Abstract

AbstrakTracer Study adalah penelitian yang menghimpun informasi tentang sebaran para alumni dan berbagai masukan yang dapat membantu pengembangan kurikulum dan proses pembelajaran di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Andalas (FK Unand).Penelitian tracer study di FK Unand 2008 menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitik. Respondennya adalah alumni FK Unand yang dipilih secara purposive random sampling, yaitu berdasarkan keikutsertaan kegia-tan ilmiah dan kegiatan lainnya di FK Unand tahun 2008.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase responden yang puas dan tidak puas terhadap pelayanan akademik sebanyak 55,5% dan 45,5% dari 124 responden. 61,9% responden merasa puas terhadap pendidikan preklinik dan 50,4% merasa puas terhadap pendidikan klinik. Untuk penilaian kompetensi berdasarkan persepsi responden menunjukkan 66,7% merasa kompeten saat menyelesaikan pendidikan. Uji bivariant menunjukkan hubungan bermakna antara kepuasan terhadap pendidikan preklinik dan klinik, tahun masuk dan jenis kelamin terhadap kompetensi (p<0.05).Kesimpulan adalah sebagian besar responden merasa puas terhadap pelayanan akademik dan pendidikan preklinik. Persentase ketidakpuasan terhadap pen-didikan klinik hanya sedikit lebih tinggi dari pada yang puas. Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara kepuasan terhadap pendidikan preklinik, klinik, tahun masuk, dan gender terhadap persepsi responden terhadap kompetensi mereka.Kata kunci :tracer study, alumni, tahun masuk, pre klinik, klinik, kompetensiAbstractTracer Study is a research that gather information about the distribution of the alumni and the various inputs that may help the development of curriculum and learning process in the Faculty of medicine Andalas University (FK Unand) Tracer studies FK Unand 2008 using a quantitative approach with a descriptiveARTIKEL PENELITIAN168analytical method. Respondents are FK Unand’s graduates that selected by purposively random sampling, who followed FK Unand’s scientific activities and other during 2008.The results show the percentage of respondents who are satisfied and not satisfied with the academic services as much as 55.5% and 45.5% of 124 respondents. 61.9% of respondents were satisfied with preclinical education and 50.4% were satisfied with educational clinics. For the respondents' perceptions of their competence indicated the majority (66.7%) felt competent at completing education. Bivariant test showed a significant relationship between satisfaction in preclinical and clinical stage, years in and to their competency (p<0.05).The conclusion are most respondents were satisfied with the academic services and preclinical stage. The percentage of dissatisfaction with clinic stage just slightly higher than who satisfied. There is a significant association between satisfaction with preclinical and clinical stage, year in, and gender to respondent's perception of their competence.Key word : tracer study, alumni, year-in, pre-clinical, clinical, competence

Abstract

Abstract - So far, the delivery of teaching and learning activities still uses conventional methods or face to face (lectures). With this method effective and efficient goals are not achieved so that it requires interactive multimedia-based learning media. Computer as one of the ICT products is considered appropriate to be used as a tool in learning, various kinds of learning approaches are packaged in the form of computer-based learning programs or Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI). With the development of ICT in this learning, so that the expository method is felt to be inadequate. The purpose of this study is to produce learning media characteristic of living things for third grade students of SD Negeri 01 Seluma. The benefits of this learning media is to be a solution to the learning process that is effective, interesting and more fun and facilitates student learning.Keywords: Learning Media, Interactive Abstrak - Selama ini dalam penyampaiana kegiatan belajar mengajar masih menggunakan metode konvensional atau tatap muka (ceramah). Dengan metode tersebut tidak tercapai tujuan yang efektid dan efisien sehingga dibutuhkan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif. Komputer sebagai salah satu produk TIK dinilai tepat digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam pembelajaran, berbagai macam pendekatan pembelajaran yang dikemas dalam bentuk program pembelajaran berbentuk komputer atau Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI). Dengan berkembangnya TIK dalam pembelajaran ini, sehingga dengan metode ekspositori dirasakan belum memadai.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran ciri- ciri mahluk hidup untuk siswa kelas III SD Negeri 01 Seluma. Manfaat media pembelajaran ini adalah menjadi solusi proses pembelajaran yang efektif, menarik dan lebih menyenangkan serta memudahkan proses belajar siswa. Kata Kunci : Media Pembelajaran, Interaktif

Abstract

Mediation (peace) in Islamic law is referred to as islah, in etimology it is court verdict. Meanwhile, in terminology, it is a covenant with a view to end the case between two litigant parties. Stellingsrecht sees peace (islah) substantially same as what is implemented by Islamic law. Reconciliation in civil lawsuit is usually ascertained in Religious Court and District Court. Procedures for mediation in the courts are established with several phases started from the preparation to formulating agreement point - solely it succed, hence the importance of mediation as an alternative dispute resolution process, supporting regulations are required in order to make mediation institutions be able becoming one of the steps for settling disputes.

Abstract

The type of supervision that will be discussed in this paper is thesupervision conducted by the judiciary. Indonesia has two judicialinstitutions that carry out judicial functions. First, namely theConstitutional Court, performs a supervisory function on theperformance of the government apparatus in the form of judicialreview of the law against the constitution; Secondly, namely theSupreme Court, performs a supervisory function on the performance ofthe government apparatus in the form of judicial product testing whichis hierarchically under the law against the law. In addition, theSupreme Court with a state administrative court structurally under ithas the authority to exercise control over decisions or beschikkingissued by the state apparatus.
