Abstract

Wabah covid-19 membuat dunia usaha di Indonesia begitu terpukul. Salah satu UKM yang terkena dampak  pandemi Covid-19 adalah UKM “KUEKU” yang beralamat Jln.Carikan IV no.6A Kecamatan Bubutan Surabaya. Produk yang dihasilkan UKM ini adalah Otak-otak Bandeng Suroboyo. Permasalahan yang dihadapi UKM produsen Otak-otak Bandeng sejak  terjadinya pandemi covid-19 ini adalah penjualan menurun drastis sehingga tinggal 30%  . Strategi pemasaran perlu dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut agar UKM  bangkit kembali dari keterpurukan. Hasil dari pengamatan terhadap konsumen  Otak-otak Bandeng Suroboyo adalah konsumenya berusia 35 tahun ke atas. Sedangkan masyarakat yang berusia dikisaran 15-35 tahun berdasarkan angket yang disebar sebanyak 100 orang,  banyak yang mengenal otak-otak bandeng Suroboyo tapi  sebatas mendengar saja sebanyak  87 orang  dan  38 orang   pernah mengkonsumsi serta 28 orang  sangat menyukai, hal ini dapat dikatakanbahwa produk ini sebetulnya telah mendapat tempat di hati masyarakat.  Hasil analisis SWOT terlihat bahwa produk  Otak-otak Bandeng Suroboyo ini  antara peluang dengan kekuatan yang dimiliki saling mendukung, hal ini diketahui  dari titik singgung IFAS dan EFAS berada pada kuadran 1 (Positif, Positif). Untuk itu strategi yang bisa dilakukan oleh UKM “KUEKU” dalam memasarkan otak-otak bandeng Suroboyo agar optimal adalah  strategi yang menggunakan kekuatan untuk memanfaatkan peluang dengan  melakukan Strategi Ofensif

Abstract

PT. Satria Jaya Sentosa adalah perusahaan industri pengolahan hasil tambang batu gunung menjadi batu split. PT . Satria Jaya Sentosa terletak di desa Jln. Poros Kolaka-pomalaa desa Ngapa kecamatan Wundulako Kabupaten Kolaka Sulawesi Tenggara. Dimana proses produksi pengambilan material batu gunung diarea tambang menggunakan alat excavator breaker yang berfungsi mengahancurkan lapisan batu pada gunung kemudian akan diangkut ke dumb truck dengan bantuan alat berat excavator pc 200, kemudian dumb truck akan membawa bongkahan batu tersebut ke mesin crusher yang akan di produksi menjadi batu split. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada proses produksi batu split dimulai pada saat dilakukan penggurangan operator produksi dengan alasan sering diperoleh operator tidak bekerja pada saat proses produksi. Sehingga metode analisis yang dapat digunakan yaitu analisis waktu normal atau waktu standar berdasarkan pemberian nilai faktor setelah itu akan dilanjutkan pada perhitungan beban kerja menggunakan metode Full Time Equivalent (FTE) dan Work Load Analysis (WLA), Hasil dari perhitungan Full Time Equivalent (FTE) yaitu Operator yang mengalami underload yaitu operator Breaker 1 dan 2, operator Excavtor 1 dan 2 dan juga operator dumb truck. Sedangkan operator yang memperoleh beban kerja overload yakni operator mesin Crusher 1 sampai operator mesin Crusher 6. Sedangkan Work Load Analysis (WLA) diusulkan penambahan operator pada bagian pekerjaan operator Breaker sebanyak 2, operator excavator sebanyak 2, operator dumb truck 1, dan operator mesin crusher 6.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, furniture SMEs need to carry out a sustainable strategy analysis to maintain the continuity of SME activities. The limited sales made by furniture SMEs, due to the Covid 19 pandemic, hampered the sale of furniture products. Jombang furniture SMEs are business actors who process teak wood from forest products into furniture products that can provide added value. SME furniture is one of the leading products of Jombang district. Efforts to optimize the potential of existing resources, it is necessary to manage a sustainable supply chain strategy. Integrated strategic management in a sustainable manner based on economic, social and environmental aspects. The evaluation method used for the strategy formulation model is the Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) approach which is influenced by internal and external factors. Based on the economic, social and environmental elements, an alternative decision is taken that can be used in carrying out the business of producing furniture from each element. Implementation of activities must refer to government programs in the context of preventing the Covid 19 virus by imposing restrictions on community activities by not collecting mass in a place that will facilitate the spread of the Covid 19 virus. Sales strategy during the Covid 19 virus pandemic conditions by selling online, in accordance with government guidelines.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the planning of material requirements at PT Pesona Arnos Beton which is located at Jl. Raya Kedamean, Banyuurip Village, Kedamean District, Gresik Regency. The company is engaged in the manufacturing industry of concrete and paving products. Examples of goods produced are Paving, Kanstin, TU, U-ditch, and Box Culvert. Continuous Review System (Q system) is an alternative solution to overcome the problems that exist at PT Pesona Arnos Beton. Data collection methods such as material demand and inventory data are carried out using interview techniques and direct observation. Forecasting is done to forecast the need for raw materials in the next period using Minitab software with the Single Exponential Smoothing and Moving Average methods. Then the calculation is carried out on the data that has been obtained using the Continuous Review System method (Q system) which results in an effective material requirement planning arrangement for the future. PT Pesona Arnos Beton using Minitab 20 software is carried out with the Moving Average and Single Exponential Smoothing forecasting methods. produces the smallest MAPE, MAD, and MSD values are with Single Exponential Smoothing which from the forecasting results obtained the total demand for raw materials for paving and concrete products. The calculation results show that the Q system (continuous review system) produces a minimum total cost. the total inventory cost of cement raw materials is more efficient Rp. 108,039,529, stone ash raw materials save Rp.447,747,948, lumajang sand raw materials save Rp.220,346,921, coral saves Rp.66,527,830, iron 6 saves Rp.21,338,002, and iron 8 saves Rp.29,672,213.

Abstract

Perhitungan harga pokok produksi memiliki peran penting menentukan harga penjualan, sehingga barang yang dihasilkan dari perusahaan mempunyai daya saing di pasaran dengan produk sejenis hingga mempunyai tolak ukur harga dan kualitas yang tidak kalah di pasaran. Bengkel Yanto Jaya Teknik Surabaya adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pembuatan mesin industri semi otomatis. Produk yang di produksi oleh Bengkel Yanto Jaya Teknik adalah mesin press batako semi otomatis, mesin pemecah batu, dll. Produk yang diteliti saat ini adalah produk mesin press batako semi otomatis. Harga penjualan produk mesin press batako semi otomatis di Bengkel Yanto Jaya Teknik dalam satu tahun kerap mengalami perubahan karena kenaikan harga bahan baku. Harga pokok produksi juga menjadi salah satu indikator pengambilan penelitian ini, karena belum diketahui pasti harga pokok produksi sebenarnya. Metode full costing dipilih untuk menjadi salah satu cara untuk memberi hasil harga pokok produksi terperinci serta menjadi acuan dalam penentuan harga penjualan.

Abstract

Rembang Regency is one of the areas located on the north coast in Central Java Province. The population of Rembang Regency based on the Central Statistics Agency in 2021 is 647,766 people. The main commodities of Rembang Regency are Agriculture and Fisheries. The sector that is also the mainstay of Rembang Regency is Mining, where the existence of a cement factory is one of the factors influencing the rapid development of the mining sector in Rembang Regency. CV Pasir Mas is a split stone company that serves the milling and sales of split stone from Sendangwaru Village, Kragan District, Rembang Regency. Since 2000 it has been producing split stones but using traditional methods, namely by using human power to break stones into split stones. In this modern era, the role of the modern stone crusher is so vital that the Cone Crusher machine is very useful in the production and sale of split stone in CV. This Mas Sand. The method used by the authors in this study is the Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), PP Payback Period, Profitability Index (PI) and Declining Balancing (DB) methods. The author conducted a survey by calculating the amount of income, the cost of buying the machine, the cost of installing the machine, the cost of mobilizing the company, the cost of purchasing raw materials, the cost of employee salaries and the expenses for maintaining machines and vehicles involved in the split stone production process. The results of the research show that the income is Rp. 5,288,141,000 annually, the NPV is Rp. 28,269,860,435. for an IRR of 9.04%, for a PI of 5.28 and depreciation of 1/5 every year the price of the Cone Crusher machine is Rp. 1,000,000,000, which means that in the first year there is a machine depreciation of Rp. 200,000,000

Abstract

UD. Puji Mulya” is a trading company engaged in the food sector, namely crackers that do not leave the taste of onions. This business was founded on November 17, 1998 by Mr. Sukandar. Prior to establishing this business, Mr. Sukandar worked in the same field. With his hard work, he founded this business with his wife. UD. Puji Mulya is located in the middle of the city crowd, precisely on Jl Medokan Semampir AWS 2 No 23 Kota Surabaya, East Java. In the beginning, this business was initiated by Mr. Sukandar, who wanted to start a business based on the experience he had gained. Armed with the skills and experience he gained from participating in the same business, he was able and succeeded in attracting market share so he could have employees. Initially, this business only had 3 production employees and 7 resellers. But with the passage of time, this cracker business is growing and has many employees. For the production process itself there are 5 employees, while for resellers as many as 20 people. The Marvin E. Mundel method has a different model from other productivity calculation models, namely the use of index numbers. An index number is a number or figures that can statistically indicate a change or difference in the price of one or several types of certain goods. Basically, an index number is a quantity that shows variations in changes in time or space regarding a particular matter. The use of this method is also to look for calculations of labor productivity, energy costs, other costs, raw material costs, machine costs. Capital, depreciation, fixed costs. For the calculation results can be formulated as follows. Labor Productivity Rp. 969,246, Energy Rp. 627,000, Other Expenses Rp. 1,159,247, Raw Material Rp. 448,600, Capital Rp. 447.198. Machine Rp. 14,336, Depreciation Rp. 9,746, Fixed Costs Rp. 79,109.

Abstract

UKM Shoes New Era is a company that produces Men's Sneakers and Slip On shoes. In the process of making shoes, raw materials and the length of production time play an important role for the running of the company. New Era Shoes UKM is a company whose production is based on orders which greatly influences the calculation of production costs. Shoe production is aimed at fulfilling orders from customers, not fulfilling inventory in the warehouse. These SMEs also still calculate simple cost records and do not systematically calculate the selling price of shoe products, so they cannot know the selling price of a significant product. Based on the results of calculations carried out in this study, the cost of production of each type of shoe product was divided into two calculation methods. For the full costing method, we get Sneakers shoes of Rp. 52,515, - and Slip-on shoe products of Rp. 52,243.-. While the variable costing method obtained Sneakers shoes of Rp. 52,157 and Slip-on shoes of Rp. 51,907, -. Sneakers are priced at Rp. 75,000, -/Pair and Slip On is priced at Rp. 70.000, -/Pair., the researcher made a simple calculation using excel software

Abstract

PD. Rumah Potong Hewan Surabaya is a regionally owned company that operates in abattoir services. This company has a Commercial Unit that has existed for the past 10 years. . This variety of raw meat reaches 150 types of meat and beef innards which are never lacking in demand. Demand is always increasing, making the company maintain Cold Storage temperature conditions so as not to cause damage to the meat. The company will plan a routine maintenance schedule and will invest in a Sankool Cold Storage machine with a price of IDR 200,000,000 and an economic life of 10 years. The results of the analysis obtained by planning scheduling using the Preventive Maintenance method, namely the optimal interval for maintenance of cooling fan components is once every 9 days. The value of the reliability level that was successfully achieved was 61.67%. The results of data processing also show a decrease in costs before the proposal of IDR 17,000,000, and after the proposal of IDR 11,943,732 per year, or a decrease in costs of IDR 5,056,268 or 29%.

Abstract

Warehouse of raw materials at PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in the Tuban IV Packer Area has an irregular arrangement, causing errors in picking up goods and damage to cement bags. Therefore, designing a warehouse layout using the share storage (FIFO) method. The share storage method will prioritize the use of the nearest storage area according to the FIFO principle, while the database will help monitor and control warehouse inventory. The design results show that a storage area of ​​65 areas is required with a total area of ​​443.625 m2. The method used for warehouse management is the shared storage method, which regulates the placement of raw materials according to the FIFO (First In First Out) principle. This helps minimize bag damage and ensures efficient use of space. The result of this research is an optimal warehouse layout design using the shared storage method. With the implementation of this design, it is expected that PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of warehouse operations and reduce company losses due to damage to inefficient cement bags
