Abstract

Economic growth has always been one indicator of improving the welfare of the population of a region or country. Regional development as an integral part of national development is essentially an effort to increase the capacity of regional growth so as to run the government well.Local revenue is an important benchmark for determining the level of regon capacity in implementing real autonomy and responsibility. In the local government's efforts to increase revenue can not be separated from efforts to boost economic growth. Areas that positive economic growth can boost local revenue. This study aimed to analyze the influence of economic growth on local revenue in Jambi Province. Analyses were performed with a simple regression model. While the data used is the time series data for the period 2004 - 2013. The results of the analysis concludes that economic growth is significant and positive effect on local revenue in the province of Jambi.Keywords : Autonomy, Economic Growth, Local Revenue

Abstract

This study took place in Teluk Lake Jambi City, with the aim of: (1) knowing the condition of the cage fish farming business based on the number and area of cages owned, the workforce used, business capital, as well as production results and income, (2) Analyzing the level of family welfare as measured by the income level of fish farmers. Cages, and (3) to analyze the effect of working capital, labor, cage area and production on the welfare of the family of caged fish farming business. This research is a survey research on a sample of 50 respondents of caged fish cultivators in Teluk Lake, Jambi City. Data analysis used multiple regression, and the hypothesis was tested by F test and t test. The results showed that most of the cage fish farmers used their own capital, employed around 1-2 people, the average cage area was 74.74 m2 per farmer, and the production that could be produced reached 2.08 tons per harvest. The income received by farmers has exceeded the Jambi City Minimum Wage. The results of hypothesis testing prove that capital, labor, cage area, and production affect the welfare of family cage fish farming in Teluk Lake, Jambi City. Given that it is important to develop cage fish cultivation in order to improve family welfare, a government policy is needed to provide capital assistance and foster cage fish farming businesses in Teluk Lake, Jambi City.

Abstract

This research aim to to know how influence of earnings of perkapita society to motorbike request in town Jambi, To know how influence sum up the resident to motorbike request in town Jambi, To know how price influence to motorbike request in town JambiData used is data sekunder with the type of data of time series 10 year from year 2000-2009. Data steming from BPS ( Statistical Center Body), library, and other source like journal and previous research pickings with the Earnings of perkapita society, growth of resident and price as variable independent influencing request to motorbike as variable dependent.Result of this examination prove that Earnings of perkapita society have an effect on positive but not signifikan to level of amount of request of motorbike of brand, Resident Growth have an effect on positive and signifikan to level of amount of request of motorbike in Town Jambi, Price have an effect on the negativity and signifikan to level of amount of request of motorbike in Town Jambi

Abstract

Jambi province is a province in Indonesia are quite rich in natural resources, good earth is a result of oil and gas, a new stone, gold and others, as well as the results of the plantation of oil palm, rubber, pineapple, coconut, tea and other sectors. However, the problem of whether natural wealth belonging to the seoptimal might have can be utilized so as to support economic growth in the province of Jambi.This research goal seeking to know the picture of economical progress based on economic growth and income per person on each of the regency / a city in Jambi. An object research is that the entire district / a city in jambi by using data skunder of domestik regional products gross ( PDRB ) and the inhabitants of the district/a city in Jambi 2000-2010. The approach used is descriptive heading for : analysis of economic growth, and analysis klassen typology .This research result explained that economic growth jambi during periods of 2000-2010 continued to increase, with average grew by 6,21 percent. based on analysis of klassen typology, the experiencing self rapidly progressing and fast growing is district Tanjung Jabung Barat. The forward but depressed is district Tanjung Jabung Timur and city Jambi, includes the cities of the full. Classifications developing areas fast was district Sarolangun and Bungo. the region economic growth is relatively lagging Batanghari district , Muaro Jambi, Merangin, Kerinci, and Tebo.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) Effect of Regional Tax and Local Retribution on Capital Expenditure in Jambi City. (2), Effect of Regional Tax on Capital Expenditure in Jambi City. (3) Effect of Regional Retribution on Capital Expenditure in Jambi City.The object of research was conducted in Jambi City, with observation during the period 2003 - 2017. Data analysis used multiple linear regression, with data processing tool through SPSS 20 software. The result of the research shows that: (1) Regional Tax and Regional Retribution have significant effect to Capital Expenditure, it means that the increasing of Regional Tax and Regional Retribution will increase the allocation of capital expenditure. (2) Regional Tax has significant effect to capital expenditure, meaning that with increasing of local tax revenue, it will increase capital expenditure (3) Levy does not have significant effect to capital expenditure, it means that the increase of local retribution revenue has not been able to increase the allocation of capital expenditure.

Abstract

Wage is one of the leading indicators to assess needed for decent living from labor who works in a company. The importance of providing wages to labor in accordance with his handiwork as well as the magnitude of the needs is a thing that must be considered by a businessman. This research is based on the phenomenon, whereby the granting of wage is for workers rights/labour in return to work, on the other hand employers saw the wage is cost. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the variables of economic growth and inflation against the minimum wage province of Jambi. The Data used in this study is secondary data during the year 2000-2013 sourced from BPS, Disnakertransos, Bappeda of Jambi province. Model analysis used is the regression equation is linear of multiple, being to the testing of hypotheses used test f and test t. The results were obtained regression coefficient of 2,538 variable economic growth. This means that if there is an increase in the economic growth of 1%, the provincial minimum wage will result in an increase of 2,538%. The while variable inflation of – 0,202. This means that if there is an increase in the inflation of 1% will result in the value of the minimum wage declined by 0,202%. The value of f count 6,054 > f table 3,98, and a significant degree 0,017 < alpha 0,05%. It means the independent variable (economic growth and inflation) influential positive and significantly affect the minimum wage jambi. Based on partial test (t test), variable economic growth and a significant positive effect on the Jambi provincial minimum wage, inflation variable is not significant and is worth a negative coefficient. This fact, indicate inflation can reduce the value of the money received by workers. Because even though the nominal value of the provincial minimum wage will increase but the value of the goods the purchasing power of workers will decrease, consequently the needs of everyday working life are not met.Keywords: economic growth, inflation, the provincial minimum wage

Abstract

Student satisfaction is the result (outcome) over its perceived merit, equal or exceed desired expectations. Services at the University of Batanghari ideally more polite, fast and accurate. This means that the service orientation at the University of Batanghari must be based on student needs.The study was conducted to determine the level of student satisfaction with quality of services at the University of Batanghari (UNBARI), look for the determinants of satisfaction and are the dominant factors of service quality and seek UNBARI indicators making up the dominant factor. Data obtained by randomly distributing questionnaires to students 100 students are active in the sample.Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and factor analysis to obtain a description of the factors that affect student satisfaction on the quality of services provided UNBARI. The results showed that there were 3 deminsi quality of service that is Reliability, Confidence, Emphaty, has been able to satisfy students. While deminsi Responsiveness and Tangibles, are still inadequate or unsatisfactory student because the score is categorized quite satisfied. In general, students were satisfied with the services provided by UNBARI.Keywords: Satisfaction, Quality of Service, Educational Services

Abstract

Theoretically outlined, Employee Performance can be influenced by several variables including Leadership Style, Placement, and Work Motivation. Therefore, the performance of employees at the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province can also be attributed to these three variables, this is what inspired the authors to conduct the research. Research objectives: 1. To find out the description of leadership style, placement,, motivation, and performance of Employees in the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province, 2. To know the direct and indirect influence of leadership style and placement on the work motivation of employees in the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province, 3. To know the direct and indirect influence of leadership style and placement on the performance of Employees in the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province, 4. To know the influence of leadership style and placement through work motivation on Kinerja Employees in The General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province. This research that became the object of the research was employees of the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province with a population of 130 people who were used as a research sample. Analysis techniques using Path Analysis tool using SPSS 22 software. The results showed that: 1. Leadership style, placement, motivation and employee performance are in good condition, 2. Leadership and placement styles directly and indirectly affect employee motivation, 3. Leadership and placement styles directly and indirectly affect employee performance, 4. Leadership and placement styles through motivation directly and indirectly affect performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to obtain an overview of the assessment of work performance, compensation, work motivation and employee performance at PT. BCA Tbk KCU Jambi; and to know the effect of work performance assessment and compensation directly and indirectly on employee motivation and performance; and to know the influence of motivation on performance. The population in this study was employees at PT. Bca. Tbk KCU Jambi with a total of 125 employees. The size or number of samples in this study was determined based on the theory developed by Slovin with a value of e = 10%, so that 56 samples were obtained. Analysis techniques use path analysis to see direct and indirect influence, and continued by testing R Square and hypothesis testing partially and simultaneously with t test and F test. Where based on the results of t test (partial) and test F (Simultaneous) shows that the assessment of work performance and compensation has a significant and positive influence on motivation and performance, as well as motivation also has a significant and positive influence on performance. This explains that if the assessment of work performance and compensation can be carried out properly, it will have a positive influence in improving the motivation of work that has implications for improving employee performance at PT. BCA Tbk KCU Jambi. Based on some of the conclusions obtained, the suggestions that can be given in this study include the future expected leadership of PT. Bank Central Asia. Tbk Jambi Main Branch Office can carry out performance assessments carried out objectively. In addition, this research needs to be followed up again to see what factors can affect employee performance comprehensively, in order to answer other factors (epsilon) that affect employee performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted on members of the National Police in the Tanjung Jabung Barat Resort Police, which can be seen from the ability of human resources or officers who are able to complete work related to all activities in the organization and public services, including all activities that exist in the ranks of members of the National Police in the resort police (Polres) Tanjung Jabung Barat. This study uses descriptive and verificative analysis method, descriptive analysis used to describe respondent characteristics and research variables without conducting testing. The verificative analysis is used to determine the magnitude of the influence between independent variables on dependent variables. This study uses census method that is all members of the National Police in the resort police (Polres) Tanjung Jabung Barat, in addition to the data used in this study is the primary data obtained from the results of questionnaires provided and have been filled by each member of the Police in the resort police (Polres) Tanjung Jabung Barat. The data analysis technique used is path analysis, with the help of SPSS software program version 22.0. The results of this study show that the free variables of performance-based budgets and infrastructures positively and significantly affect motivation and have a positive impact on the performance of members of the National Police in the resort police (Polres) Tanjung Jabung Barat, this proves that with the increasing budget-based performance and infrastructure of members of the National Police in the resort police (Polres) Tanjung Jabung Barat, it will also increase the motivation of members that will have an impact on improving the performance of police members in the resort police (Polres) Tanjung Jabung Barat.
