Abstract

The production process of woven bamboo which starting from the cutting down, the skinning, the breaking until the depleting processes is still traditional or manual by using machete and knife. Therefore, the product performance has a low quality because there is un-uniform in a product size (especially in the thickness) and form. This process also has been doing by the small  bamboo entrepreneurs in a city that has many people craft’s industries and one of them is a bamboo craft industry, Tomohon city. In order to solve that problem, in this activity, we applied a bamboo splitting machine which can increase the quantity and quality of bamboo parts production for bamboo crafts. Bamboo splitting machine is a machine that works to split or devide bamboo with the widht of bamboo that can be arranged as needed. This machine is used to help produce bamboo part products in large quantities by saving time and labor. The results show that this bamboo splitting machine has an average capacity of 5000-6000 parts / hour (about six times higher than which manual process). So that the productivity and quality of products made of bamboo can be improved and uniform according to consumer standards. Besides, tiredness and pains of workers can be released by using a bamboo depletion machine

Abstract

Masjid Raya di Kotamobagu di rancang untuk menampung kegiatan ibadah umat muslim tingkat Provinsi.Sulawesi Utara terpenting Kotamobagu Provinsi Sulawesi Utara yang dapat menampung sampai ribuan jemaah, walaupun lokasinya tidak berada langsung di pusat ibukota provinsi Masjid.ini juga.adalah bagian dari pusat analisis Islam atau Islamic.Center,Edukasi non-formal . masyrakat Sulawesi Utara belum memiliki wadah peribadatan (masjid raya) yang tepat sesuai dengan standar kementrian agama dan sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat muslim .berdasarkan data dari lokasi yang sudah ada dilapangan masjid raya yang berada di manado Jl.W.R.Supratman, lawangirung, kec, waneang, Kota Manado, Sulawesi Utara. Memang berada di pusat ibu kota provinsi namun dari data masyarakat muslim yang ada di Sulawesi Utara lebih dominan ke bagian Kota Kotamobagu dan BMR. sehingga lokasi dialihkan ke lokasi yang tepat berdasarkan data masyarakat yang lebih dominan banyak menganut agama islam, khususnya Kota Kotamobagu dan sekitarnya Bolaang Mongondow Raya (BMR) tidak mempunyai wadah.yang.dapat.menampung.aktivitas.umat.Islam.dalam.jumlah.besar,.baik.aktifitas yang menyangkut ibadah syariah mampun ibadah muamalah. Masjid merupakan tempat sarana dan prasarana dalam menjalankan semua kegiatan yang menyangkut.masalah keislaman. Oleh karena itu, arsitektur Islami sesuai untuk diterapkan sebagai pendekatan perancangan Masjid Raya Kotamobagu. Dengan mengangkat tema “Arsitektur Islami” diharapkan bangunan ini menjadi salah satu wadah pusat spiritual peribadatan di daerah Kotamobagu yang.memiliki.pesona.bagi wisatawan lokal maupun wisatawan mancanegara dan dapat mengangkat pertumbuhan ekonomi.dari.segi.pariwisata.di.Provinsi.Sulawesi.Utara.lebih.tepatnya.di.Kota.Kotamobagu. Di karenakan arsitektur islami ini menunjukan nilai – nilai islami dan tidak melanggar syariah islam

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused many changes to human lifestyles, one of which is changing the way we work and the way we define the 'workplace' which is known as the office. As a result of this phenomenon, there is an adaptation of user behaviour (office employees) to changes in the layout of the workspaces in their offices. This research provides an overview of the adaptation to changes in the layout of the workspace and changes in employee behaviour in their workplace during the Covid-19 pandemic. The adaptation applied is the Adaptation to New Habits (ANH) as a realization of the implementation of health protocols that have been set by the government. In this study, employees' perceptions will be measured based on physiological factors in the form of sources of information they get to implement the adaptation to new habits and how this encourages them to implement health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is a qualitative description which is then quantified to determine the tendency of office employees to adapt  to changes in the layout of office workspace. In addition, it also seeks to understand, examine and interpret the meaning of an adaptation event and changes in human behaviour toward changes in workspace layout in the Covid-19 pandemic situation from the perspective of the researchers themselves. The results of this study reveal that in the adaptation process there are changes due to essential needs related to health protocol procedures in the office and space requirements that are adapted to their functions.
