Abstract

This research has several goals, first analyze and prove the influence of leadership styles on performance of employees. Second, analyze and prove the influence of organizational culture on performance of employees. Third, analyze and prove the influence of employees ' performance against organizational communication. Fourth, analyze and prove the influence of leadership styles towards job satisfaction. Fifth, analyze and prove the influence of organizational culture towards job satisfaction. Sixth, analyze and prove the influence of communication towards job satisfaction. Seventh, analyze and prove the influence of job satisfaction on performance of employees. Eighth, analyze and prove the influence of job satisfaction as a medition on the influence of leadership styles on performance of employees. Ninth, analyze and prove the influence of job satisfaction as a medition on the influence of organizational culture on performance. Tenth, analyze and prove the influence of job satisfaction as a medition on the effect of organizational communication on performance of employees. The research of this population are all employees of Bank Danamon Cluster padang, while being sampled is 110 people respondents searched for using the formula Yamane. types and data sources used are primary data by means of questionnaires, further spread the use of secondary data. For testing data analysis using structural eqution model (SEM) through the course of AMOS while for testing the influence of variable pemediasi used sobel test. In accordance with the hypothesis testing on the model structure found that leadership style has no effect on performance is significant. Second, the culture of the organization significant effect on performance. Third, the influential organization communication was found significantly to performance. Fourth, it was found that the leadership style of influential significantly to job satisfaction. Fifth, it was found that organizational culture effect significantly to job satisfaction. Sixth, it was found that the Organization's influential communication significantly to job satisfaction. seventh, it was found that job satisfaction the significant effect on performance. Eighth, job satisfaction as medition significant kepemimipinan style has no effect on performance. Ninth, job satisfaction as medition significant influential culture on performance and job satisfaction as the tenth, medition has no effect significant organizational communication on performance.

Abstract

Abstract Global problem can not be spared from social isues. Poverty, famine and accesless of education for everyone engendering the decreasing of human resource quality in developing country. PT Pelindo III through CSR program has unselfishness to help some problems which happen oftently. By approach through social empowerment such as hydroponic empowerment village. The purpose of this research is to describe the shape of CSR PT Pelindo III contribution for supporting the increasing income Simokalangan people. This research is qualitative decriftive, and informan determination technique utilizes criteria technique. Data collecting utilizes observation, interview and observation. Data validity uses source triangulation and data reduction process, data display and conclution. The result of this research shows that CSR PT Pelindo III has contribution onto increasing of Simokalangan people, researcher devides into three part. First, company has contribution to make hydrophonic village becomes nature in order to has their own icon in Simokalangan are. The impact is people have new job, specially house wife. Second, capital from company make Simokalangan people have capital for developing hydrophonic empowerment village which can help to increase income. Third, the role of teamwork between company and housewife in Simokalangan which the result is they open a new small business (UKM). It makes snack by the inggredient from vegetable in hydroponic media. Most of program from PT Pelindo III has runned well. Key Word: Contribution, CSR, Hydroponik Abstrak Permasalahan global tidak lepas dari beberapa isu-isu sosial. Kemiskinan dan kelaparan serta kurangnya akses pendidikan bagi setiap orang yang mengakibatkan semakin menurunnya kualitas sumber daya manusia atau biasa disingkat dengan (SDM) di negara terbelakang ataupun berkembang. PT Pelindo III melalui program CSR-nya memiliki bentuk rasa peduli dalam membantu beberapa masalah yang sering terjadi dewasa ini. Dengan melakukan pendekatan dengan cara memberdayakan masyarakat salah satunya melalui kampung binaan hidroponik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk peran seperti apa yang diberikan CSR PT Pelindo III untuk membantu meningkatkan kualitas pendapatan masyarakat Simokalangan. Penelitian ini bersifat deskiptif kualitatif. Teknik penarikan informan menggunakan teknik kriteria. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Validitas data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan proses reduksi data, penyajian data kemudian penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini mengemukakan bahwa CSR PT Pelindo III berperan dalam peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat Simokalangan, peneliti membagi dalam tiga bagian. Pertama, dengan adanya peran perusahaan yang melakukan gotong royong untuk membuat kampung hidroponik menjadi asri sehingga memiliki icon tersendiri di wilayah Simokalangan hasilnya masyarakat memiliki pekerjaan baru, khususnya para ibu rumah tangga. Kedua, dengan adanya bantuan dana dari perusahaan hasilnya masyarakat Simokalangan memiliki modal untuk mengembangkan kampung binaan hidroponik yang bisa membantu meningkatkan perekonomian. Ketiga, peran kerjasama yang dilakukan antara pihak perusahaan dengan ibu-ibu masyarakat Simokalangan hasilnya mereka membuka Kelompok Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) baru yaitu membuat olahan snack dari sayuran yang ditanam dalam media hidroponik tersebut. Secara keseluruhan program yang dijalankan PT Pelindo III sudah berjalan dengan baik Key Word: Contribution, CSR, Hidroponik

Abstract

The purpose of this study was carried out to see the effect of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior on Employees and Lecturers at faculty of Ushuluddin, Adab, Da'wah (FUAD) IAIN Curup. The subjects used in this study were 52 employees and lecturers at FUAD IAIN Curup. In this study a quantitative design was used while the design in data collection carried out a questionnaire with five Likert scales of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior. The analysis design used in this study is to use a simple linear regression test. The conclusion of this study shows that there is a positive impact of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior of 11.035% for the employees and lecturers of FUAD IAIN Curup. The implication of this study is to increase understanding of the influence of transformational leadership.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to obtain real evidence of the influence of financial and non-financial compensation on job satisfaction PT. Dempo Andalas Samudera Padang employees. Desain/Methodology/Approach: A sample of 67 employees who received financial and non-financial compensation was used for the test. Sample selection was carried out using the survey method. Hypothesis testing uses inferential analysis through multiple linear regression models and t-statistical tests. Findings: The test results showed that the first hypothesis was accepted, namely that financial compensation had a significant effect on job satisfaction, and the second hypothesis was also accepted, namely that non-financial compensation had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Research Implications: This research proves that good compensation can increase employee satisfaction. Therefore, companies need to formulate financial and non-financial compensation for their employees.
