Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the development of character education evaluation models in learning in schools in terms of the nature of students and learning evaluation techniques. The focus of this study regarding the implementation and effectiveness of the use of character education models in schools. In addition, the discussion will be elaborated through the scale of effectiveness, staff perceptions, inventory of school problems, evaluation by the general public, inventory of student behavior, student portfolios, assessing student views, and opinion polls on students' parents. This research method uses literature review and online observation. The results showed that the development of character education evaluation models in learning in schools ran effectively and could be accepted by students at school, thus, the development of character education evaluation models in learning in schools could be used as a model of education in schools.

Abstract

Policies are always associated with the public. Public Policy is a binding decision for the public at a strategic level or broadly the nature made by public authorities. Then education financing. Education financing can be interpreted simply as the cost that must be available and needed in organizing education in order to achieve its vision, mission, objectives, objectives, and strategic. Education financing required for the procurement of buildings, facilities and infrastructure, tutoring, teacher salaries, employee salaries and so on. Nowadays, the management of education, especially primary and secondary education, is the responsibility of the local government. With the granting of large authority, it is expected that the government can maximize the ability or capacity of existing regions in terms of education financing. This research is intended to determine the policy of education financing budget, the source of education budget and allocation of education financing. With this research, of course, it is expected to provide benefits both academically and practically. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection both primary and secondary data using literature riview techniques of online observation and documentation. The results of the study also provide some suggestions including the need for a clear financing mechanism, in the form of standard education costs that must be paid to enter the school.

Abstract

Pesantren is an Islamic religious education institution that has Kiai, santri, huts and mosques. Islamic boarding schools have made a major contribution in their role in advancing the world of education in Indonesia. This article aims to examine the role of the Darul Quran Islamic boarding school in implementing the national education system. The research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation studies and observations. The results showed that the Darul Quran Islamic boarding school in Bandung City was able to show its role in the National education system, through the Darul Quran method, and the Daili Activity which led its students to have attitudes, knowledge and skills in fulfilling 21st century competencies.
