Abstract

The research aim is to find out is there any differences which significant between rayon employees performance at ampenan and rayon employees at cakranegara , this is quantitative comparative research data collecting technique done by interview and documentation population in this research are all rayon employess at ampenan and cakranegara, with the number are 40 person, which consist of 20 of person in rayon ampenan and the same number in rayon cakra yet, the number of population is less than 100 person thus, all employees are made as samples. Analysis data conducted trough t test, and  Research result shows that there is no significant different between rayon employees performance at ampenan and rayon employees at cakra in which the significant value is 0.554 or p>0.05, the average value on rayon ampenan is 109.7 and rayon cakra is 108.9, the employees performance have the same ability which more than expectation and extraordinary achievement and they expert in their job thus their performance received should be keeping up trough an exercise to create their quality and technical ability

Abstract

The purpose of research conducted on the creative industry of pearl jewelry is to analyze the strengthening of industrial marketing strategy due to the impact of covid-19 pandemic in Mataram. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive type of approach. Analysis is carried out in three stages, namely: the first stage as a data input stage on the IFE and EFE matrices, the second stage as a matching stage using the SWOT matrix, and the third stage was the formulation of strengthening marketing strategies for the pearl jewelry industry. The results show that this industry actually has a strong foundation to develop in future. Industry capacity and competence have been built for a long time as a legacy from previous generations, pearl quality, and the industry's ability to build networks with partners and consumers outside the region and even abroad can be a source of competitive advantage for the industry going forward. The Covid pandemic as the most dominant threat variable has collapsed the industrial structure, sales have fallen sharply, production activities and supply of raw materials have stopped. Most of the business actors in all production and marketing chains are unemployed. Strengthening the marketing strategy is formulated so that the industry can get out of unusual situations, namely the industry must build core competencies, using social media in marketing, using market places, continuing to build positive perceptions and attitudes about product quality, increasng craftsman creativity in design skills, and providing training to entrepreneurs and merchants on online marketing. Abstract

Vertebrate Animals sub-concept learning involves the characteristics of vertebrates in each class and requires learning materials to overcome students' difficulties. Digital handouts are one of the teaching materials made to facilitate the delivery of material during the learning process, which includes teaching materials, questions, and independent practical instructions that can be used for online and offline learning. This research method uses a quasi-experimental or quasi-experiment to test the effect of using digital handouts on learning outcomes and student responses to the Vertebrate Animal sub-concept. The sampling of this research was carried out by random sampling technique in class X SMAN 4 Banjarmasin, which later became the research sample of 48 students in the experimental class (X MIPA 1) and the control class (X MIPA 2). The learning outcomes data were tested with the SPSS 21 program using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, while the student responses were analyzed descriptively. The research results, namely, student learning outcomes, indicate that the use of digital handouts affects learning outcomes with the Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000<0.05. In addition, students' responses to the use of digital handouts received a positive response in classroom learning with an average of 80.57%, which included the category of strongly agree.Pembelajaran sub konsep Hewan Vertebrata melibatkan ciri karakteristik vertebrata pada setiap kelasnya dan memerlukan bahan pembelajaran untuk mengatasi kesulitan peserta didik. Handout digital merupakan salah satu bahan ajar yang dibuat untuk dapat mempermudah penyampaian materi pada saat proses pembelajaran yang memuat materi bahan ajar, soal-soal, dan petunjuk praktikum mandiri yang dapat digunakan untuk pembelajaran secara daring maupun luring. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu atau Quasi Experimen dengan tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh penggunaan handout digital terhadap hasil belajar dan respon peserta didik pada sub konsep Hewan Vertebrata. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik random sampling di kelas X SMAN 4 Banjarmasin yang kemudian menjadi sampel penelitian sebesar 48 peserta didik kelas eksperimen (X MIPA 1) dan kelas kontrol (X MIPA 2). Data hasil belajar diuji dengan program SPSS 21 menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, sedangkan respon peserta didik dianalisis secara deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu hasil belajar peserta didik menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan handout digital berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar dengan nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0.000<0,05. Selain itu, respon peserta didik terhadap penggunaan handout digital mendapatkan respon yang positif dalam pembelajaran di kelas dengan rata-rata 80,57% yang termasuk kategori sangat setuju.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of motivation on the performance of employees of UPT RSUD Sultan Syarif Mohamad Alkadrie through job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). This study used a quantitative method with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis technique. The sample of this study was 100 employees of UPT RSUD Sultan Syarif Mohamad Alkadrie who were randomly selected. The results of this study showed that motivation had a significant effect on job satisfaction, OCB, and employee performance. In addition, job satisfaction and OCB also had a significant effect on employee performance. Thus, the hypothesis of this study was accepted. This study provides implications that to improve employee performance, motivation, job satisfaction, and OCB of employees need to be increased. This study also provides suggestions for further research.
