<![CDATA[Background. Learning media has a very important role in supporting the acceptance of information conveyed by the teacher to students. Through the media, information will be more easily accepted by students because it looks attractive so that students can focus more on understanding the material. However, based on initial observations in the field, many teachers have not utilized the latest digital media such as Powtoon. Purpose. The media that are commonly used are still in the form of Powerpoint (Ppt) and Student Worksheets. Method. This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to provide training and assistance in making Powtoon-based animated video learning media for Mathematics academics in Mataram City. This activity was carried out online and was attended by 50 participants who were Mathematics practitioners in the City of Mataram. Results. The result of this community service activity is a Powtoon-based animated video learning media made by each participant. This learning media created is the result of mentoring PKM activities and is the output of these activities. In addition, there was a positive response from the trainees of 91.04% regarding mastery of the material, the technique of delivering the material, suitability of the material and the needs of the trainees, and the completeness and ease of operation of the Powtoon program. Conclusion. Thus, this PKM activity significantly improves the quality of learning mathematics in the classroom. Through this training and mentoring, trainees as Mathematics practitioners in the City of Mataram can produce Powtoon-based animated video learning media that suit students' needs.]]>

Problems in handling cases of criminal acts of narcotics abuse, namely the emergence of criminal disparities in terms of sentencing, such as in cases of criminal acts of narcotics abuse in Decision Number: 302/Pid.Sus/2022/PN. Tjk and Decision Number 217/Pid.Sus/2022/PN.Kla. Purpose. What are the factors that cause differences in judges' legal considerations in imposing decisions on rehabilitation of perpetrators of narcotics abuse based on Decision Number: 302/Pid.Sus/2022/PN. Tjk and Decision Number 217/Pid.Sus/2022/PN.Kla. What are the legal considerations of judges in making decisions on rehabilitation of perpetrators of narcotics abuse based on Decision Number: 302/Pid.Sus/2022/PN. Tjk and Decision Number 217/Pid.Sus/2022/PN.Kla. Method. The research was carried out using a normative juridical approach and an empirical approach. The data used in this study were secondary data obtained from library materials, and field research was carried out by observation and interviews (interviews). The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively and juridically and deductively concluded. Results. the factors that cause differences in judges' considerations in imposing decisions are sourced from the legal system and sentencing philosophy, sourced from judges, and sourced from defendants. The occurrence of disparity is also due to the factor that the Panel of Supreme Court Justices has different legal considerations and the principle of judging themselves so that there is a different application of Articles from Court Decisions of first level and appellate level.: 302/Pid.Sus/2022/PN. Tjk and Decision Number 217/Pid.Sus/2022/PN.Kla. Conclusion. Suggestions in this study are that the Panel of Judges in cases of criminal acts of narcotics abuse should minimize criminal disparities to prevent the development of a negative perspective of society towards the criminal system in judicial institutions.]]>

<![CDATA[Background. Manggarai Station is a large type A train station which is the busiest station. Manggarai Station is under construction and is divided into several stages. As a result of the change in the transit route, it causes passenger discomfort, which is poured on social media. Purpose. This study aims to evaluate the station's performance on changes in the transit route for train travel via the Manggarai station for passengers by the provisions of the applicable regulations. Method. The method used in this research is an empirical legal research study, which is a type of research study that seeks data directly from the field or looks at law in a real sense and studies how the law works in society.33 of 2011 Types, Classes, and Activities at Railway Stations and PM No 63 of 2019 concerning Minimum Service Standards for the Transport of People by Train. Results. The results obtained based on previous research with Importance Performance Analysis still show passenger dissatisfaction, and according to laws and regulations, the public as users of transportation services have the right to submit input related to rail transportation so that PT KCI can provide minimum service standards at stations consisting of security and safety, accurate information, ticket sales services, good condition of station facilities, accessibility, assistance and complaint services. Conclusion. In Ministerial Regulation No. 63 of 2019 concerning Minimum Service Standards for the Transport of People by Train, PT KCI is responsible for KRL passengers at the Manggarai train station and while traveling on the train. This research only discusses the responsibility of PT KCI in providing minimum service standards at manggarai station.]]>

<![CDATA[Unemployment is a macroeconomic problem that affects humans directly and is the most serious problem. Unemployment can have a negative impact, both on yourself, your family, and the surrounding environment. Islam has warned its people not to let anyone become unemployed so they don't fall into poverty, for fear that poverty can lead people to do anything, including harm. This study aims to analyze the unemployment crisis and its relationship with the dignity and welfare of the people. This research is a library research in which the data sources are obtained from document materials and library materials as well as other supporting documents. This study obtained the result that maintaining dignity in Islam is an important value. There are many factors that can cause a person to experience unemployment, such as economic conditions, changes in the job market, and a lack of adequate job opportunities. In order to maintain the dignity and welfare of the people by not becoming unemployed, there are several ways or efforts.]]>

<![CDATA[Manku Tosok Private Primary School is categorized as one of the schools in the frontier, remote and disadvantaged areas based on the narrative of various research subjects. As consequences, researchers witnessed the diversity of challenges and opportunities during the learning process, both during the Covid-19 pandemic and post-Covid-19. Based on those situations, researchers unraveled how the inherent problems of implementing the K13 curriculum and its impulses today (post Covid-19), Central Kalimantan based on various narratives presented by teachers and school principals. The qualitative method involved collecting data through in-depth interviews with three interviewees to express their arguments or experiences as teachers while encountering various situations in rural areas. The interview audio recordings were transcribed into verbatim transcripts, solidified into factual solids, and the researchers created themes to narrow down issues discussed during the research discussion section. Based on the findings showed that teachers and principals were willing to provide solutions to students by visiting them one by one, although eventually, due to the limitations of teachers and time, teachers and school principals provided alternative learning through limited in-person meetings pursuant to school policies.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to investigate how effective the repetition drill technique is in improving the speaking ability of the 2022–2023 Second Semester Electrical Engineering students at Cilacap State Polytechnic. The study was conducted using a classroom action research technique, and 23 students participated as study participants. A pretest was administered to find out what obstacles the students faced, and the average score was 39.67. Data were collected using an oral exam over three study cycles. The average score of the students in the first cycle, conducted on March 21, 2023, was 46.73. Next, the average score of the students for the second test conducted on March 22, 2023, was 67.93. On March 24, 2023, the average score for Cycle 3 students would be 82.06. The student's average score improves on rounds 1–3. The student's speaking ability improves gradually. This is confirmed by the post-test results obtained in the categories of 'good' and 'excellent' after 3 cycles of review exercises in English practice class. Students' pronunciation and language skills improves significantly. In summary, this study proved that repetition drill techniques can be used very effectively in English practice courses.]]>

Based on the problems obtained by researchers about the problem of Arabic language in Indonesia at this time is very minimal, because there are elements that inhibit the implementation of Arabic language learning. Among them, namely, kitabah, kalam, istima', thus the process of learning Arabic in school development is very lacking. Purpose. Thus, researchers have a goal of learning Arabic through google clasrooom to make it easier for students to carry out Arabic language learning more effectively and efficiently. And how influential is Arabic language learning using google meet media when used for student learning activities, and the subject of researchers conducted at the madrasa ibtidaiyah teluk kuantan to find out the Arabic language learning process using google meet media to what extent the effectiveness of learning media google meet application. Method. And this type of research uses quantitative data, the object of which is carried out by researchers there are students from madrasah ibtidaiyah teluk kuantan. And the data collection technique used is interviews. The results of the study aim to help students and teachers at madrasah ibtidaiyah teluk kuantan be able to apply Arabic language learning using the google classrom application media and can motivate students to learn in using the google meet application media. Results. The result of the study aims to help students and teachers at the madrasa ibtidaiyah teluk kuantan be able to apply Arabic language learning by using the google classrom application media and can motivate students to learn in using the google meet application media. Then the results of the questionnaire data obtained by researchers know the use of google meet media and what Arabic language learning is used by teachers and students at madrasah ibtidaiyah teluk kuantan. Conclusion. And researchers hope that with the use of the google meet application media for Arabic language learning and other learning can be applied by teachers and students so that there is an effective and efficient learning process.]]>

<![CDATA[An utterance does not only convey the true meaning, but there are other intentions or goals that the speaker wants to achieve when saying something. Therefore, there are utterances in the Instagram account @fadiljaidi which contain illocutionary speech acts. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. This study uses John's theory. R.Searle. This study uses as many as 50 data. This research was conducted from February to March. Data collection techniques using note-taking techniques. This study uses Searle's theory regarding the types and functions of illocutionary speech. In this study, the types of illocutionary speech acts were: (1) 35 assertive data, (2) 7 directive data, (3) 7 commissive data, (4) 1 expressive data, (5) no declarative data. The function of illocutionary speech acts produces: (1) 26 function data stating, 1 function data showing, 8 function mentioning, (2) 3 data function ordering and 4 data function suggesting, (3) 6 function data praising and 1 function data thanking, (4) 1 data function promising, and (5) declarative function not found.]]>

<![CDATA[Education at school is very important for a student to develop the potential he has. To maximize this potential, a strategy is needed that suits the needs of each student. Teachers are required to recognize and understand the various characteristics of students, in order to maximize the strategies needed by students. For this reason, the use of the Differented Instruction strategy is utilized to accommodate the diverse needs of these students. The Differented Instruction strategy is a method used to adapt the various characteristics of students to learning and assessment, which does not only use one strategy but combines several suitable strategies. The purpose of this research is to find out that optimizing the use of Differentiated Instruction strategies is very beneficial for the diverse needs of students. By maximizing this strategy can have a major positive impact on the development of student education. As proficient they optimize their abilities to be more productive and creative. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method. The data obtained is through the distribution of a questionnaire. The questionnaire was made using the Google form application. The results of this study explain that optimizing the use of Differentiated Instruction strategies to accommodate the diverse needs of students in order to maximize their own potential, understand how to do assignments in a fun way, and be able to learn according to the needs of each student with a variety of backgrounds. So that the various knowledge given by the teacher can be absorbed optimally. The conclusion from this study is that optimizing the use of Differentiated Instruction strategies to accommodate student needs is very effectively used in learning. The limitation of this research is that researchers only conduct this research at the school/madrasah level which incidentally requires a new strategy in learning such as the use of this Differentiated Instruction strategy.]]>
