Abstract

This study aims to find out a description of the implementation of art and culture learning in visual arts based on a scientific approach with a slide presentation of the applied painting method of pointillism techniques at SMP KARTIKA Xii-1 Mertoyudan, Magelang Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. This is an art and culture teacher at SMP KARTIKA Xii-1 Mertoyudan, Magelang Regency. The data collection technique used observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The research instruments used were observation guidelines and interview guidelines. The data analysis technique used is an analytical technique which includes data reduction, data presentation, as well as drawing conclusions and verification. Testing the validity of the data is carried out through credibility testing with triangulation of techniques and sources. The results of student achievement are still found by students who have not reached the KKM. Based on these conditions, the researcher intends to conduct research in the form of Classroom Action Research with the material Efforts to Improve Learning Achievement of Cultural Arts Materials for Applied Painting Using Pointillism Techniques for Class IX A SMP KARTIKA Xii-1 Mertoyudan, Kab. Magelang. The number of students in Class IX A is 25 students. From the results of the implementation of 3 cycles in ptk using the pointillism technique, it is able to increase student achievement by about 56% from the initial conditions of the study. from the initial conditions to the first cycle of 36% (10 students), the first cycle to the second cycle of 20% (14 students), while from the initial condition before the action to cycle II and cycle III of 56% (25 students). The learning outcomes in cycle 2 are: there are no students who score less than the KKM, and 25 children (100%) get a score equal to / exceed the KKM. Cycle 3 (100%).

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) How to plan, (2) How to implement and (3) How to evaluate strategic management in improving the quality of schools at SD Alkautsar Temanggung. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, data collected through the methods of observation, interviews, documentation, triangulation, and analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. This study aims to determine the process of planning, implementing, and evaluating strategic management in improving the quality of schools at SD Alkautsar Temanggung. In the study of strategic management in improving the quality of schools at SD Alkautsar Temanggung, it shows that: (1) strategic planning includes four activities, namely formulating the vision, mission, objectives, identify internal and external factors, determine superior strategies, and long-term planning. short, medium and long. From the results above, it can be concluded that the total employment of Short Term Program Indicators is 95%, Medium Term Program is 96.6%, and Long Term Program is 90%. (2) the implementation of strategic management at SD Alkautsar Temanggung includes policy determination, motivation of educators and education staff, allocation of human resources, and development of school culture. (3) Evaluation of strategic management includes monitoring of all planning and implementation results, measuring school performance and taking corrective steps

Abstract

Reorientasi Pendidikan dengan mengembalikan ke garis pendidikan Ki Hajar Dewantara yang dikembangkan secara konstekstual dan lebih maju bukan sekedar menyiapkan peserta didik sebagai sekrup industrialisasi ekonomi tetapi merupakan prosen belajar seutuhmya. Tujuan pendidikan islam secara efektif dan efisien diletakkan atas 4 sandaran yaitu sandar teologis, rasional, empiris, dan teoretis. Metode Penelitian ini berupa data kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan library research (studi kepustakaan). Hasil dan pembahasan menerangkan fungsi manajemen atau tugas kepemimpinan dalam pelaksanaannya meliputi: Perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan dan pengawasan. Metodologi pendidikan Islam adalah sebagai berikut 1) Menolong, 2) Berpikir sehat, rajin, sabar, dan teliti, 3) Pembelajaran secara efektif dan efisien. 4) Belajar mengajar yang kondusif dan komunikatif.

Abstract

Akutansi merupakan bagian dari dunia usaha yang mempunyai kedudukan sangat strategis dalam mewujudkan pembangunan. Sistem pelaporan pada usaha menjadi sorotan atas kesesuaiannya sistem akuntansi yang berlaku. Penerapan akuntansi pada usaha tetap harus mengacu pada konsep dasar akuntansi. Namun faktanya dilapangan ditemukan banyaknya usaha yang belum menerapkan konsep akuntansi secara mendasar. Metode Penelitian ini berupa data kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan library research (studi kepustakaan). Hasil penelitan ini memberikan gambaran terkait penerapan akuntansi pada usaha kecil dalam membuat laporan keuangan yang baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimasudkan untuk membahas tentang formulasi pendidikan Islam di era digital dan outcome yang hendak dicapai dari pendidikan Islam tersebut. Dengan munculnya era digital, pelajar pada umumnya sebagai Generasi Digital Natives adalah generasi yang lahir dimana teknologi sudah berada di lingkungannya (dimulai tahun 1990). Sedangkan generasi Digital Immigrants adalah generasi yang lahir sebelum 1990. Format Pendidikan Islam harus dirancang sesuai dengan gaya hidup peserta didik era milineal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research untuk mengeksplorasi pendapat dan pemikiran terdahulu untuk merumuskan pemikiran baru sebagai respon terhadap hambatan dan harapan di era digital. Sesuatu yang perlu dikembangkan dalam pendidikan Islam yaitu digitalisasi materi yang diajarkan untuk mendorang generasi muslim mencapai ke-hasanah-an hidup di dunia dan akhirat.

Abstract

Pada saat ini seluruh negara yang berada dipenjuru dunia sedang ditimpa musibah besar yang disebabkan oleh virus Covid-19. Hakikat tujuan pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam untuk menjadi manusia muslim yang beriman dan bertaqwa Allah SWT serta berakhlak mulia dalam kehidupan pribadi, bermasyarakat, berbangsa dan bernegara. Tujuan dari penelitian mengidentifikasi problematika pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar secara daring saat pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan dan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian dengan cara wawancara dan observasi. Sedangkan analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data kualitatif yang disajikan tanpa perhitungan angka.

Abstract

Abstract— This study aims to describe the management of Islamic education institutions to improve the quality of Islamic boarding schools. This research phase consisted of a number of activities, namely (1) examining the units of analysis, (2) mapping the management models of Islamic educational institutions, and (3) analyzing the management model of Islamic education to improve the quality of education in the research object. The Islamic boarding school chosen as the research location is the Pabelan Islamic Boarding School, Magelang. Pabelan Islamic Boarding School is a boarding school that has proven its existence and has graduated many alumni who are widely active in Indonesia. To facilitate this research, researchers used the theory of quality management of Islamic educational institutions which is based on four quality indicators, namely (1) the quality of graduates, (2) the quality of the learning process, (3) the quality of school services and (4) the quality of the school environment. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive method. The research subjects were leaders, senior teachers and students. The research subjects were the analysis of the quality management of the Kulliyatul Mu'allim Al-Islamiyah Pabelan Islamic Boarding School and confirmation of the correctness of the material through source triangulation and method triangulation. The results of the analysis are expected to be able to formulate quality management for Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia. This study will analyze strategies to improve the quality of education, the factors that support and inhibit the process of improving the quality of education, and the efforts made by the Pabelan Islamic Boarding School in improving the quality of education
