AbstraksiPenelitian dilakukan di kantor pusat Perusahaan Air Minum Kabupaten Sukabumi (PDAM). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penempatan kerja pegawai di kantor pusat PDAM Kabupaten Sukabumi, kinerja karyawan dan pengaruh penempatan kerja karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan di kantor pusat PDAM Kabupaten Sukabumi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dan metode deskriptif asosiatif. Responden penelitian adalah pegawai kantor pusat PDAM Kabupaten Sukabumi sebanyak 54 karyawan sebagai populasi, maka sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode non probability sampling karena populasinya cukup kecil jika subjek kurang dari 100 lebih baik diambil semua. Karena ukuran populasi bisa dijangkau oleh para peneliti maka seluruh anggota populasi menjadi objek penelitian. Dengan demikian jumlah responden yang diteliti sebanyak populasi yaitu 54 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner, untuk variabel penempatan karyawan dan kinerja karyawan dengan skala ordinal. Instrumen diuji dengan uji reliabilitas dan validitas. Data penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif dan asosiatif dengan u ji rho spearman dan uji frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh penempatan kerja karyawan, hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,220 yang berarti bahwa kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh tingkat kesesuaian lapangan kerja sebesar 22,0%, sedangkan sisanya 78,0% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang ada di perusahaanKata Kunci: Impak Penempatan Kerja, Kinerja KaryawanAbstractThe research was conducted at the head office of Sukabumi District Water Company (PDAM). The purpose of this research is to know employee job placement at head office of PDAM Kabupaten Sukabumi, employee performance at PDAM head office of Sukabumi Regency and influence of employee work placement to employee performance at PDAM head office of Sukabumi Regency. The research method used is survey method and descriptive method associative. The respondent of the research is the employee of PDAM head office of Sukabumi Regency as many as 54 employees as the population, then the sample is taken by using non probability sampling method because the population is small enough if the subject less than 100 is better taken all. Due to the size of the population can be reached by the researchers then all members of the population be the object of research. Thus the number of respondents who researched as many as the population of 54 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaire instruments, for employee placement variable and employee performance with ordinal scale. Instruments are tested with reliability and validity tests. The research data were analyzed descriptive and associative with spearman's rho test and frequency test. AbstrakToko Berkah Baru merupakan toko penjualan berbagai barang-barang plastik dan lain-lain, toko ini memiliki kesulitan dalam penempatan barang, karena banyak jenis barang yang berada ditoko tersebut, menjadi kurang teraturnya posisi barang pada rak, yang mengakibatkan terkadang ada barang yang dicari oleh karyawan tapi malah tidak di temukan di bagian rak, yang berdampak pada kurang baik terhadap pelayanan kepada pembeli. Tujuan penelitian ini menerapkan teknik association data mining yaitu algoritma apriori yang dapat menganalisa transaksi penjualan dari data historis. Pengetahuan baru diperoleh berdasarkan hasil perhitungan algoritma yang diimplementasikan menggunakan aplikasi RapidMiner. Informasi yang didapat dari pengolahan yaitu mengetahui kecenderungan pembeli dalam melakukan pembelian barang yang digunakan untuk memberikan rekomendasi pengadaan barang dan kebijakan tata letak barang berdasarkan intensitas penjualan dalam rangka menunjang aktifitas transaksi penjualan barang. Dari hasil analisa terhadap 31 transaksi penjualan yang menggunakan nilai minimum support sebesar 6% dan minimum confidence sebesar 60% didapatkan rekomendasi tata letak barang terhadap klasifikasi penempatan barang yaitu kantong plastik → tambang, rodeo → sterofom, plastik 9x25 → karet dan plastik 11x30 → sedotan.Kata Kunci: Apriori, Association Rules, Penempatan Barang AbstractThe Berkah Baru shop is a shop selling various plastic goods and others, this shop has difficulty in placing goods, because many types of goods are in the shop, the position of goods on the shelves is not orderly, which results in sometimes there are items that employees are looking for. but not even found on the shelf, which has a negative impact on service to buyers. The purpose of this study is to apply association data mining technique, namely a priori algorithm that can analyze sales transactions from historical data. New knowledge is obtained based on the results of algorithm calculations implemented using the RapidMiner application. Information obtained from processing, namely knowing the tendency of buyers to make purchases of goods used to provide recommendations for procurement of goods and policies on layout of goods based on sales intensity in order to support the activity of selling goods. From the results of the analysis of 31 sales transactions using a minimum support value of 6% and a minimum confidence of 60%, a recommendation for the layout of goods on the classification of goods placement is obtained, namely plastic bag → mine, rodeo → sterofom, plastic 9x25 → rubber and plastic 11x30 → straw.Keywords: Apriori, Association Rules, Placement of Goods

Abstrak Koperasi adalah Suatu badan usaha yang beranggotakan dimana salah satu fungsinya yaitu sebagai gerakan ekonomi rakyat yang berdasar atas asas kekeluargaan. Namun Kebanyakan Koperasi simpan pinjam, yang sudah memiliki badan hukum, jumlah anggota yang cukup banyak itu mengakibatkan sistem pelaporan, pembukuan simpan pinjam dan pengajuan pinjaman menjadi kurang efektif, itu diakibatkan sistem yang digunakan masih menggunakan sistem konvensional, terutama dalam pengajuan pinjaman, hal ini yang mengakibatkan perputaran modal menjadi lambat. Untuk itu perlu upaya sebuah sistem yang berbasis mobile. Untuk pengelolaan pinjaman agar para anggota dapat mengajukan pinjaman yang lebih efektif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Koperasi PKK Sejahtera Sukabumi pada pengajuan pinjaman dan pelaporan simpan pinjam, aplikasi mobile yang dibuat diintegrasikan dengan web server untuk memudahkan pengelolaan data dengan dibuat menggunakan bahasa PHP dan MySql serta model pengembangan perangkat lunak metode waterfall.Dengan sistem berbasis mobile, anggota dapat mengajukan pinjaman dari mana saja dan kapan saja, dan pengelolaan data untuk pengurus yang berbasis web diharapkan akan mempermudah pengelolaan sistem keuangan pada Koperasi. Kata Kunci: Koperasi, Mobile, Pengajuan Pinjaman, Sistem Informasi Abstract Cooperative is a business entity consisting of a person or a cooperative, as well as a people's economic movement based on the principle of kinship. However, most savings and credit cooperatives, which already have legal entities, the large number of members resulted in the reporting system, savings and loan bookkeeping and loan application becomes less effective, it caused the system used still using conventional system, especially in the loan application, it is that resulting in slow turnover of capital. For that we need a mobile-based system. Android Mobile app technology one of the most widely used on Smartphone, has several advantages compared with the operating system on other mobile devices. This research was conducted at PKK Sejahtera Sukabumi Cooperative on loan application and reporting of savings and loan, mobile application that was made integrated with web server to facilitate data management by using PHP and MySql language and software development. With a mobile-based system, members can apply for loans from anywhere and anytime, and data management for web-based administrators is expected to facilitate the management of the financial system in the Cooperative. The presence of already well-known language institute in a town would be a new powerful competitor for the local language institution that already exists. Long-standing brand image on a national scale reinforces that the presence of this institution would be easy to get a lot of students. But in fact some of the local language institutions are not affected at all. They have no decline of student numbers. Another factor that is considered to determine the condition of this is the cost of education. This study aims to determine the influence of brand image and the cost of education to the student's decision in choosing a language institute.For education providers, the results of this study can be used as reference to determine the steps of promotion strategy.

AbstrakDriver Gojek online di Sukabumi semakin meningkat, mereka saling bersaing untuk medapatkan penumpang. Hal ini berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan mereka,tidak hanya disebabkan oleh pesaing baru seperti Grab,tetapi ada juga beberapa faktor yang mempengaruihi pendapatan driver Go-jek,seperti:,kenaikan BBM dan perubahan sistem point. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kota Sukabumi dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden, Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling khususnya simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, dan observasi. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan observasi, ditemukan bahwa bahwa pesaing transportasi online lainnya (Grab), kenaikan BBM dan perubahan sIstem poin berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan driver GO-JEK. Namun dari hasil wawancara, pesaing dan sistem point memiliki pengaruh 75% dan sedangkan kenaikan BBM hanya berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan driver Go-jek sebesar 25% saja.Kata Kunci : Gojek,Pesaing Baru,Kenaikan Bbm,Sistem Point,Pendapatan Pengemudi Gojek AbstractGojek online drivers in Sukabumi are increasing, they are competing to get passengers. This affects their income, not only caused by new competitors such as Grab, but there are also several factors that influence the Go-jek driver's income, such as: the increase in fuel prices and changes in the system point. This research was conducted in the city of Sukabumi with a total sample of 100 respondents. The method used in this study is probability sampling, especially simple random sampling. Data collection was done by interview and observation. Based on the results of interviews and observations, it was found that other competitors of online transportation (Grab), increases in fuel prices and changes in system points affected the revenue of GO-JEK drivers. Abtraksi Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor paling penting dalam melaksanakan tugas pokok dan fungsi pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Sukabumi.Tolak ukur prestasi kerja pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Sukabumi merupakan kemampuan pegawai untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan umum secara optimal. Keberhasilan atau kegagalan kinerja pegawai Dinas Lingkuhan Hidrup Kota Sukabumi dipengaruhi oleh tingkat kinerja pegawai secara individu atau dalam kelompok. Dengan asumsi semakin baik kinerja pegawai maka semakin baik kinerja entitas. Untuk itu entitas perlu menetapkan tujuan kinerja pegawai yang akan dicapai. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 74,48% menunjukkan besarnya efek dari kemampuan pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai, sisanya sebesar 25,52% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain, maka DLH Kota Sukabumi perlu terus berupaya meningkatkan kemampuan pegawainya untuk meningkatkan kinerja, baik pegawai maupun organisasi, melalui pelatihan-pelatihan ataupun dengan melakukan rotasi pegawai Kata Kunci: Kemampuan pegawai, kinerja pegawai Abstact Human resources are the most important factor in carrying out the main tasks and functions of the Department of Environment employees in Sukabumi City. The measure of work performance in the Department of Environment of Sukabumi City is the ability of employees to be able to improve the quality of public services optimally. The success or failure of the performance of employees of the Hidrup City Department of Sukabumi City is influenced by the level of performance of employees individually or in groups. Assuming the better the performance of employees, the better the performance of the entity. For this reason, entities need to set goals for employee performance to be achieved. From the results of the study, the determination coefficient value of 74.48% indicates the magnitude of the effect of the ability of employees on employee performance, the remaining 25.52% is influenced by other variables, the DLH of Sukabumi City needs to continue to improve the ability of employees to improve performance, both employees and organization, through training or by rotating employeesKeywords: Employee ability, employee performance
