This study aims to obtain an empirical evidence about the effect of work motivation, leadership and organizational culture on job satisfaction and also to identity which variable has a dominant effect on employee job satisfaction at Djari-djari Art Of Refelexologi Banjarmasin. Population of this study were 36 people who were all employees. This study used a quantitative exploratory descriptive design . Analyzing data used the multiple regression Analysis. In testing hypothesis simultaneonsly, F test was used and T test was used in testing hypothesis patially. The result of this study showed that work motivation, leadership, and organizational culture simultaneonsly have an effect on employee job satisfaction . Whilepartially. Leadership has a dominant effect on employee job satispaction at Djari-djari Art Of Refeloxologi Banjarmasin. Key words : Work Motivation, Leadership, Organizational Culture. Job satisfaction.

This research is aimed to analize to factors that success of business. The factors analize in the research are; X1 (net selling), X2 (cost expense), X3 (working capital), X4 (gross profit), X5 (profit margin), X6 (total assets), dan X7 (turnover assets). The analysis tool that is used in the research is the multiple linier regression model, regression equations that show the variables X1 , X2 , X3 , X4 , X5 , X6 simultaneously give sinigficant afferst to variable Y. This is show in the test F result calculation (2,897) is higher than the table F (2,17), and its probability value (1.778E-9) is lower the value of alfa ( ? = 0,05) While the dominant factor that affects sucsess of business is the profit margin (X5).Key words; net selling, cost expense, working capita), gross profit, profit margin, total assets, turnover assets.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work discipline partially, and the effect of leadership and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarmasin.This research uses quantitative methods. The data used in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. The population of this research is the employees of Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarmasin, amounting to 102 people. Sampling uses probability sampling. The technique of data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 51 respondents from Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarmasin employees who were obtained using the Slovin formula. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to determine the effect of leadership and work discipline on performance in Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarmasin using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 21.00 for windows.The results of the study concluded that the leadership and work discipline variables partially affect the performance of employees at the Banjarmasin City Education Office. The results of the study concluded that the variables of leadership and work discipline simultaneously affect the performance of employees at Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarmasin.

ABSTRACT: Hemodialysis is one of the treatment method of chronic kidney disease. Patients with renal disease will lead to many other health problems, such as hypertension, anemia, osteoporosis and psychological disorders, that will cause a decline in the quality of life of patients. Hemodialysis therapy requires an adequate therapeutic dose. Adequacy of hemodialysis until now still have a question whether can improve the quality of life for the patient or not. The purpose of the research is to find out if there is any relation between adequacy of hemodilysis and the quality of life of the patient or not. This research use cross sectional method and invove patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis treatment that have categorized according to the inclusion criteria. The subjects were examined with a formula hemodialysis adequacy Kt / V, and a quality of life by questionnaire SF-36, and analyzed with the chi-square method.The All of the data was analyzed by Kolmogrov-Smirnov Test and it was found that p= 0,147 (p<= 0,050), that means there is no correlation between hemodialysis adequacy and quality of life among patients of Ulin General Hospital Banjarmasin. Keywords : Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), hemodialysis adequacy, quality of life ABSTRAK: Hemodialisis merupakan salah satu tindakan pengobatan gagal ginjal. Pada pasien gagal ginjal akan menimbulkan banyak masalah kesehatan lain, seperti hipertensi, anemia, osteoporosis dan gangguan psikologis, yang nantinya berakibat pada penurunan kualitas hidup pasien. Terapi hemodialisis membutuhkan dosis terapi yang adekuat. Adekuasi hemodialisis sampai sekrang masih menjadi pertanyaan apakah dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien atau tidak. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara adekuasi hemodialisis dan kualitas hidup pasien di RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin. Penelitian menggunakan metode cross sectional dengan subjek penelitian yaitu pasien gagal ginjal kronik sebanyak 44 orang yang telah menjalani hemodialisis sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Subjek diperiksa adekuasi hemodialisisnya dengan rumus Kt/V, dan kualitas hidup dengan kuesioner SF-36, dan dianalisa dengan metode chi-square. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan perhitungan statistik dengan uji Kolmogrov-Smirnov nilai p=0,147 (p<= 0,050), yang berarti tidak terdapat hubungan antara adekuasi hemodialisis dan kualitas hidup pasien RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin. Forecasting is very important for companies so that production readiness can be prepared thoroughly, such as readiness of manpower, production capacity, material requirements, etc. In forecasting there are various methods that can be used. However, in this research we will only use two methods, namely the moving average method and the naïve method. The aim of this research is to compare the two methods in order to obtain the method that is closest to accurate. For the simulation stage, we use sales data for Zenix hybrid cars in whole sales or from factory to dealer in the period June 2023 to May 2024. Based on the results of our research with the data we present, it is known that the moving average method has a smaller error value with The Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) error value is 588, the Mean Square Error (MSE) is 671.431, and the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) is 0.321374.

ABSTRAKBerdasarkan laporan bulanan data kesakitan bulan November 2022 terkait kondisi psikologis dan kesehatan mental wargabinaan di Lembaga Permasyarakatan Narkotika Klas IIA Karang Intan Martapura, Kalimantan Selatan, terdapat beberapa permasalahan psikologis, seperti loneliness, rendahnya harapan hidup, homesick, rendahnya intensitas komunikasi dan sosial antar wargabinaan, tingginya rasa curiga dan kecemasan individu terhadap wargabinaan lainnya, dan dampak halusinasi pada panca indera (neurologis) yang masih ada di wargabinaan tersebut. Tujuan dari program ini adalah agar wargabinaan mampu membentuk keharmonisan, meningkatkan hubungan sosial, dan menurunkan potensi hilangnya harapan hidup para wargabinaan. Metode kegiatan dengan Forum Group Discusssion (FGD) dan penyuluhan kesehatan mental yang dilaksanakan dengan 3 tahapan, yaitu persiapan,pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 25 orang wargabinaan. Program yang dilaksanakan terdiri dari FGD, edukasi terkait resiliensi, penerimaan diri dan motivasi diri untuk wargabinaan, sehingga wargabinaan menjadi lebih sejahtera, productif dan memiliki sikap yang positif. Selain itu, games akan dilaksanakan untuk mengurang stress dan melatih komunikasi dan teamwork antar sesama wargabinaan. Berdasarkan hasil pre-post test dari 25 responden dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat peningkatan sebesar 80% pada peserta, yang menunjukkan bahwa pemberian edukasi yang dilakukan oleh psikolog mampu menambah pengetahuan serta kemampuan wargabinaan dalam menerima diri dan memberi makna pada kehidupan mereka. Kata kunci: wargabinaan; kecemasan; psikologis; kesehatan mental. ABSTRACTBased on the monthly report of pain data for November 2022 regarding the psychological condition and mental health of inmates at the Class IIA Narcotics Correctional Institution Karang Intan Martapura, South Kalimantan, there are several psychological problems, such as loneliness, low life expectancy, homesickness, low communication and social intensity between inmates, the high level of individual suspicion and anxiety towards other inmates, and the impact of hallucinations on the five senses (neurological) that still exist in these inmates. The aim of this program is for the inmates to be able to form harmony, improve social relations, and reduce the potential for loss of life expectancy for the inmates. The activity method is Forum Group Discussion (FGD) and mental health education which is carried out in 3 stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. This activity was attended by 25 inmates. The program implemented consists of FGDs, education related to resilience, self-acceptance and self-motivation for inmates, so that inmates become more prosperous, productive and have a positive attitude. Apart from that, games will be held to reduce stress and train communication and teamwork between fellow inmates. Based on the pre-post test results from 25 respondents, it can be seen that there was an increase of 76% in participants, which shows that the education provided by psychologists was able to increase the knowledge and ability of the inmates to accept themselves and give meaning to their lives.
