Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan analisis yang bertujuan untuk melihat kesesuaian antara karakter super hero (Iron Man, Spiderman, Thor, Captain America) yang dipilih oleh Frisian Flag Indonesia sebagai lisensi produk Milky, Fruity dan Mut mut terhadap informasi yang diberikan pada kemasan. Selain itu, juga mengeksplorasi minat anak-anak untuk memilih karakter. Itu adalah penelitian multi metode. Ini melibatkan penelitian desktop dan survei yang memungkinkan responden untuk menunjukkan persepsi mereka. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Iron Man yang dianggap karakternya sangat tepat, tercermin dari hasil survei dan perbandingan terhadap nutrisi. Dengan demikian, dari penelitian ini, merupakan saran bagi Frisian Flag untuk memfokuskan karakter Iron Man sebagai salah satu langkah untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan minat beli konsumen.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan elemen dasar untuk memperoleh tenaga kerja yang terampil. Munculnya gelombang pertumbuhan teknologi yang tidak dapat dibendung memunculkan kebutuhan aakan tenaga kerja yang kompeten dan kompetitif. Sekolah vokasi dan politeknik merupakan solusinya. Semenjak kampanye sekolah vokasi berhasil, lebih banyak siswa yang tertarik pada politeknik. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi kepuasan akademik mahasiswa, konsep diri vokasionalnya, dan efikasi diri akademik. Lebih lanjut adalah hubungan antara tiap-tiap variabel ini. Pada riset ini, data diperoleh dari 150 mahasiswa yang mengisi kuesioner secara mandiri (self-reported assessment). Data dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan metode one-way ANOVA, Pearsons product moment correlation, dan analisis regresi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa menunjukkan kepuasan akademis pada layanan mahasiswa, layanan akademis, dan iklim kampus. Mereka juga menunjukkan level tinggi untuk konsep diri vokasional dan efikasi diri akademis. Kepuasan mahasiswa ini secara signifikan mampu memprediksi konsep diri vokasional dan efikasi diri akademis, dimana kedua hal ini merupakan prediktor utama pada kesuksesan akademik mahasiswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk memberikan buki empiris pengaruh pajak dan tunneling incentive terhadap tindakan transfer pricing pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia. Obyek penelitian yang digunakan adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia periode 2013, 2014, dan 2015, sampel yang digunakan ditentukan dengan menggunakan kriteria tertentu, dengan sampel 37 perusahaan dan total sampel 111 perusahaan. Dengan menggunakan analisis regresi logistik/binary didapatkan hasil pajak, dan tunneling incentive berpengaruh positif terhadap tindakan transfer pricing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ROA, dan ROE terhadap harga saham perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI, sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, pengujian penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linier, hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ROA dan ROE berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap harga saham.

Abstract

This research is an analysis that aimed to see the suitability between super hero character (Iron Man, Spiderman, Thor, Captain America) chosen by Frisian Flag Indonesia as a license on Milky, Fruity and Mut mut products toward information allotted in the packaging. Besides, it also explored the interest of kids to the character. It was multi method research. It involved desktop-research and survey which enabled respondents to bring out their perception. The results of this study was Iron Man considered to be a very appropriate character, reflected from the  survey and comparison toward the nutrition. Thus, from this research, it is a suggestion for Frisian Flag to focus Iron Man character as one of the steps to increase sales and consumer buying interest.

Abstract

Education is one of the important sectors in the development of a country. To achieve optimal education goals, effective and efficient education management is needed. However, the increasingly complex challenges in education management demand innovation and information technology as a solution. The purpose of this study is to explain the role of information technology in improving the effectiveness of education management in order to provide solutions and recommendations for the development of education in the future. The focus here is on qualitative analysis. Listening to and recording pertinent information was an integral part of data collection, which was followed by data reduction, data display, and inference. This study found that information technology plays an important role in improving the effectiveness of education management. In today's digital era, the use of information technology can help education management to obtain accurate, fast and easily accessible information, as well as facilitate distance learning and increase the accessibility and flexibility of learning. So, for various parties involved in education, it is necessary to improve digital literacy, including learners, educators, and education management.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of organizational culture, emotional intelligence, and organizational learning on employee competence in the government of Gorontalo City. Data were collected from a sample of 134 government employees, and hypothesis testing was conducted to analyze the significance of the variables. The results indicated that all three factors, namely organizational culture, emotional intelligence, and organizational learning, significantly and positively influenced employee competence. The findings highlighted the importance of fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture that motivates employees to enhance their competence. Emotional intelligence emerged as a crucial factor in self-motivation, resilience, and empathy, which contributed to improved competence. Additionally, organizational learning played a significant role in supporting continuous professional growth and the development of job-relevant competencies. The analysis of R-Square revealed that organizational culture, emotional intelligence, and organizational learning explained 73.8% of the variance in employee competence. However, it is important to acknowledge that other unexplored factors may also influence competence. These findings have important implications for the government of Gorontalo City. By prioritizing a positive organizational culture, nurturing emotional intelligence, and promoting organizational learning, the government can enhance employee competence, overall performance, and service delivery to the community. Future research should consider investigating additional factors to gain a more comprehensive understanding of competence in the government context. Implementing interventions and strategies to strengthen organizational culture, enhance emotional intelligence, and support continuous learning can further improve employee competence and contribute to the success of the government of Gorontalo City.

Abstract

This research aims to determine investment decisions based on financial literature, minimum capital and Fear of Missing Out (FOMO). This research uses quantitative research with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to members of the trader group community. Using a purposive sampling technique, the sample taken in this research was 100 investor group members. The data analysis method in this research uses Smart Partial Least Square version 4.0 The results of this research show that Financial Literature has a significant influence on Investment Decisions, Minimum Capital does not significantly influence Investment Decisions and Fear of Missing Out has an influence on Investment Decisions.
