should be admired and emulated and the role of the PAI teacher as a counseling teacher in providing guidance to problem students at SD Islam al-Rasyid Pekanbaru by implementing exemplary, habituation and advice methods. In addition, the factors that support Islamic Religious Education teachers in dealing with problem students are due to spiritual activities, while the inhibiting factor is the limited time that Islamic Religious Education teachers have in carrying out their duties to overcome student problems.

Abstract

In order to produce professional teacher candidates for public and private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and the favorite Integrated Islamic Elementary School for PGMI student alumni, a mature strategic plan is needed in order to get maximum results. One of the plans carried out by the PGMI Study Program is to place the outcomes of its students who will become PGMI alumni in the next 4 years, whose place of service needs to be considered. Through the UMRI PGMI FGD which was attended by representatives of the Pekanbaru city ministry of religion, representatives of the Integrated Islamic Elementary School Network (JSIT) and Disdakmen representing MI Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru city. This research was conducted using pure qualitative methods. The findings show that the role of PGMI/SDIT Teacher Candidate Students in Improving the Quality of Reading the Qur'an in PGMI Study Program Students at the University of Muhammadiyah Riau include: (1) Acting as a Demonstrator as well as an Educator. (2) Acting as an Educator with a learning style to peers. (3) Serves as a Mediator and Facilitator. (4) Serve as Evaluator. (5) Playing a role in improving the quality of reading the Koran. By taking on these roles, PGMI students on the tahfizh pathway have directly participated in the success of the final exam fast program because passing tahfizh at least one juz with standard tahsin reading is one of the prerequisites for being allowed to register for the PGMI final exam.

Abstract

Quality Human Resources is the biggest capital and the most important thing to pay attention to. Human Resources must continue to be developed so that they can always keep up with the times. Advances in science and technology require everyone involved in the circle of educational institutions to be ready to transform for the advancement of the institution and the human person. To examine more deeply, this research was conducted using library research methods (library research). Library research is a series of activities to collect library data by reading, recording, and interpreting into research data. This library method is also research by making literature as the main data source. The development of human resources in educational institutions should involve all elements involved in their organization, from school principals, teachers, education staff to school security. The process of developing human resources in educational institutions must also be based on needs analysis and careful planning so that they can support the process of achieving educational institution goals. A good and careful process will produce human resources, namely qualified teaching and educational staff.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the management of Islamic Elementary School Principals is in fortifying and at the same time growing and developing religious character education in the digital era. This study uses a qualitative method. The principal of al-Rasyid Pekanbaru Islamic Elementary School became the main sample in this study. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation and documentation, analysis of research data using reduction techniques, triangulation and conclusions from research data. Based on this research, it was concluded that the management of Islamic elementary school principals in developing religious character education in the era of disruption by prioritizing the psychological side of students which has implications for behavior, character building in children is carried out to create students who have good knowledge and behavior. The character of students should have values originating from the Qur'an and Sunnah, so that their religious character can emerge and develop properly, then we will apply the values contained in Pancasila education, religion, culture, and the goals of national education, namely honest, tolerant, religious, disciplined, cooperative, creative, democratic, independent, national spirit, curiosity, love of the motherland, friendly, communicative, respect for achievement, love peace, care for the environment, love to read, care socially, and be responsible. Student religiosity is shown by obedient attitudes or behavior in carrying out the teachings of the religion that has been adhered to, tolerant of the implementation of religious worship and living in harmony with adherents of other religions. The results showed that the management of the head of Al Rasyid Pekanbaru Islamic Elementary School in fostering religious character education was going well with very good planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating. Information technology helps facilitate all human activities, information search, information delivery and literacy about adding knowledge in learning by utilizing technology, so that students can learn by making the most of learning resources.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe the Strengthening of Religious Character Education (PPK), nationalism, independence, mutual cooperation, and integrity at the Tahfizh Quran Hadith Rabbaniy International Islamic Boarding School Pekanbaru. The research approach used is a qualitative approach. The research subjects were the principal, 6 teachers and 6 students. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study concluded: Strengthening religious character education at the tahfizh Quran Hadith Rabbani International Islamic Boarding School Pekanbaru is carried out integrated with several subjects that contain the Ministry of Religion and the Ministry of Education and Culture. Strengthening nationalism character education through Monday ceremonial activities and students also commemorate Teacher's Day with great wisdom. Strengthening mutual cooperation character education is realized in entrepreneurship learning related to agricultural and or fishing life skills in progress, students accompanied by class teachers cultivate plants around the school. Strengthening integrity character education can be seen in: 1) playing with friends regardless of physical condition, 2) being responsible for carrying out learning and in activities outside the classroom; 3) students buy food in the honesty canteen according to the prices listed; 4) students respect every member of the school through smiles, greetings, greetings, courtesy; 5) students do homework honestly; 6) students obey the class rules that have been made and mutually agreed upon (golden class).
