Abstract

The discussion on the feminism approach to interprete Alqur’an and Bible attempts to discover verses that state about gender meanstream. Basically, the verses on gender mention that there are difference between man and woman biologically. This difference aims to make man and woman is able to complete each other so that they are able to live together peacefull and, lovely. However, dignity value between man and woman is the same. The distinction among human beings is seen from the quality of their obedience but it can not be viewed from their gender. Thus, religion rejects all type of gender descriminations.

Abstract

The goal of the is basically to protect all human beings.  However, its realization is disturbed by various interests.  This is so because of the difference philosophical life each states embraces. Dealing with multi interpretation about woman as individual creature, how does the Qur’an regard the woman in the perspective of human rights?  This paper tries to reconstruct the common and bias interpretation so that human being gradually put the woman in portion.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Penelitian ini untuk mengambarkan perencanaan pendekatan rasional dalam pembelajaran Alquran Hadis, pelaksanaan pendekatan rasional dalam pembelajaran Alquran Hadis, dan hasil pelaksanaan pendekatan rasional dalam pembelajaran Alquran Hadis kelas VIII di MTsN Lembah Gumanti. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (Field Research) dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data digunakan dengan observasi yang diajukan kepada peserta didik dan pendidik, dokumentasi yang diajukan kepada peserta didik dan pendidik, serta wawancara yang diajukan kepada pendidik yang mengajar bidang studi Alquran Hadis dan para peserta didik. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa peserta didik sudah banyak mengalami perkembangan salah satunya dalam hal pola berfikirnya disana terlihat peserta didik tidak hanya menerima materi pelajaran akan tetapi peserta sudah berani dalam memberikan tanggapan jawaban maupun pertanyaan terhadap materi yang telah diajarkan. sehingga pembelajaran tidak terlihat monoton terhadap pendidik saja tetapi juga direspon oleh peserta didik salah satunya dalam mengeluarkan pendapat didalam kelas. Jadi didalam pembelajaran Alquran Hadis pendekatan rasional sangat efektif dilaksanakan dengan cara diselingi dari beberapa metode yang dapat mendukung proses pembelajaran didalam kelas.

Abstract

UU No. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantee (JPH) is implemented mandatively starting in October 2019 of all products circulating in Indonesia, including food. Therefore, every business actor in the industry, restaurants, cafeterias or canteens must prepare themselves to carry out halal certification of the products being sold. This study aims to determine the readiness of the canteen at PTAIN West Sumatra towards a halal certified canteen. Canteen readiness can be seen from the canteen manager's knowledge of PTAIN regarding the JPH Law, the understanding of canteen managers at PTAIN on the halal guarantee system criteria, and the canteen manager's behavior at PTAIN towards Halal Critical Control Points. This type of research is field research using a combination of research (Mixed Method) using the Concurrent Triangulation Strategy model. The results showed that the average canteen manager's knowledge of the JPH Law was good, an understanding of good halal product guarantees, and good HCCP behavior. The level of canteen readiness to halal certified canteen at Imam Bonjol Padang UIN is 68.56%, the canteen at IAIN Batusangkar 73.76%, and the canteen at IAIN Bukittinggi 73.21%. It can be concluded that the readiness of the canteen at PTAIN West Sumatra towards the halal certified canteen is in the good category,and ready to go to the halal certified canteen
