Abstract

Retail business is currently showing a rapid growth. Rapid retail development has a significantimpact on sales turnover which also increased significantly, in which one source of increase in salesturnover comes from unplanned purchases or better known as impulse buying. Impulse buying canoccur due to stimulus in the department stores, which is an external stimuli. This research focuses on the influence of external stimuli such as price, promotion and customer service to impulse buying customer at Block M Square. Purposive sampling is used for sampling techniques thattakes150 respondents and multiple linear regression analysis as data analysis techniques. Fromthe results of the research analysis found that the variables such as price, promotion and customerservice have simultaneously significant effect on customer decisions in impulsive purchase. Fromthe three independent variables: Price (X1), Promotion (X2) and Customer Service (X3), it can beconcluded that the independent variable consumer service (X3) has positive effect of 0.484 to thedependent variable impulse buying (Y), the independent variable promotion (X2) has a positiveinfluence of 0.331 to the dependent variable impulse buying (Y), the independent variable price(X1) has negative influence of 0.196 to the dependent variable impulse buying (Y). The variablethat has the greatest influence on impulse buying variable is positive customer service variable(X3). Related to the results of these studies, retailers should be able to improve the ability ofshopkeepers by providing them with more detailed knowledge relevant to the offered product.

Abstract

An increasingly rapid technological progress in the era of globalization in the business world, so do not rule out the possibility that a decision-making is something that is very vital in determining the decisions to be taken in the face of competitive business world. Decision making can be influenced by several aspects, this can affect the speed of decision making by the decision maker in which decisions must be quick and accurate. Lecturer Performance Assessment Using the Analytical Hierarchy Process is a decision support system that aims to assess faculty performance according to certain criteria. This system of faculty performance appraisal criteria to map a hierarchy, where each hierarchy will be performed pairwise comparison, the pairwise comparisons between criteria, so to get a comparison of the relative importance of criteria with each other. The results of this comparison is then analyzed to obtain the priority of each criterion. Once completed and performed an assessment of alternative options to be compared and calculated to obtain the best alternatives according to established criteria.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of perceptions of usefulness, security, trust and ease of interest in using online banking for X, Y and Z generations in the South Tangerang area. Researchers used primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents (generations X, Y and Z). All samples taken match meet the following criteria: 1) Respondents residing in South Tangerang and 2) have used online banking. The analysis used is multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The results showed that partially for X generation, perceptions of usefulness, security, and ease had a positive effect on interest in using online banking, while the perception of trust had a negative influence on the interest in using online banking in the South Tangerang area. Meanwhile, for Y generation, perceptions of usefulness and convenience have a positive effect on the interest in using online banking while the perception of security and trust negatively affects the interest in using online banking. For the Z generation, perceptions of usefulness, trust and ease in using online banking have a positive effect, while security perceptions negatively affect the interest in using online banking. As for simultaneous analysis there is a significant influence on perceptions of usefulness, security, trust and ease of using online banking with a R2 value of 62.5% for generation X, 61.7% for generation Y and 65.1% for generation Z.

Abstract

Writing scientific papers is a very important activity for a professional teacher. This activity not only needs to be done in order to obtain credit figures for promotion or for the purposes of certification through portfolios, but moreover, it needs to be done in order to improve the quality of classroom management, quality of service to students, and also increase the professionalism of the teacher himself. The results of the overall community service activity can be seen based on the following components. First, the target of the training participants or target audience is 36 Muhammadiyah Boarding Schools (MBS) Ki Bagus Hadikusumo. In the implementation of this activity, it was attended by 22 teachers because there were several teachers who had activities outside of school. Thus the target number of training participants is 61.1% or can be considered quite good. Secondly, the achievement of training objectives can be judged to be poor. Within a period of two weeks as many as 9 teachers (40.9%) had tried to prepare a proposal

Abstract

Tema agama dan sains teknologi selalu menjadi wacana diskusi yang menarik. Sains dalam kehidupan manusia selalu berkembang dan berubah. Sains dan bahkan seolah tidak pernah terprediksikan sebelumnya. Sains dan teknologi di Barat mengalami perkembangan pesat pada abad 17-18 sejak revolusi keilmuan terhadap otoritas keagamaan pada abad 12-13.[1]Sains Islam adalah sains yang dikembangkan oleh kaum muslimin sejak abad Islam ke-2 hingga ke-9, merupakan peradaban yang paling produktif dibandingkan dengan peradaban manapun diwilayah sains, dan sains Islam berada di garda depan berbagai kegiatan keilmuan, mulai dari bidang kedokteran sampai astronomi. Dan disinlah menjadi penting bahwa antara sains dan Islam memiliki hubungan yang sangat erat, karena sains Islam adalah lahir dari worldview dan pandangan hidup Islam yang terderivasi dari al-Qur’an dan Hadits sebagai otoritas kebenaran.

Abstract

The study focuses on the determinants of the millennial community preference in using cashless payment. The aim of research to identify factors that considered the millennial to use cashless payment. In theory, the factors that encourage people to adopt and use electronic payment system as follows: Socio-demographic consisting of age, sex, education and language, Financial, Technology (frequency of use of mobile banking phone, a personal computer, the Internet, PDAs and the use of the service over the phone) and Supply-side by counting the number of POS (Pont Off Sale) and ATM. Furthermore, the high range of the technology and the Internet and systems digital payment (cashless)The earliest touching the millennial so in this study conducted in the millennial who use cashless payment in South Tangerang method is purposive sampling, the data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The questionnaire prepared by the Likert scale and analyzed using factor analysis and descriptive analysis. From the results of the study showed that the determinants of the millennial use payment cashless is the ability of financial (X1) with a loading factor 0.736, Convenience Payment (X2) with loading factor of 0.732, Ease of transacting (X3) with a value of 0.875 and Special Promo (X4) with a value of 0.826-factor loading.

Abstract

Abstract:  The COVID-19 pandemic has hit all over the world, in the last two years and has changed the pace, structure and nature of social life. This study aims to detect COVID-19 using a chest x-ray image dataset sourced from kaggle.com, which is divided into 4 categories. The proposed method is CNN with MobileNetV2 architecture, by dividing 80% train data and 20% test data into 224x224 and batch size 32. The optimizer uses SGD, lr 0.005, momentum 0.9 and epoch 20. The results of the study with the achievement of precision values for the covid category 0.99, lung opacity 0.98, normal 0.96 and viral pneumonia category reached 0.99. Further studies can use the development of the CNN model and can try with other optimizers.Abstrak: Pandemi covid-19 telah melanda diseluruh dunia, dalam dua tahun terakhir dan mengubah langkah, struktur dan sifat kehidupan bermasyarakat. Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk mendeteksi covid-19 menggunakan dataset citra chest x-ray yang bersumber dari kaggle.com, yang dibagi menjadi 4 kategori. Metode yang diusulkan yaitu CNN dengan arsitektur MobileNetV2, dengan membagi data train 80% dan data test 20% ukuran citra menjadi 224x224 dan batch size 32. Optimizer menggunakan SGD, lr 0.005, momentum 0.9 serta epoch 20. Hasil penelitian ini dengan capaian nilai presisi untuk kategori covid 0.99, lung opacity 0.98, normal 0.96 dan kategori viral pneumonia mencapai 0.99. Studi selanjutnya dapat menggunakan pengembangan dari model CNN serta dapat mencoba dengan optimizer yang lain.

Abstract

In the digital age, every consumer will select online sales because it is the thing that people are currently most interested in, as it can be accessible from anywhere and at any time as long as they have an internet connection. Customers benefit from the convenience of online shopping because they do not have to travel to the business location to pick up their purchases. In reality, the marketing processes of most micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) continue to rely on manual transaction processing mechanisms for direct purchases and on conventional transaction recording methods. Implementing an e-commerce information system for MSMEs so that it is easier for MSMEs and customers to conduct online transactions and MSMEs can adapt to the digital era is a research objective aimed at addressing the inadequacy of MSMEs in adapting to information technology. The results of the study indicate that the system features in e-commerce are adapted to the analysis of user needs, i.e., there are product features, ordering features, transaction detail features, and report features that facilitate product purchase transactions through the e-commerce system so that there are superior features of the system to improve quality MSME services and maintain customer loyalty in order to conduct online transactions. Blackbox testing was conducted for five system functionality testing scenarios throughout the system testing phase, with the result that the entire system performed as expected and in compliance with user requirements.

Abstract

Abstract: Payakumbuh City is a city that relies on the service and trade sectors as its main sectors. The local government seeks to improve traditional markets and build centers to encourage the establishment of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Payakumbuh City already has a modern market in the city center that is capable of producing various products. SMEs utilize potential natural resources that have not yet been commercially optimized, and assist in the processing of natural resources in the local area. Payakumbuh has the potential to become a successful SME city in the future. One application that is suitable for mapping SMEs in Payakumbuh City is a Geographic Information System (GIS). By using Geographic Information System (GIS), users can see the location of SMEs through GIS mapping, as well as products sold in Payakumbuh City. In this study, researchers designed a web system that functions as a search for SME mapping points, so that people can see the products sold in Payakumbuh City. This research aims to develop software using the waterfall model. Testing is done on software specifications, design, and coding. In this study, system testing was carried out using a black-box testing approach to all functions in the application.Keywords: geographic information system; SME; mapping; waterfall. Abstrak: Kota Payakumbuh merupakan kota yang mengandalkan sektor jasa dan perdagangan sebagai sektor utamanya. Pemerintah setempat berupaya meningkatkan pasar-pasar tradisional dan membangun pusat-pusat untuk mendorong pendirian Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM). Kota Payakumbuh telah memiliki pasar modern di pusat kota yang mampu memproduksi berbagai produk. UKM memanfaatkan sumber daya alam yang potensial namun belum dioptimalkan secara komersial, dan membantu pengolahan sumber daya alam di daerah setempat. Payakumbuh memiliki potensi untuk menjadi kota yang sukses dalam bidang UKM di masa depan. Salah satu aplikasi yang cocok untuk memetakan UKM yang ada di Kota Payakumbuh adalah Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). Dengan menggunakan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG), pengguna dapat melihat lokasi UKM melalui pemetaan SIG, serta produk-produk yang dijual di Kota Payakumbuh. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti merancang sebuah sistem web yang berfungsi sebagai pencarian titik pemetaan UKM, sehingga masyarakat dapat melihat produk-produk yang dijual di Kota Payakumbuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat lunak menggunakan model waterfall. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap spesifikasi, desain, dan pengkodean perangkat lunak. Dalam penelitian ini, pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan pengujian black-box terhadap semua fungsi yang ada dalam aplikasi.Kata kunci: sistem informasi geografis; UKM; pemetaan; waterfall.
