Abstract

This study investigates (1) The influence of Individual Behavior TowardTeacher Performance in SMA 3 Medan; (2) The Influence of Group Behavior on Teacher Performance in SMA 3 Medan; (3) The Influence of team work on Teacher Performance in SMA 3 Medan; (4) the influence among Individual, Group and Team Work behavior toward Teacher Performance in SMA Negeri 3 Medan. The results of the study shows that (1) There is a positive and significant influence between X1 to Y 0.9%. It meant that if individual teacher's behavior is getting better in teaching, it will be followed by the increasing of teacher performance in doing their main tasks; (2) There is a positive and significant effect between X2 and Y 7.1%. It is meant that if the behavior of a teacher group in SMA Negeri 3 Medan gives a good example for students, teachers, and the school environment, it will be followed by the increasing of teacher performance in teaching learning process (3) there is a negative effect between X3 to Y -0.9%. It can be said that if the work team is good and solid it will not affect the improvement of teacher performance; (4) there is a positive and significant influence between X1, X2, and X3 together with Y, the correlation coefficient value is 0.303, R Square 0.092 and Adjusted R Square 0.057. It shows that the influence of X1, X2, and X3 to Y is 5.7% and the remaining 94.3% is influenced by other factors from variables not included in this study.

Abstract

The nature of schooling won't be palatable assuming that instructive parts that incorporate establishment, objectives, educational program, ability and educator amazing skill, instructor understudy relationship designs, learning procedure framework, assessment, supporting and different components are overseen as is without cautious preparation. In the mean time To accomplish decent and quality schooling is essential the presence of a decent administration particularly in educational plan that will be instructed to understudies both in regards to targets, content or showing materials, execution as well as assessment of the educational plan. By applying educational plan the board in an expert foundation schooling instruction will deliver qualified graduates who can shape graduates to procure fundamental abilities.

Abstract

In the educational process, students are active subjects and objects. They are said to be subjects because they play an active role as the main actors in the learning process, while they are said to be objects because they are the targets of students to be developed by educators. 3 If students are used as targets, then they must act as active subjects in learning facilitated by the school, namely one of them is by implementing student management that can stimulate all the potential that exists within them. Growing student motivation is one of the techniques in developing the ability and willingness to learn. One logical way to motivate students in learning is to relate learning experiences to student motivation. Increasing student learning motivation is based on the belief that student learning motivation has implications, not only on the learning outcomes obtained, but also on the benefits of the entire learning process. Slavin argues that motivated students will be easily directed, given assignments, tend to have great curiosity, are active in seeking information about the material explained by the teacher and use higher cognitive processes to learn and absorb the lessons given (Sharif, ).

Abstract

Inovasi pendidikan yaitu upaya transformasi pendidikan yang tidak dapat dilakukan sendiri tetapi harus melibatkan semua unsur yang terlibat seperti inovator dan penyelenggara inovasi seperti guru dan siswa. Selain itu, keberhasilan inovasi pendidikan tidak hanya ditentukan oleh satu atau dua faktor saja, tetapi juga semangat masyarakat dan kecanggihan fasilitas. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Inovasi Pendidikan Dalam Peningkatan Strategi Mutu Pendidikan. Metode penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu Pelaksanaan Inovasi Pendidikan di SDN 060857 sudah dilaksanakan tetapi kurang maksimal. Tujuan dilaksanakan nya inovasi pendidikan agar sekolah tersebut dapat memajukan anak didik bangsa, kemudian juga dapat mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki siswa melalui pembelajaran yang inovatif tentunya. Cara guru meningkatkan inovasi pendidikan yaitu dengan membuat media pembelajaran, seperti menggunakan infokus, dan youtube agar peserta didik tidak bosan saat jam pelajaran berlangsung. Penelitian ini memberikat kontribusi dibidang pendidikan.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses pembelajaran daring yang dilakukan guru di MIS Ujung Batu Sosa di era Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Adapun subjek penelitian ini ialah 5 (Lima) orang guru MIS Ujung Batu Sosa. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah melalui interview/wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran daring guru MIS Ujung Batu Sosa pada masa pandemi Covid-19 ialah melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan cara mendatangi rumah-rumah murid dan mengajarkan murid tersebut dengan alokasi waktu tidak lebih dari 60 menit. Disamping itu, guru/ wali murid menggunakan internet serta media pembelajaran seperti video digital dan buku bacaan selama proses pembelajaran daring. Jadi guru dan murid tetap melaksanakan proses belajar mengajar, meskipun tidak seperti pola yang ada didalam kelas. Perbedaan yang mendasar pada masa pandemi Covid-19 ini, di mana guru menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis digital yaitu menggunakan media sosial WhatsApp dan YouTube serta Google Classroom.
