Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) The effect of work motivation and partial compensation to the teacher's performance at Yayasan Makmur Al-Muthma'innah Jambi. (2) Influence of work motivation and simultaneous compensation to the teacher's performance at Yayasan Makmur Al-Muthma'innah Jambi. This research uses methods of descriptive analysis. The Data obtained in this study used the instrument questionnaire with the number of respondents as many as 39 teachers. The data analysis methods used are multiple linear regression. From the results of the analysis can be noted that work motivation and compensation partially affect the performance, with a percentage of work motivation influence on performance by 29, 2% and for the effect of compensation to performance by 46.4%. As for the simultaneous influence of work motivation and compensation has 16.2% against performance. The motivation for work and compensation also has a positive coefficient direction of 89.0% of performance.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are 1) To find out the types of training and HR development carried out at Bank BTPN tbk Jambi Branch Office, 2) To find out the constraints and solutions for HR training and development carried out at Bank BTPN tbk Jambi Branch Office, 3 ) To know the Strategy of Training and Human Resources Development at Bank BTPN tbk Jambi Branch Office. This study took place at Bank BTPN tbk Jambi Branch Office, the data obtained directly from books or other information in the form of interviews and documentation. The data collection method was obtained by direct observation at the Human Resources section at PT. Bank BTPN Jambi Branch Office. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method that is "done by compiling the data that has been collected then making a classification and setting standards and the position of the elements with one another so that they can be analyzed and interpreted". The results obtained from the research that the researchers conducted were employee training and development, which is a method or way to improve the quality of employees so that employee performance can increase. This Training and Development provides motivation, knowledge and improves the ability of good employees.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much motivation and work experience influence on employee productivity, the population in this study is all employees on cv. Citra Proteksindo Jambi City. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test, R². The results of the study show that Motivation and Work experience simultaneously affect employee productivity, and partially motivation has no effect on employee productivity while work experience affects employee productivity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Untuk mengetahui Perkembangan tingkat pendapatan dan tingkat kehadiran pegawai di Dinas Pariwisata Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Muaro Jambi 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh besarnya pendapatan pegawai terhadap tingkat kehadiran pegawai di Dinas Pariwisata Pemuda dan Olahraga kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder berdasarkan kurun waktu. Untuk mendeskriftifkan Besarnya pendapatan pegawai terhadap tingkat kehadiran pegawai di dinas pariwisata pemuda dan olahraga kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) Bagaimana kompetensi dan kinerja auditor internal pada Perwakilan BPKP Provinsi Jambi. 2) Bagaimana pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja auditor internal pada Perwakilan BPKP Provinsi Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 75 orang. Dari hasil analisis deskriptif dapat diketahui bahwa Kompetensi dan Kinerja Auditor internal Perwakilan BPKP provinsi Jambi dikategorikan baik. Pada uji secara parsial Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, dengan persentase pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap kinerja sebesar 7,092%.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution broke through is a non-compulsory. The Entire industry sector in all world should be prepared and join up this revolution. This revolution will lead to the open market competition during globalization era which is suppressing the company by the rapid development of the Industry which includes technological development, economic changes behavior, cultural and society development; and market change trends. The circumstance encouraged the business to advance and evolve with the times. The local government directly controls state-owned enterprises (SOEs). The most important aspect in this revolution is company trust, especially if there is a focus on providing goods or services to the neighborhood. Ensuring the ability of SOEs in this revolution and achieves its obligation, there are several issues should be solved and identified to increase the Company Image, such as; corporate culture issues, organizational structure, employees, intervention from the bureaucracy. The goal of this study was to identify the key elements that would help design procedures for improving corporate images in urban company. The studies were quantitative and used observation, questioning, and interviews as three key sources of data. Data analysis and model building with process determination came next. With a path coefficient of 0.94, the results show that the Customer Satisfaction variable and the Corporate Image variable are positively correlated. Corporate Image increases by 0.94 units or has an impact of 0.94 units on the increase in Corporate Image if Customer Satisfaction increases. The overall impact of service quality on client satisfaction at PDAM Tirta Indragiri is 67.86 percent. Understanding what is desired and expected by the customer to be offered or given by the company is critical to service quality. Quality of service is a company's business that strives to improve the quality of its processes, products, and services. While the Water Supply Company (PDAM) is a local domination that provides urban water, supply has the potential to improve public services in terms of clean water quality. Product quality, such as water clarity, colour, and odour, is the customer satisfaction dimension with the lowest value, in line with the distribution performance issue. Therefore, to improve water quality and distribution, quality control management must be planned, implemented, and carried out systematically and continuously.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Untuk mengetahui gambaran green advertaising dan keputusan pembelian air mineral merek Aqua. 2)Untuk mengetahui pengaruh green advertising terhadap keputusan pembelian air mineral merek Aqua. Untuk mendeskrifsifkan green advertaising dan keputusan pembelian air mineral merek Aqua pada mahasiswa prodi Manajemen Angkatan 2018 UM Jambi, dengan menggunakan anlaisis Deskriptif pada SPSS. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh green advertaising terhadap keputusan pembelian air mineral merek aqua pada mahasiswa prodi Manajemen Angkatan 2018 UM Jambi , Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Pada Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan secara deskriptif bahwa green advertaing dan keputusan pembelian pada merek aqua dinilai berjalan dengan baik dan Green Advertaising berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap keputusan pembelian air mineral merek aqua pada mahasiswa prodi Manajemen Angkatan 2018 UM Jambi.

Abstract

This research is entitled “ Experential Marketing Analysis in the form of Sense, Feel, Think, Act and Relate and their Effects in Visitor Satisfaction at Taman Rimba Zoo in Jambi city”. The objectives of this research are; 1) To find out and analyze the description of sense, feel, think, act, relate and visitor satisfaction at Taman Rimba zoo. 2) to find out and analyze the influence of Sense, Feel, Think, act and Relate on visitor satisfaction at Tamn Rimbo zoo. Based on the research results show that; 1) the results of the descriptive analysis show that sense, feel, think, act, relate and satisfaction are going well and can make a positive contribution to Taman Rimba Zoo in Jambi city. 2) the results of partial hypothesis testing show that the experiential marketing variable consisting of think and act has a positive and significant influence on visitor satisfaction at Taman Rimba Zoo in Jambi city and Simultaneously or together sense, feel, think, act and relate have an effect on visitor satisfaction at Taman Rimba Zoo in Jambi city.
