Abstract

The aims of this research are first, to know degree of business efficiency level of Traditional Hat (Caping) Crafters at Banjarsari Village Ajibarang District Banyumas Regency. Second, to know the income proportion of Traditional Hat (Caping) Crafters at Banjarsari Village Ajibarang District Banyumas Regency is less than fifty percent than the total family income. The tools analysis proposed in this research for knowing the degree of business efficiency level of Traditional Hat (Caping) Crafters is benefit cost ratio analysis (B/C ratio), whereas for knoing the income proportion of Traditional Hat (Caping) Crafters at Banjarsari toward the total family income is used comparison method (percentage). The results of this research at Traditional Hat (Caping) are first, the average of business efficiency level is efficient and the level of efficiency is 1,45. Then, the income proportion of Traditional Hat (Caping) Crafters at Banjarsari Village Ajibarang District Banyumas Regency is 38,33 percent. It means that 61,66 percent income of Traditional Hat (Caping) Crafters comes from the other businesses. Based on the findings, it can be suggested that Traditional Hat (Caping) Crafters at Banjarsari Village Ajibarang District Banyumas Regency should be kept maintaining and even improved by giving guidance, training and education to Traditional Hat (Caping) Crafters. The government should help the income of Traditional Hat (Caping) Crafters at Banjarsari Village Ajibarang District Banyumas Regency by establishing a crafters cooperative. As a result, the crafter cooperative can manage the crafters income, and finally the income proportion of Traditional Hat (Caping) Crafters at Banjarsari Village Ajibarang District Banyumas Regency will increase as well.

Abstract

Goals and specific targets of IBM's activities are: 1) Increased knowledge,abilities and skills to make batik. 2) Increasing the knowledge, abilities and skills inbatik dyeing process. 3) Have an equipment to support the production and displaytourist attraction to tourists who visiting blandhongan. 4) Increasing the ability to addvalue to thebatik products into a fashion product or a variety of other craft products. 5)Increased tourism human resource competence so that partner can provide a goodservice to tourists who visit Kampung Batik Sokaraja Kulon.The activities in this IbM program include; 1) Training of batik makingtechniques, 2) Training of batik dyeing technique, 3) Training to make craft product toan increase value-added of batik products, 5) Introductions and transfer technology inthe form of sewing machines and machine obras , 6) Counseling and advocacy efforts toincrease tourism HR competence,.The outcomes of this program 1) A good quality of batik product with differentdesign and color, 2) appropriate technology (sewing machine and machine obras) tosupport production process, 3) batik crafts which have higher the value added productsof batik; 4) a better quality of human resources tourism

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the job satisfaction level of administrative staff of Faculty of Economics UNSOED the imposition of performance assessment and determination of hours of work per 16 April 2009. In this research used descriptive method with a single case study approach that is holistic ekploratif. The data used in the form of primary data and secondary data. This study uses the 49 administrative staff of Faculty of Economics UNSOED as respondents. Data were collected by using questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that employees' job satisfaction Faculty of Economics UNSOED administration is at the level of 'satisfaction'. This study provides implications for the leadership of the Faculty of Economics UNSOED to: 1) can keep it going now and make improvements, thereby increasing the level of satisfaction is very pleased at intervals; 2) Satisfaction employees are subject to change at any time, therefore the leadership of the Faculty should always follow all their employees fulfillment.Keywords: Employee Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The main purposes of this study are to evaluate the quality of the entrepreneurship subject and to analyze entrepreneurship program development in Economic Faculty to stimulate and encourage student’s entrepreneurship spirit.The result from 100 sample students in five department of Economic Faculty, shown that  they are quite satisfied with the quality of the entrepreneurship subject, but there are still some indicator should be improved to make the quality of the entrepreneurship subject better. Economic faculty of Jenderal Soedirman University Purwokerto have already developed some programs to increase  the entrepreneurship spirit for their students, for example encourage their students to be the participant of the PKM, and PMW programs and give support for the seminars and discussion that presented by UKM Bursa, HMJM, HMA, and HMPS.The result of this study is expected to be inputs for faculty and university and especially for the policy makers so that can stimulate and encourage entrepreneurship spirit in Jenderal Soedirman University students. Keywords;  quality of the enterpreneurship subject, entrepreneurship spirit
