Abstract

Pesantren are traditional Islamic educational institutions which are never used up to be discussed and studied. One of the exciting things to study is how pesantren design basic "classes" so that they can make effective and efficient learning while staying oriented towards learning goals. And how do pesantren make "class" a secure emotional connection between teacher (kyai), student (santri), and teaching material (kitab kuning) in the class so that class harmonization appears within the typical scope of pesantren-style learning. Kitab Kuning learning in pesantren has a unique "model" in carrying out its education; this particularity is then interesting to be used as study material as another alternative in organizing education. Kitab Kuning learning in pesantren adheres to management that is different from class management in general, both in terms of curriculum structure, class construction, and interaction of existing learning components. In general, Kitab Kuning learning in pesantren is divided into 3 (three) levels, namely the primary level (Ula), the intermediate level (Wusta), and the upper level (Ulya). However, this research focuses more on the basic level (Ula), because this level is a determinant of success at the next grade level. Santri at the elementary level are not directly taught the Kitab Kuning, but were introduced first how to read and write the ‘Pegon’ Script. So, students who just entered were conditioned in such a way as to be more familiar with the ‘Pegon’ Script. Therefore, it will be discussed about the patterns and models of class management in the learning of the Kitab Kuning at As-Sunniyah Kencong Pesantren and Baitul Arqom Balung Pesantren in Jember Regency using behavior modification, socio-emotional, and group process approach, which is seen in the classroom conduciveness based on class conduciveness, the element of spirituality, namely the synergistic and harmonious interaction between the kiai, the teacher, and the santri in achieving the learning objectives.

Abstract

The level of competition in the world of education is very developed, which requires every education service provider to have an effective and efficient strategy. Strategy is essential in the world of education considering that education can provide aspects of instilling the values of attitudes and behaviors that make humans have degrees. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to find out how the marketing strategy, implementation support and inhibit marketing in MI Muhammadiyah 02 Cakru Education. The research method used is qualitative, with the type of research being narrative research. The results obtained from this study are: 1) Marketing strategy carried out by MI Muhammadiyah 02 Cakru in the form of a differentiation strategy that prioritizes four marketing objectives. Fulfilling the mission of the school, increasing customer satisfaction, increasing interest, increasing efficiency; 2) The implementation of the marketing strategy for educational services carried out is characterized by the presence of products, prices, locations, promotions, human resources, services, and processes. so that users of educational services can easily identify madrasahs with this component; 3) The lack of public awareness about how the education system is carried out by madrasahs, as well as the incompleteness of some facilities and infrastructure owned by madrasahs as a support for educational success, are supporting factors and obstacles to the marketing strategy implemented. Tingkat persaingan dalam dunia pendidikan sangatlah berkembang, yang mana menuntut setiap penyedia jasa pendidikan mempunyai strategi efektif dan efisien.Strategi menjadi penting dalam dunia pendidikan mengingat pendidikan mampu memberikan aspek penanaman nilai-nilai sikap dan tingkah laku yang menjadikan manusia memiliki derajat. Untuk itu tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) bagaimana startegi pemasaran (2) implementasi startegi pemasaran (3) faktor pendukung dan penghambat pemasaran Pendidikan MI Muhammadiyah 02 Cakru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni Kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian narrative riset.Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh MI Muhammadiyah 02 cakru dengan bentuk strategi differensiasi yang mengedepankan empat tujuan pemasaran.Memenuhi misi sekolah, meningkatnya kepuasan pelanggan, meningkatkan ketertarikan, meningkatkan efisienasi; 2) Implementasi strategi pemasaran jasa pendidikan yang dilakukan ditandai dengan adanya produk, harga, lokasi, promosi, SDM, pelayanan dan proses.sehingga dengan komponen tersebut menjadikan madrasah dengan mudah dapat dikenali oleh pengguna jasa Pendidikan; 3) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan disebabkan masih kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat yang belum mengenal bagaimana system pendiidkan yang dilakukan oleh madrasah ditambah masih belum lengkapanya beberapa sarana dan prasarana yang dimiliki oleh madrasah sebagai penunjang keberhasilan pendidikan.

Abstract

Program menghafal al-Qur’an merupakan kebutuhan setiap Muslim. Penerapan hafalan qur’an dalam proses pembelajaran dapat dimulai sedini mungkin untuk mencetak generasi qur’ani yang berkarakter. Karenanya penelitian ini mengurai tentang bagaimana perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi Program Hifdzil Juz Amma dalam membentuk karakter tanggung jawab Peserta Didik di MIMA 29 Miftahul Ulum. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: (1) dalam perencanaan pembelajaran Hifdzil Juz Amma tidak tertulis dalam dokumen-dokumen, dirancang sendiri oleh kepala madrasah seperti: pemilihan ustadzah-ustadzah, Penentuan kelas-kelas peserta didik, Penentuan pembimbing atau ustadzah hasil musyawarah kepala madrasah dan dewan guru lainya dan diharuskan sudah memiliki syahadah (bukti kelulusan hafalan). (2) dalam pelaksanaan Ustadzah melakukan kegiatan pendahuluan, kegiatan inti dan penutup. (3) dalam evaluasi pembelajaran yaituevaluasi harian dan evaluasi akhir. Kata Kunci: program hifdzil jus Amma, tanggung jawab peserta didik. The program of memorizing the Qur’an is a necessity for every Muslim. The application of memorizing the Qur’an in the learning process can be started as early as possible to create a characterful Qur’anic generation. Therefore, this study describes how the planning, implementation and evaluation of the Hifdzil Juz Amma Program in shaping the character of the responsibility of students at MIMA 29 Miftahul Ulum. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with the type of phenomenological research. The results of this study are: (1) in the planning of learning Hifdzil Juz Amma not written in documents, designed by the head of the madrasa, such as: selection of ustadzah-ustadzah, determination of student classes, determination of mentors or ustadzah results of deliberation by the head of the madrasa and the council. Other teachers and are required to have a shahadah (proof of rote graduation). (2) in the implementation of the Ustadzah perform preliminary activities, core activities and closing. (3) in learning evaluation, namely daily evaluation and final evaluation.

Abstract

With the teacher's creativity in developing this animated film-based learning media, it will have a positive impact on students. Like the lack of development of animated film media at MI Kahasri, Probolinggo city. That animated cartoon films are one of the learning media that can be used as a bridge for the learning process to make it more interesting and provide a new environment for students. If educators are able to process learning using animation-based media, then the thematic learning described will be more efficient in using media that is more optimal. In addition to complete facilities, animated film media can also be used in schools where the facilities are incomplete, with the facilities provided by the teacher in the form of laptops or can be shared with student guardian groups so they can use the media at home or at school. This research on the development of instructional media aims to: 1) Produce a product in the form of cartoon animation film learning media for students' learning interests in class III thematic subjects at MI Kahasri Probolinggo. 2) Knowing the feasibility of cartoon animated film learning media for students' learning interest in class III thematic subjects at MI Kahasri Probolinggo. The type of research to be used is Research and Development (RnD) using two types of qualitative and quantitative data. This development research refers to the ADDIE research model with five development steps, namely: 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, and 5) Evaluation. The results of research on the development of animated cartoon film media using the ADDIE method have met the criteria of several expert trials. The results of the trial by media experts showed a validity level of 92.5%, while the validity of material experts was 100% and learning experts were 95% with valid qualifications and were suitable for use. While the results of user trials showed that the level of interest of class III-A students reached 89% and the results of user trials of class III-B students' interest reached 87%. So it can be concluded that through a comparison of class III-A and III-B that animated film media The developed cartoons can be applied in classroom learning. Dengan adanya kreatifitas guru dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis film animasi ini akan berdampak positif bagi peserta didik. Seperti halnya minimnya pengembangan media film animasi di MI Kahasri kota Probolinggo. Bahwa Film animasi kartun merupakan salah satu media pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan sebagai jembatan proses pembelajaran agar lebih menarik dan memberikan nuansa lingkungan yang baru bagi siswa. Apabila pendidik mampu mengolah pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media berbasis animasi, maka pemlajaran tematik yang di jelaskan akan lebih efisien dalam penggunaan media yang lebih maksimal. Di samping fasilitas yang lengkap media film animasi juga bisa di gunakan di sekolah yang fasilitas belum lengkap dengan fasilitas yang di sediakan oleh guru berupa laptop atau bisa di share di grub wali murid agar bisa menggunakan media di rumah maupun di sekolah. Penelitian pengembangan media pembelajaran ini bertujuan untuk : 1) Menghasilkan produk berupa media pembelajaran film animasi kartun terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran tematik kelas III di MI Kahasri Probolinggo. 2) Mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran film animasi kartun terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran tematik kelas III di MI Kahasri Probolinggo. Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah Research and Development (RnD) dengan menggunakan dua jenis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian pengembangan ini mengacu pada model penelitian ADDIE dengan lima langkah pengembangannya yaitu : 1) Analisis, 2) Desain, 3) Pengembangan, 4) Implementasi, dan 5) Evaluasi. Hasil penelitian pengembangan media film animasi kartun dengan menggunakan metode ADDIE telah memenuhi kriteria dari uji coba beberapa ahli. Hasil uji coba ahli media menunjukkan tingkat kevalidan sebesar 92.5%, sedangkan kevalidan ahli materi sebesar 100% dan ahli pembelajaran sebesar 95% dengan kualifikasi valid dan layak digunakan. Sedangkan hasil uji coba pengguna menunjukkan tingkat ketertarikan peserta didik kelas III-A mencapai 89% dan hasil uji coba pengguna ketertarikan peserta didik kelas III-B mencapai 87% Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui perbandingan kelas III-A dan III-B bahwa media film animasi kartun yang dikembangkan dapat di terapkan dalam pembelajaran kelas.

Abstract

The Quantum Teaching learning model is a modification of the various interactions that exist in and around the moment in learning. This study aims to find out more about how to apply Quantum Teaching in measuring students' abilities including cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. This research method uses qualitative research methods with the type of research field research. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis is a qualitative analysis model of Miles and Huberman and Saldana which consists of data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are: (1) Implementation of Quantum Teaching in Class V Thematic Learning at MI Mambaul Ulum Kandangrejo cognitive aspects, namely students are able to think more critically and broadly, students are able to do assignments or exercises and can understand learning well, students able to provide questions and answers properly and appropriately. (2) Implementation of Quantum Teaching in Class V Thematic Learning at MI Mambaul Ulum Kandangrejo aspects in the affective aspect, namely: the curiosity of students increases, students become more focused, students' attitudes become more confident and courageous. (3) Implementation of Quantum Teaching in Class V Thematic Learning at MI Mambaul Ulum Kandangrejo psychomotor aspects, namely: students are able to practice well the learning media is provided, students are able to name the names and parts of the circulatory organs, students are able to show the circulatory organs blood using the medium. Keywords: Quantum Teaching; Learning; Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching merupakan pengubahan bermacam-macam interaksi yang ada di dalam dan di sekitar momen dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih dalam bagaimana penerapan Quantum Teaching dalam mengukur kemampuan peserta didik meliputi aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian Field Research. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data analisis kualitatif model Miles dan Huberman dan Saldana yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Implementasi Quantum Teaching Pada Pembelajaran Tematik Kelas V di MI Mambaul Ulum Kandangrejo aspek kognitif yaitu peserta didik mampu berfikir secara lebih kritis dan luas, peserta didik mampu mengerjakan tugas atau latihan dan dapat memahami pembelajaran dengan baik, peserta didik mampu memberikan pertanyaan dan jawaban dengan baik dan sesuai. (2) Implementasi Quantum Teaching Pada Pembelajaran Tematik Kelas V di MI Mambaul Ulum Kandangrejo aspek dalam aspek afektif yaitu: rasa ingin tahu peserta didik meningkat, peserta didik menjadi lebih fokus, sikap peserta didik semakin percaya diri dan berani. (3) Implementasi Quantum Teaching Pada Pembelajaran Tematik Kelas V di MI Mambaul Ulum Kandangrejo aspek dalam aspek psikomotorik yaitu: peserta didik mampu mempraktikkan dengan baik media pembelajaran disediakan, peserta didik mampu menyebutkan nama dan bagian organ peredaran darah, peserta didik mampu menunjukkan bagian organ peredaran darah dengan menggunakan media. Abstract

This study examines Javanese Krama's learning in improving students' ability to speak politely at MIMA 35 Nurul Ulum Ambulu. This research approach is a descriptive qualitative approach, and the type of research used is phenomenology. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data analysis using the model of Miles, Huberman, and Johnny Saldana consists of data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study are 1) Planning for learning the Javanese Krama language to improve the ability of students to speak politely at MIMA 35 Nurul Ulum Ambulu, namely: the teacher prepares a Learning Implementation Plan, prepares to memorize material for the Javanese Krama language vocabulary for students. 2) Implementation of Javanese Krama language learning in improving the ability of students to speak politely at MIMA 35 Nurul Ulum Ambulu, namely: opening, core, and closing activities. Then the habit of using Javanese manners during learning hours and outside the classroom. 3) Evaluation of Javanese Krama language learning in improving the ability of students to speak politely at MIMA 35 Nurul Ulum Ambulu, namely: in the classroom using daily questions, PTS and PAS. Meanwhile, habituation outside of learning hours is by assessing students' speech and manners. 4) The implications of learning Javanese Krama in improving the ability of students to speak politely at MIMA 35 Nurul Ulum Ambulu have a positive impact on students becoming accustomed to using Javanese Krama when communicating with teachers both in attitude and speech. Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai pembelajaran bahasa Jawa Krama dalam meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik berbicara sopan santun di MIMA 35 Nurul Ulum Ambulu. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan model Miles, Hubermen dan Johnny Saldana terdiri dari kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Perencanaan pembelajaran bahasa Jawa Krama dalam meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik berbicara sopan santun di MIMA 35 Nurul Ulum Ambulu, yaitu: guru menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran, menyiapkan materi hafalan kosa kata bahasa Jawa Krama bagi peserta didik. 2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran bahasa Jawa Krama dalam meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik berbicara sopan santun di MIMA 35 Nurul Ulum Ambulu, yaitu: kegiatan pembuka, inti, dan penutup. Kemudian pembiasaan berbahasa jawa krama didalam jam pembelajaran dan diluar kelas. 3) Evaluasi pembelajaran bahasa Jawa Krama dalam meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik berbicara sopan santun di MIMA 35 Nurul Ulum Ambulu, yaitu: di dalam kelas menggunakan soal harian, PTS dan PAS. Sedangkan, pembiasaan di luar jam pembelajaran yaitu dengan penilaian berkaitan dengan tutur kata dan sikap sopan santun peserta didik. 4) Implikasi pembelajaran bahasa Jawa Krama dalam meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik berbicara sopan santun di MIMA 35 Nurul Ulum Ambulu membawa dampak positif pada peserta didik menjadi terbiasa menggunakan bahasa Jawa Krama saat berkomunikasi dengan guru baik dalam sikap dan tutur kata.

Abstract

This study aims at immoral behavior that begins to infect elementary school children because the educational process only strengthens cognitive aspects or khalqiyah tarbiyah in al-Maraghy's terms at MI Bustanul Ulum 07 Balung, this study uses a qualitative approach with a type of field research (field research) with descriptive methods. As for data collection techniques using interviews, participant observation and documentation. The subject of this research is all student from MI Bustanul Ulum 07 Balung Jember, research draws conclusions 1) The process of character formation through dhuha prayers and hadrah activities at MI Bustanul Ulum 07 Balung can be explained in three ways. a) dhuha and hadrah prayers are an effort to form a religious culture in the school environment; b) reading asmaul husna is a means of identifying religious character; c) the process of internalizing religious values forms the character of faith, piety and love for Rasulullah 2) Factors that support the internalization of religious character are the school's cultural approach by optimizing the three centers of education. Penelitian ini mengarah pada perilaku amoral yang mulai menjangkiti anak sekolah dasar karena proses pendidikan yang hanya menguatkan aspek kognitif atau tarbiyah khalqiyah dalam istilah al-Maraghy di MI Bustanul Ulum 07 Balung, Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan metode deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi partisipan dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa MI Bustanul Ulum 07 Balung Jember, penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan 1) Proses pembentukan karakter melalui kegiatan shalat dhuha dan hadrah di MI Bustanul Ulum 07 Balung dapat dijelaskan dengan tiga cara. a) sholat dhuha dan hadrah merupakan upaya membentuk budaya religius di lingkungan sekolah; b) pembacaan asmaul husna merupakan sarana identifikasi karakter religius; c) proses internalisasi nilai-nilai religius membentuk karakter iman, taqwa, dan cinta kepada rasulullah. 2) Faktor-faktor yang mendukung internalisasi karakter religius adalah pendekatan kultural yang dilakukan sekolah dengan mengoptimalkan tiga sentra pendidikan.
