Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the effect of: 1) school leadership, 2) the role of the school committee, and 3) leadership of the principal and the school committee together on teacher performance. This research is a quantitative approach associative. Data was collected through questionnaires and documentation. Samples used Slovin formula. Data analysis and hypothesis testing is done with a simple linear regression and multiple regression, which had previously been carried out tests of normality, linearity and homogeneity. The results showed that: 1) there is a significant relationship between principal leadership on teacher performance by 45%, 2) a significant difference between the role of the school committee on the teacher performance of 31.7%, 3) a significant difference between the leadership of the principal and the school committee together on teacher performance by 48.2%, containing meaning that the better the school leadership and the role of the school committee, the better the performance of a teacher.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh: 1) kepemimpinan sekolah, 2) peran komite sekolah, dan 3) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan komite sekolah bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan regresi linear sederhana dan regresi berganda, yang sebelumnya telah melakukan uji normalitas, linearitas dan homogenitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 45%, 2) perbedaan yang signifikan antara peran komite sekolah terhadap kinerja guru 31,7%, 3) perbedaan yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan pokok dan komite sekolah bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 48,2%, yang mengandung arti bahwa semakin baik kepemimpinan sekolah dan peran komite sekolah, semakin baik kinerja guru.Kata kunci: kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kinerja guru, peran komite sekolah
