Abstract

This study discusses the variables of taxpayer knowledge, awareness of taxpayers, social environment, SAMSAT Drive Thru system, and quality of service to taxpayer decisions in vehicle tax payments in the East Lombok region. The sample used is the vehicle taxpayer who was moved in East Lombok Regency and taken as many as 100 respondents using the Simple Random Sampling method. The results showed that taxpayers, taxpayer awareness, and the SAMSAT Driving system through positive and significant decisions on transportation tax payments in the East Lombok region, while the social environment and service quality were not significant in influencing taxpayer decisions. The government in this regard (BAPPENDA) can provide complete and scheduled outreach and education on tax regulations that require taxpayers in every environment, because related to the social environment, taxpayers are according to categories that are less conducive. In addition, BAPPENDA must improve its services by providing training and seminars for its employees.

Abstract

The challenge of education in delivering high quality and highly competitive human resources is increasingly, so teachers are required to always improve their performance in the world of education. Nanmu to achieve the high teacher's performance is required in-depth studies for the factors that affect the teacher's performance in carrying out its duties. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to know the influence of Transformational leadership style and the commitment of the Organization to the performance of teachers in SMA Model in East Lombok district. Analysis carried out using a qualitative, ununionized approach, conducted using structural equation Modeling (SEM) based on partial least square (PLS), using 97 respondents. The results of this study show that the Transformational leadership style has a positive influence on the teacher's performance at SMA Model in East Lombok. Organizational commitment has a positive but insignificant relationship to the performance of teachers in SMA Model East Lombok District.

Abstract

The Effect Of Price and Quality Service For Buying Interest Repeat at The Toko Bangunan Jaya Abadi Selebung Kecamatan Keruak Kabupaten Lombok Timur. The study aims to determine The Effect Of Price and Quality Service For Buying Interest Repeat at The Toko Bangunan Jaya Abadi Selebung Kecamatan Keruak Kabupaten Lombok Timur. The Population in this study were consumer who had made a purchase at the Jaya Abadi Building Store, while the sample of this study was 50 using purposive sampling technique. This type of research is an associative research. Data processing in this study using SPSS 25.0 for windows. Were the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test is carried out. Multiple linier regression analysis test, test significance (t test) and test the coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of the study, it shows that: (1) Price has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention (2) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Perceived Value Dan Service Quality terhadap Repurchase Intention Pada Toko Emas Merpati Gerung Lombok Barat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah sampel survei dengan menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan langsung dari responden menggunakan kuisioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah responden yang berusia di atas 20 tahun dan minimal telah melakukan dua kali pembelian di Toko Emas Merpati, dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 (seratus) responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling yaitu penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Alat analisa data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 25 For Windows. Hasil analisa data menunjukan bahwa: (1) Perceived Value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Repurchase Intention sebesar 0,037 < 0.05. (2) Service Quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Repurchase Intention sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the marketing strategy In Kenza Coffee Shop in Mandalika, Kuta Village, Pujut District, Central Lombok Regency. The research used by researchers in this research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach type. In determining informants as data sources in this study the authors used a purposive sampling technique. The results of the research show that in the marketing strategy carried out by Kenza Coffee Shop the marketing process is divided into several stages, namely starting from segmentation, targeting, positioning, marketing mix. The most effective marketing strategy is to use social media and word of mouth promotion. because visitors will look for a cozie place through social media and from visitors who have visited.

Abstract

Mahasiswa DIII Pariwisata Unram harus menyusun Karya Tulis Ilmiah (KTI) sebagai salah satu syarat kelulusan. Dalam pelaksanaannya, banyak mahasiswa yang mengalami kendala dalam menyelesaikan KTI sehingga memperlama masa studi. Oleh karenanya, diperlukan kegiatan pendampingan untuk membantu mahasiswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan Karya Tulis Ilmiah (KTI). Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah mahasiswa DIII Pariwisata Unram yang mengalami kesulitan menyelesaikan KTI dan mendaftar sebagai peserta. Coaching Clinic dilaksanakan dengan memberikan pendampingan secara intenstif kepada mahasiswa peserta kegiatan. Pelaksanaan Coaching Clinic dilaksanakan secara klasikal dan diskusi intensif, di mana setiap mahasiswa memeproleh mentor yang mendampingi selama 1 minggu kegiatan. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 19 mahasiswa dan melibatkan 10 dosen DIII Pariwisata dengan jumlah mentor sebanyak 9 dosen. Setelah mengikuti Coaching Clinic, sebanyak 80% peserta berhasil menyelesaikan KTI dan sudah lulus. Kegiatan ini berjalan dengan lancar dan dapat dinyatakan berhasil.
