Abstract

Pendidikan sangat erat kaitannya dengan interaksi edukatif. Hal ini disebabkan, dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan terdapat komunikasi yang terjalin, komunikasi dalam pendidikan ini kemudian disebut sebagai interaksi. Interaksi yang terjadi antara peserta didik dan pendidik dapat terjadi secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Interaksi ini lah yang kemudian akan menentukan keberhasilan dan ketercapaian pembelajaran. Dalam konteks pendidikan, banyak interaksi yang terjadi dalam proses pembelajaran. Interaksi ini termasuk di dalamnya perilaku mengajar pendidik, perilaku belajar peserta didik, interaksi antara pendidik dan peserta didik serta interaksi sesama peserta didik. Seorang pengajar memiliki tugas utama menyelenggarakan pembelajaran, agar pembelajaran menjadi hal yang menarik dan efektif, maka pendidik harus memiliki strategi dan metode pembelajaran yang baik dan tepat dalam menyampaikan materi-materi pembelajarannya dan harus dirangkaikan dalam interaksi edukatif yang baik.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the Islamic higher education finance structure, particularly in terms of the source of money and their usage. This research  used a qualitative approach that employed a case study with data collecting techniques such as interviews, observations, and document studies. Informants in this research were chairman of Al-Ittihadiyah North Sumatra, the chairman of the Al-Ittihadiyah Education Foundation in Labuhanbatu Utara, the chairman of STIT AILU, the treasurer of STIT AILU, and students. While the analysis of this research data used data collection techniques, data presentation, reduction, and verification. According to the findings of this study, STIT AILU received educational support from the Al-Ittihadiyah organization in North Sumatra, local governments, student tuition payments, and the waqf movement. Meanwhile, education funds were allocated for campus management and infrastructure completion. Additionally, funds were utilized to improve the quality of Human Resources (HR) by providing further education scholarships to permanent professors and different academic events such as seminars and conferences.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the importance of communication of Islamic education organization using the literature and literary approach related to the theme of this research. The authors ' analysis results showed that organizational communication is indispensable in running an organization of Islamic educational institutions. The success of Islamic educational institutions is determined by the management and organanization factor and interpersonal communication skills owned by each stake holders in carrying out their duties. Effective communication can be seen from the best service and school management, the quality and excellence of graduates as the expectations of stakeholders, the communication skills for school personnel is indeed the task of managers and school leaders To always be enhanced to make it clearer the benefits or contributions of communication skills and effectiveness in realizing the achievement of educational objectives in Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

This paper aims to find out how the Islamic view of women's leadership is. This paper uses the library study method of data gathering and information from various sources, such as books that contain a variety of theories that are needed researchers. The results of the study show that not only men can be leaders, but women can also be leaders. After Islam came the position of women was very glorified, respected, guarded, and guaranteed his life. The position of women according to Islamic legal views can be examined in various areas such as in the household, education field, skills field, political field, in the inheritance and in the field of worship.

Abstract

In the terminology of Islamic education there is a very close relationship between the sanctity of the soul and the ease of access to knowledge. Therefore, the study of Sufism cannot be separated from Islamic education. Using the literature study method, this research will analyze philosophical Sufism and its implications for Islamic education. The results of this study indicate that Sufism is identical to education spiritual. Sufism philosophically leads to spiritual education that is supported by maximizing the function of reason because it emphasizes logical considerations. Relating to humans As an educational creature, he must develop various potentials, especially spiritual education. This includes the need to know the origin of events, from what humans were created and so on. Education spiritual can not be ruled out in building Kamil people.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat pedagang muslim terhadap lembaga pendidikan Islam. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah Desa Laut Dendang Kec. Percut Sei Tuan, Kab. Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif lapangan dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat pedagang muslim memiliki minat yang lebih besar terhadap lembaga pendidikan umum dibandingkan dengan lembaga pendidikan Islam. Adapun faktor penyebabnya adalah minat atau kemauan anak, faktor ekonomi, jarak tempuh dan kualitas lembaga pendidikan.

Abstract

Good language skills are very important skills in children. Even one indication of a child's intelligence at an early age level is measured by his fluency in language or speaking. This study aims to describe the use of hand puppet media to develop language skills in early childhood. This research uses descriptive qualitative method by using data collection techniques through interviews, observations and documents. Specifically, this study was conducted at Kindergarten ABA I Aek Kanopan. The results of this study show that hand puppets are very effectively used as a learning medium to develop early childhood language skills.

Abstract

This study aims to highlight the concept of how steps should be taken to improve Islamic education. Using the literature study method, this research shows that the problems of Islamic education that occur today are in aspects of governance or management, the learning process, and the quality of graduates. Meanwhile, the efforts that must be made to solve these problems are equalizing points of view through deliberation, accommodating local wisdom as part of learning activities, and reorientation Islamic education based on experience and productivity.

Abstract

Ciri khas dari organisasi Islam Al Washliyah adalah lembaga pendidikannya yang berorientasi pada tradisi keulamaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis revitalisasi kurikulum lembaga pendidikan Al Washliyah dalam melahirkan ulama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif lapangan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Al Washliyah secara khusus telah mendirikan lembaga Pendidikan Kader Ulama (PKU) yang dikelola oleh Fakultas Agama Islam UNIVA Medan. Kurikulum yang diterapkan adalah dengan tetap memelihara kurikulum pendidikan Al Washliyah dimasa lalu yang dominasi pelajaran agama ditambah dengan pelajaran umum sesuai dengan kurikulum pendidikan nasional yang berlaku. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah dengan mengkombinasikan metode moderen dan klasik (kitab kuning dan halaqah).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the communication of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers during distance learning and the inhibiting factors.The research method used is a qualitative phenomenological method. The research location is at SD IT Al-Kaffah Binjai which is located at Jl. Jamin Ginting No. 35, district. South Binjai, North Sumatra Province. The research was conducted in September-December 2020. The main data sources of the research are informants, while the secondary data sources are documents (archives, learning tools, and others). Collecting data using interview, observation, and document techniques. Interviews were addressed to teachers and students as informants. The data validity technique used is source triangulation. The data analysis technique used is Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis. The stages of Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis carried out are as follows: 1) Reading and re-reading; 2) Initial notes; 3) Developing Emergent themes; 4) Searching for connections across emergent themes; 5) Moving the next case; and 6) Looking for patterns across cases.The results of the study indicate that the activity of communicating learning through distance has been running quite effectively but in its implementation it is still not optimal as a whole and evaluation and solutions are needed to be able to improve the process of distance learning activities running more efficiently.
