Abstract

Evaluation objectives of inventory information systems at CV. Facilities Telemaxindo was to evaluate the weaknesses of the implementation of internal control, as well as estimating and assessing possible risks that might arise. The research method used is literature study of reference books in the library, and field study consisted of observation, interviews with relevant parties, creating check lists, check the inventory information systems documentation, and testing of inventory application systems. The results are findings of control weaknesses in the implementation of security management, operational management control, boundary control, input control, and output control on the present inventory information system. These weaknesses could pose a risk and if not dealt soon it could hurt the company. The resulting conclusion of the security management control, boundary control, control input, and output control is not running well so that it needs to be improved in accordance with the recommendations, while operational management control has been running fairly well.Keywords: evaluation, information system, inventory

Abstract

Permasalahan mendasar pada penelitian ini adalah apakah penggunaan metode Kooperatif model struktural dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas IV SDN No 1 Bolano? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan  prestasi serta hasil belajar siswa kelas IV  SDN No 1 Bolano, yang pada mata pelajaran PKn. Jenis data yang diambil adalah data kuantitatif yaitu meliputi data penelitian dan analisis. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Kooperatif model struktural. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dari observasi guru dan siswa serta evaluasi proses dan hasil pembelajaran. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 20 orang siswa kelas IV SDN No 1 Bolano. Proses penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan 2 siklus dengan prosedur tindakan 1 perencanaan, 2 pelaksanaan, 3 observasi, 4 refleksi. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I pada pertemuan pertama yang persentase nilai rata-rata siswa adalah 61,36% dan persentase nilai rata-rata guru adalah 80,3% dan persentase nilai rata-rata perolehan siswa pertemuan kedua adalah 72,7% sedangkan persentase nilai rata-rata guru adalah 83,9%. Sedangkan hasil analisis tes siklus II dapat memberikan gambaran bahwa siswa yang memperoleh ketuntasan belajar secara individu berjumlah 18  orang dan yang belum mencapai ketuntasan belajar secara individu berjumlah 02 orang dengan persentase 78,9%. Sedangkan skor perkembangan siswa rata-rata adalah 25% sampai 28% dengan persentase 78,2% sehingga prestasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran PKn berhasil dengan baik. Kata Kunci : Kooperatif Model Struktural, Prestasi Belajar.

Abstract

The Implementation of Investment Licensing Services Policy at Integrated Licensing Service Agency, Palu has not run optimally It is caused by 4 main factors, they are communication, res Keywords: Evaluation of the National Sports System, Human Resources .Disposition, and bureaucracy structure that have not run effectively yet the implementation, supporting means like human resource is limited. This research aims at analyzing the policy of investment licensing service as resource, disposition, and bureaucracy structure. The method used in this research is qualitative with 5 informants taken by using purposive sampling technique. The data was collected by interview and documentation study and then analyzed with interactive method. This research results (1) Communication; socialization to society was still limited (2) Resource; the limited employees that comprehend service and licensing rules, the lack of self development professionally, limitation of operational service vehicles (3) Disposition; although BP2T has shown a quality of services, but it is constrained in investment sector at Regional Planning and Investment Agency (4) Bureaucracy structure; at Licensing and Service Agency of Palu City, so far has run as the procedures. It is proven by the existence of tasks rationing at each sector and based on SOP, and the responsible employees of Integrated Licensing Service Agency in carrying out public services.
